This large, gorgeous unit (over 2,350 sq ft) with hickory wood cabinets and floors is only a short 7 minute walk to Peak 9 and to down town. Eagle Ridge Townhome has a free town shuttle stop right in front of our complex, only feet away from our door, which makes for a quick ride to any of the Breckenridge lifts and town if one prefers.

This sunny four bedroom condo has a spacious floor plan that seamlessly flows from the kitchen to bar to dining room and living area. The fully-equipped kitchen has granite countertops and top of the line appliances so you can eat-in if you are on a budget or make breakfast in the mornings, and hit the slopes! There is enough space at the dining room table (with expandable leafs) to seat 10 people and there is also bar seating for a quick lunch off the slopes.

A large master bedroom, with walk in closet, has a king bed and en suite bathroom with a large custom zero entry shower.

Finally, the unit can sleep extra people on the pull out sofa sleepers and beds in the family room, totaling enough room for 15!

The master has a king bed, loft bedroom is queen while the bunk room has a queen and a single. An additional bedroom with a king bed is downstairs with a queen pull out couch in the game room.

Additional amenities include: washer/dryer, oversized garage parking (for 2 vehicles), and complimentary WiFi. and business center, pool table, gas fireplace, chemical free hot tub, and outdoor gas grill.

lovely home clean and easy to stay in with everything one could need.

Handy enough to the skiing yet far enough away to be quiet traffic wise. We really enjoyed our stay and even though we spent all day on the slopes it was nice to come back to and the under cover garage was much appreciated when it came to unloading groceries skis etc. Would stay again if the opportunity arose.

Convenient and clean!

This place is great for big groups! Great common room area and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking your own meals! We fit about 15 adults pretty comfortably between beds, couches and air mattresses. The free shuttle picks up just a cross the street and drops off at Peak 9 which is awesome. The walk to town is about 10 minutes and pretty safe!

A great place for groups and loved the hot tub for relaxing!

Great place for a group

This was a great, upgraded unit in a fantastic location. We stayed here for a summer girls weekend. Great gathering area in the kitchen and family room. Everything we needed for cooking meals at home was available. Walked to town every day and found great hiking trails around the corner. Will definitely stay here again! Would have loved more chairs on the deck.

Fantastic space w/literally everything you'd need

Tom & Liz were fantastic hosts. Instructions, communication, and hospitality were top notch. The space itself was perfect -- incredible amounts of space, multiple areas to hang out and sleep, and it was stocked with every little supply a group could ever need while on the road. We picked up a number of supplies ahead of time and were pleasantly surprised by how many items were already covered (toiletries, cleaning supplies, tech, cooking utensils, snacks/food, etc.). Could not have been happier with the rental and value. Plan to recommend to other friends and family, as well as book again should the need ever arise again.
