If you are looking for an upscale vacation on the beautiful Gulf Coast, look no further! This unit is one of a kind in even all of the Phoenix properties. Unit 1402 has every upgrade you can imagine including the 24' Travertine floors throughout and custom cabinetry. No glass shelves here, the owner spared no expense with every aspect of decor including custom cabinetry above the wet bar with a mounted wine rack, ice maker, and even a warming drawer. The decor is amazing with several custom built pieces such as the entertainment center that boasts original port holes, you just have to see it! A china cabinet filled with interesting figurines completes the dining

Sophistication summarizes this unit! They have invested so much effort into this show piece, we offer a maximum capacity of 8 people instead of the standard 10. The pictures do not do this unit justice!

You can also relax on the balcony with the comfortable outdoor pit seating while you enjoy the Gulf front views. Another point to note, the '02' stack in the Phoenix West II offers a more private balcony, meaning you can enjoy your morning coffee without looking onto all the surrounding balconies!

The bedrooms are set up with a king in the master, a king in one of the guest rooms and 2 queens in the 3rd guest room. The unit is so spectacular you may not want to leave! However, once you do, don't miss out on the huge indoor heated pool, one of the several hot tubs, the outdoor pool, the state of the art fitness room, and of course, the lazy river! Not to take away from the wonderful amenities, but there is also the white sand beach and turquoise blue water of the Gulf of Mexico right outside the doors!

Parking passes are not included in pricing and are $25.00 per vehicle for the length of your stay, not per night. 4 bedroom units are allowed up to 3 parking passes and 3 bedrooms are only allowed 2 passes. If you have more than the allotted amount, many choose to park at the Winn Dixie/ Walmart shopping mall (at your own risk) or you are welcome to park at my office in Gulf Shores.

The owners of this fantastic unit knew when they heard another Phoenix property was being built, they wanted in! They wanted something that was that would offer luxury as well as comfort. They were thrilled with the views, the amazing pools, the state of the art fitness center and of course the lazy river. As they can't always be here, they have opened it up to share with guests!

What makes this condo unique

The Phoenix West II is the newest complex in Orange Beach and boasts more amenities in the area. It is only one of two properties with a beach side lazy river. The second of course, is its sister building the Phoenix West. It's location is close to everything you can think of for every age!
