Llinya 7 - with private swimming pool

This beautiful house with above ground pool is located in a quiet residential area of Arenal de Palma, only 3 minutes walking distance to the beach and the main tourist attractions. Here you can enjoy a wide variety of restaurants, bars, shops, discotheques, pubs, etc. The cosy house sits on a plot of 390m2, offering total privacy to the guests. Distributed over 140m2 of construction, you will find three bedrooms and a full bathroom, which comfortably accommodates up to 5 people.



Entering into the property, you will find a comfortable and bright living room with air conditioning and television, connected to a fully equipped independent kitchen. Outside, next to the swimming pool, there is furniture for relaxing, having a barbecue or taking a dip.



If you need public transport, less than 250 metres away you will find the regular bus lines 15, 21 (Airport), 23, 25 and 454 of TIB. Our recommendation to go to the city centre is line 25, which in only 15 minutes will take you to a very central area of Palma.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.



This house has air conditioning in the living room for the rest of the rooms fans can be made available to the customer. The house does not have heating either, although the air conditioning in the living room also has a heat pump for the winter.



Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2 € per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.



Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.



Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.

The communication with the owner was very good, however some of the pictures didn’t really cope with the reality. The couch was not really neat and some of the electronics were not working properly. The house itself had a very nice location near the beach and the Dutch clubs -walking distance-. The pool was very nice and clean. We had a great stay in Mallorca, despite some lacking features and inaccuracies. -

Very clean and complete house

I stayed with 5 other friends for 9 days in this house. The house is not that big inside but you have more than enough space outside. Very good wifi, all the equipment you need for cooking -except food of course-. A nice couch, fun little pool for cooling down. And there was actually a shower which is in the bath -not able to see on the pictures-. The beach is just a 5 minute walk away and the 'Dutch area' is a 20 minute walk. The house is located in the German part of El Arenal. They are very loud -most of the time in the morning-, so if you want a quiet and restful holiday I wouldn't recommend. But if you're out to party with friends, this house is the place to be. -

Ein nettes Haus mit Pool nicht beheizt in einer perfekten Lage. Bzgl den Nachbarn hatten wir keinerlei Probleme. Wir waren aber auch den ganzen Tag und Abend unterwegs und haben uns während unseres Aufenthaltes in Haus auch an die Ruhezeiten gehalten. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut und es ist auch alles sauber. Die restliche Ausstattung ist Standard, für uns absolut ausreichend. Die Kommunikation lief immer sehr schnell und reibungslos Parkplätze sind genügend auf der Straße vorhanden -

Das Haus liegt etwas weiter im „Hinterland“ in direkter Linie zum Deutschen Eck. 3 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad, Küche, Wohnzimmer. Draußen der Pool und der Garten sind eher trostlos. Das Haus liegt mitten im Wohngebiet inkl. Verkehrslärm und Nachbarn. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt und nur zum schlafen aber ausreichend. -

Hallo, Uns hat der Aufenthalt super gefallen. Danke für die Hilfsbereitschaft!

Super für einen Gruppenurlaub am Ballermann! Nur ein paar Minuten zum Strand und zu den Partystraßen. Uns wurde immer schnell weiter geholfen und der Gastgeber war sehr kommunikativ. Früheres Einchecken war auch kein Problem. Für 6 Personen wäre mir die Finca persönlich zu eng, aber zu 4. war es wirklich super. Gerne wieder! -

Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt für junge Leute die für einen Saufurlaub in Mallorca sind. Das einzige negative ist das der Nachbar sehr lärmempfindlich ist was auf Dauer etwas nervig war. Ansonsten alles gut. -

Ein sehr schönes kleines Häuschen in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Aber trotzdem nur 2-3 Minuten Zu Fuß zum Bierkönig, wo der Abend starten kann D Man kann wirklich komplett sein eigenes Ding machen.. draußen gibts einen recht großen Grill, viel Platz zum sitzen, Sonnenliegen und den kleinen kuscheligen Pool-, der tatsächlich exakt so ist wie auf den Bildern. Die Lage des Appartements war für uns -5 Typen absolut perfekt Nach der Party nervt einen dann auch keiner mehr-. Die Kommunikation mit dem Team läuft reibungslos, in mehreren Sprachen via. -Hidden by Airbnb- oder Email. Kleines Manko, uns sagte man, dass man ab einem bestimmten Limit einen Pauschalbetrag auf den Stromverbrauch zahlen muss. Ob ich das irgendwo überlesen hab, oder es wirklich nirgends steht, kann ich nicht sagen-. Wir sind allerdings nicht über dieses Limit gekommen, mussten also auch nichts extra zahlen. Einziger nennenswerter Nachteil waren dann aber die Heerscharen an Moskitos, die in dem kleinen Vorgarten scheinbar irgendwo eine Festung oder einen Spawnpoint hatten. 4-5 Stiche/min. Im mean, ohne AntiBrumm-Marinade. Aber mit Chemie und physischer Gewalt wird der Mensch auch hier Herr über die NaturD Sonst.. Alles bestens Wir kommen gerne wieder. -

Die Villa sieht exakt so aus wie auf den Bilder. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Negativ ist ein Nachbar welcher teilweise schon bei einem lustigen Gespräch draussen im Pool während des Tages rausgekommen ist und mehr Ruhe wollte. -
