Wonderful villa in a superb location!
We had a wonderful stay at this villa for 10 nights in September 2023-idea for a family or a couple of couples!
The villa is ideally located for local shops and cafes with a 10 mins walk to the main local town of Moraira with a wide variety of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops - while it's a good idea to hire a car to explore the local area you could stay here without one as more or less everything you need is in walking distance.
The Villa itself is typically 'Spanish', simple in style, laid out over 3 floors with lots of space for socializing. The top floor is home to the two double bedrooms with the master being large and airy opening onto a balcony that looks out to sea. The balcony is a nice size and a great place to read a book with a cold glass of wine as the sun goes down. The 'middle' floor houses the main living area, small third bedroom, kitchen and opens onto a large balcony area where spent a lot of time in the evening.
The lower floor has a bar and a small lounge area which opens out onto a covered outdoor lounge and dining area which is level with the good sized pool.
The villa sits on a nice sized plot with covered parking for a car out the back which also houses the covered BBQ. To the front of the house is a large sized garden area with the pool in the middle of it.
The villa has air conditioning in the main living areas and bedroom as well as ceiling fans, we found it most comfortable to sleep with the air-cond off and ceiling fan on.
