Great place to stay

Filippe was amazing, would recommend as a place to stay, my wife has trouble walking, so we used uber's to go into the marina, they cost on average 3 euro 20, which is well worth the money, can't wait to come back next year,apartment was clean and tidy,and well equipped for a week's stay,pool area very good.

Lovely break

Enjoyed our stay. The position is ideal for walking to the beach aand marina. The balcony has a lovely outlook to the garden and pool.

A great place to stay

Felipe’s place was everything we needed. Communication was great and his recommendations were very useful. Highly recommended, great location 10/15 minute walk down to the marina and a little further to the beach. Thanks for having us!

We had a wonderful time! The apartment was really clean, comfortable & well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the sun terrace, and the large pool. The grounds were well tended and the pool was clean and a decent size for a swim. It was about a ten minute walk to the nearest supermarket, and less than 20 minutes to the marina and Beach. Filipe was a great communicative host and we really appreciated the water and wine on arrival. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Perfect location

We have just returned home after a fabulous 6 week stay. The apartment was perfect for us in a great location and within easy reach of supermarkets, the beach and marina. Communication with Filipe was excellent and the accommodation exactly as described. The pool and garden area were well kept and maintained. We would highly recommend Filipe’s apartment and hope to return again in the future. Thank you Filipe.

Excellent!

Myself and my daughter have just had a 5 night stay here. We loved it! 10min walk to the marina,where there is a good choice of bars and restaurants. The apartment was very well equipped and at this time of year was very quiet. Perfect for a short get away. Thank you Filipe we hope to return soon!

Great Apartment in a good area.

The apartment is great, it is modern and contains everything you need for a holiday. When we stayed the area was quiet. It is easy to walk to both the marina and the beach, there is a supermarket close by as well. Filipe was very helpful and everything was organised quickly and efficiently. We had a very good holiday and would stay again. Thanks you Filipe.

The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. The pool was fab. Filippe was a great host. He kept in touch with me when I was there with any issues. He also met me outside the apartment as I had said about arriving on my own. It was so thoughtful. The apartment is about a 15 min walk from the center all on the flat. Ubers are cheap and handy if you don't fancy a walk. I will Def be booking to come again.

Relaxing

This is a lovely property in a quiet area of Vilamoura. It is quite large for a one bedroomed with everything you can think of. Spare towels extra bedding and all kitchen equipment. Five stars to the owner. Keep up the good work especially in this difficult time.

Fantastic!

I stayed at Filipes apartment with my husband and daughter. Filipe was a great host and the apartment was great! Very close to the marina, beach and supermarket. The apartment had everything you’d need and we had the pool pretty much all to ourselves for the 10 days. My only suggestion would be new mattresses, both myself and Husband would wake up aching. This wouldn’t put us off staying again though. Thank you.

This was our second stay at this apartment and the reason for our return is quite simple, 1) we like to be on the ground floor, 2) The owner Filipe is always willing to go the extra mile for his guests, 3) The apartment is immaculate and has everything you need with secluded private grounds and a great pool 4) The apartment is within a steady 15 minute walk of Villamoura's award winning Marina. We will certainly return. Thank you Filipe.

Falesia Beach condo

My daughter and I had a lovely time at the condo. We had underground parking, a full kitchen and two patios. The host provided everything we could have wanted. Extra towels would have been handy as you have to dry your laundry outside. The beds could use new mattresses but it was certainly nice to have the bonus of the Murphy bed. With a little updating (needs a new couch) I would give this condo a 10 out of 10. Thank you and Obrigada!

Lovely stay

We found this apartment to be exactly what we needed. Spacious, great location (easy walk to beach and marina) topped off with a lovely pool area. Felipe was a great host and couldn’t of been more helpful. Hope to return in the future

Spotless, spacious apartment

My husband and I had the most relaxing 10 nights in Filipe’s apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival and had everything we needed for our stay with a well fitted out kitchen. The apartment is very spacious for two people but can accommodate up to 6 people. The pool area and gardens are immaculate with regular maintenance being carried out. Filipe was an amazing host and replied to all our queries in a very timely manner. The area itself is very quiet and has a great supermarket within 10 mins walk. Loved our stay here and have already rebooked for next year !

Boa localização, numa caminhada agradável chega-se bem à praia e marina de Vilamoura. O apartamento está super bem equipado tanto para os adultos como para o bebé. O espaço da piscina é excelente e o facto de ser rés do chão é muito bom pois tem acesso direto à piscina. Zona calma.

Great stay in Vilamoura July 2019

Filipe’s apartment was fantastic. It’s in a lovely, quiet complex where our children were safe and happy the entire week. The apartment is perfectly situated beside the pool and we enjoyed being able to relax in the sun and know the children were safely near us. People in the complex were very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was spotless and Filipe made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed the strolls to the marina and found some gems of restaurants and bars in the smaller streets before the marina. The supermarket near the apartment sells everything you need and we particularly enjoyed the fresh bread and pastries every day. We loved being able to sit and have a peaceful glass of wine on the terrace each night. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing break in Vilamoura. Our 4 children had a ball and we wouldn’t hesitate to book the apartment again. Obrigada Filipe.

Great value for money

Apartment was very clean as was the pool although freezing. My stepdaughter and grandson were very happy as it was them staying there and was handy as only a 10min walk to the marina.

Clean apt, quiet complex & close proximity to beach and marina

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely relaxing week in Filipes apartment! The apartment itself is larger than we imagined and was spotlessly clean with a well kitted out kitchen and living accommodation so we had everything we needed! Filipe was also a very friendly and hospitable host who went over and above to ensure our stay was enjoyable even providing a helpful map of places to eat. The apartment complex is very tidy and quiet and we loved how the pool could only be accessed by those staying at Edificio falesia marina 1 and so it felt very private too! Which would appeal to both families with young children and to couples who want a quiet pool area/ place to sleep whilst also having the option of the many bars and restaurants at the marina just 15 mins walk away! We also liked that we could close the shutters at night which felt really secure but also ensured we had a good nights sleep in total darkness! There is a well stocked supermarket only 500m away too which was great for getting our morning pastry fix as well as all our other food and drink needs and next door is a large pharmacy should you need any medication during your stay! All in all we had a fabulous week in an apt which was a great find among the many on offer on homeaway and we will definitely go back to the same apartment again! Thanks for everything Filipe!
