3 bedroom villa with breathtaking views of Altea Bay and the mountains. Private pool and private garden on 10 ares. Villa located 300 m from the sea. 1 bathroom and 1 shower room. Equipped kitchen. Close to the city center. The Villa is south facing. The swimming pool is below in the garden, surrounded by a 32 m² terrace, sunny from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, out of sight. Secure private parking with automatic access door for 4 cars. Villa equipped with WI-FI and an alarm system.

Electricity consumption is invoiced €: 0.35 per KW used.
Please note There is no wifi boxing in winter from November to the end of March. We only take it 6 months a year.

Maison très agréable, conforme à la description de l’annonce. Franck est une personne très gentil et arrangeante. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.La maison est lumineuse avec une cuisine spacieuse et conviviale. la Climatisation est très appréciable.

Heerlijke plek! Op 20 minuten loopafstand van het strand en oude centrum van Altea. Prachtig uitzicht over de baai. Goede keuken en een lekkere douche.

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage – absolute Empfehlung!Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt! Der Check-in verlief völlig unkompliziert, das Haus war makellos sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für entspannte Tage braucht.Die Lage ist super – ruhig, aber dennoch gut angebunden.Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Great Villa, could be better taken care of

The property looks good. The kitchen is pretty new and has AC on every bedroom living room. The pool is what makes the stay worth.Still the cleaning could be improved. We could tell an overall quick clean was done before we arrived. We moved the sofas to be more confortable and no one had cleaned under them in a loong time, many swallow nests in the property with all the mess that brings. We get that they live there, but having the handle of the balcony covered in bird feces is something else.The barbacue grill was pitch black with old burnt grease, we had to buy some strong cleaner and scourer to clean it ourselves.Also, we had no tv in spanish (IN SPAIN!) even when we made the reservation by fall last year. The sorroundings of the house are pretty abandoned. Plants growing with no control, the steps to go down to the pool are in poor state and no kind of signal to where the property ends.The lady who does the cleaning recieved us and she told us she just came through the back of the property, since she lived down the hill. And clearly she went up again while we were there, not to the house, but random chlorine tabs appeared every other day in the pool. A few days it was just too much chlorine to be in the water for a long time. I'd rather she just gave us instructions to put the chlorine tabs every 2 days or so instead of sneaking in.To sum up, the house itself is good for a stay, but the property is not well taken care of and could be much cleaner.

Nice place brilliant views

This is a lovely villa with outstanding views of Altea the road to the vìlla is not to good we stayed without a car its about 10 min walk to the tram station where you can travel into Altea in 5 min. They run every hour. Taxi fare is between 8 and 10 and sometimes not easy to get old of. Frank was great to communicate with there are 2 sets of steps down to the pool so maybe an issue if you have mobility problems or very small children. The villa itself is very good and well equipped, It may state its 300 metres to the sea but its probably a ten minute walk. The aircon in every room is very good.

Tolle Ferienunterkunft in Altea – Sehr empfehlenswert!Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Ferienimmobilie in Altea. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft ist in einer tollen Lage – perfekt, um die schöne Umgebung zu erkunden. Ein kleines Problem, das während unseres Aufenthalts auftrat, wurde sofort und unkompliziert vom Vermieter behoben. Insgesamt war der Service hervorragend, und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

Great Vacation

We spend 10 nights and it was very peaceful time. The facilities at the house are very good and were just as we hoped. The house is in walk distance to the city with all the restaurants and cafes.

Spectacular views!

The property has the most stunning sea views and everything that a large family would need. The area was exceptionally quiet and peaceful. The property is located on a steephill, and so a pram or buggy for any under 5s is advisable. The pool is lovely and has sufficient shade, with a very shallow side, perfect for younger children. We had several bbqs, enjoying the glorious sea views and views of Altea old town. We all had a wonderful time and would definitely rent this villa again.

Familienurlaub

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, in einem sauberen, einfachen Zustand. Man hat seine Freiheiten und einen angenehmen Anprechpartner vor Ort. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Herbst wird es wohl noch eine neue Küche geben, was das Haus aufwerten wird. Wir hoffen dann mit einem Backofen, was das Essen mit Kleinkinder manchmal erleichtert:) Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen. :)

Really enjoyed our stay!

A really great experience as a family in this villa. Had everything we need. Very comfortable beds in the master bedroom. Spotlessly clean. Check in process was easy enough (even though there was a bit of a language barrier). The pool was excellent and we spent hours there. Altea is only a 20 minute walk away where you have every convenience plus there are local shops too. Only 5 minute walk to the tram station which will take you up and down the coast. We did have a car which we were grateful for as we like to explore. The villa was excellent value. It’s true the kitchen needs updating but we saw plans for that are happening later this year. Would highly recommend for families and we’d happily return!

Fijn huis, behoeft wel nog wat aandacht.

Is een heerlijk huis, mooi uitzicht. Keuken is oud, maar geen probleem. We hebben zelfs nog gezwommen, hoewel het water in december natuurlijk wel koud is, maar daar hadden we rekening mee gehouden. Wel was thermostaatkraan douche stuk, dus lauw water. Afstandbediening TV had lege batterijen. Ook kon je merken dat een klein persoon had schoon gemaakt, dus bovenop de koelkast bijvoorbeeld nog vies. Er was geen plek voor twee grote auto's helaas. Dat gaf een parkeerprobleem in de buurt. Twee van de drie bedden dienen te worden vervangen, ik denk dat dat prioriteit heeft boven de keuken. Wij hebben daarom toch in onze camper geslapen. Ook jammer dat we de open haard niet mochten gebruiken, terwijl dat wel in de opties stond en we mede daarom dit huis kozen. Host en gastvrouw slecht bereikbaar, misschien omdat het kerstvakantie was? Al met al toch een aanrader.

Very good!

The house is amazing. A lot of privecy en wonderful views. The swimmingpool perfect to cool down after a hot day. The house had everything we needed. There is a lot to see and enjoy in the neighberhood. In 10 days we couldn’t do everything. Thank you very much, Frank and Marie-Clara.

Leuk 6 persoons vakantiehuis op prima locatie nabij Altea. Interieur gedateerd maar functioneel. Heerlijk zwembad waar je geheel vrij / prive kunt zitten / liggen. Wij hebben er met ons gezin een prima 14 dagen gehad.

Schöne Aussicht, alles vorhanden für tolle Ferien

Wir haben es sehr genossen, der einzige kleine Mangel ist, dass es am Pool nur zwei Liegestühle gibt, und das für ein Haus für sechs Personen. Das Haus ist aber sehr gut und wir werden es höchstwahrscheinlich wieder buchen.

la casa está bastante bien, cómoda y acogedora y las vistas una maravilla y la piscina con una situación del mar estupenda y suficiente para los 4 que hemos estado, pero no hemos podido disfrutar del todo ya que el anuncio indica escaleras a la piscina, verdad, lo que no indica que el último tramo de escalones son un peligro, (de piedra, irregulares, los tres primeros muy altos y sin ningún tipo de soporte hasta que en el tercero puedes apoyarte en el muro también de piedras) nosotros estamos más cerca de los 60 años que de los 50 y mi mujer ha necesitado ayuda o mía o de mis hijas para poder bajar a la piscina estando siempre pendiente de alguien que la acompañara. Por otro lado en el anuncio indica por un lado TV y por otro televisión por satélite o cable , hay una antena parabólica que puedes ver cadenas extranjeras si la puedes programar y no hay TV con un antena normal para ver las cadenas del país, cuando llamamos a la persona de contacto nos indica que ella no quiere saber nada de la tele y que para que la queríamos si sólo no se veía en español, por lo que hemos estado 17 días sin televisión, después de lo que ha costado la estancia.

Vistas muy bonitas!!

La casa muy bien, con todo lo necesario, las vistas impresionantes, la piscina cuidada, en general todo bien y limpio. Única pega sería la seguridad para bajar hasta la piscina, las escaleras muy estrechas sin barandillas para poderse apoyar, para niños y personas mayores un poco complicado. Lo demás todo correcto!! Gracias!!

Ankommen, wohlfühlen, entspannen und geniessen

Das Haus und die Lage waren 6 Sterne wert... Wir haben alles vorgefunden was für uns purer Luxus war, tolles Haus mit wunderschönen urigen, naturgewachsenen Pflanzen und Sträuchern. Ein sehr schöner Pool und eine sehr ruhige gut erreichbare Lage... Einfach zum Seele baumeln lassen... Danke... Immer wieder....

Une villa à déconseillé à tout le monde

Cette villa est horrible elle est extrêmement vieille cuisine inexistante clim inexistante propreté à revoir il fait extrêmement chaud à l’intérieur de la maison le soir il est quasiment impossible de dormir et pour couronner le tout vous avez à moins de 50 m de chemin de fer le train passe tous les 10 minutes de 5h30 du matin jusqu’à minuit et tous les jours pour le prix que c’est je trouve que c’est une arnaque a déconseillé à tous vos amis

Summer vacation

We enjoyed our summer holidays in this nice villa. It got fantastic view and nice swimming pool. Only think what we were missing is Airconditioning in the rooms. (Quite hot)
