Located in downtown Ketchum, this 2005 condo is next door to movie theaters and within a block of some of Ketchum's most well-known restaurants. It is easy walking distance to grocery stores, shopping, coffee shops and the core of downtown. With 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, two living areas, an upstairs downstairs and a parking garage it is a beautiful, peaceful space in which to spend snowy days and nights or use as a starting point for summer adventures. One mile to River Run Day Lodge at the bottom of Baldy and less than that if walking, the condo is ideally located for easy access to bike trails, cross country skiing, alpine skiing, and hiking.

Fantastic condo in Ketchum

This condo is perfect. 2 blocks from the shuttle to River Run Lodge and walking distance to everything in town. Very well stocked! A must stay if you are in the area.

Sun Valley stay

We had a great stay, we came for the World Cup Final ski event and it was fantastic. The location of the house was perfect and we all felt that we had plenty of space to have our own space. The kitchen was completely stocked, which was appreciated. We will definitely return!

Loved our stay

We spent 2 fantastic weeks at Pam's lovely home. The condo is ideally located for all the outdoor things to do in the area but is also immaculate and comfortable for recovery days just hanging around indoors. We loved it.

Highly recommend - very comfortable.

This is an excellent choice for a stay in the area. It is two blocks from the bus and a short ride to the mountain, and, walking distance from two grocery stores and many restaurants. Despite being a corner unit with half on the ground floor, it is very quiet. Lots of comfortable seating options and the kitchen is very well appointed. It does not have the sterile feeling of many rental condos - it's like being in a home. It may be off-putting to some because the owners' items can be found throughout, but we appreciated the atmosphere and were very comfortable. Only one parking spot, which can be challenging in winter when street parking is not allowed, but it is in a garage,no snow to clear off! Will stay again for sure.

Perfect Week in Ketchum

This house was in a perfect location for our family’s stay in Ketchum. The home was perfect. It was clean well stocked and everyone had plenty of space. The homeowner was very easy to reach if we had any questions. We will definitely rent this property again.

Lovely spacious condo; perfect in-town location

This is a spacious, immaculate, quiet and beautifully furnished property; it easily accommodated eight of us. The location is excellent — across the street from the Forest Service Park, and an easy walk to any place in Ketchum. The owner was very responsive . Highly recommended.

Great condo and location

This condo is in a great spot in the middle of town. So everything is very walkable. The town bus is a couple blocks away as well. The unit is very spacious and has an extra living area downstairs to accommodate large groups. Pam is very nice and responsive with inquiries. We would highly recommend this place.

Awesome space for Families!

I never write reviews but Pam's place was so great for my wife and I and our 3 kids and their spouses. it was fully equipped with everything we needed and the location was great. We also had our almost 18 month old grandchild and she even provided a makeshift high chair and porta crib. We attended the film festival in addition to skiing and it was a two block walk. I would highly recommend staying here. We plan to come back next year!

Lovely Home

Spent a week in this lovely home. Great location - walking distance to all the best shopping and restaurants. 3 minutes to river run lodge. Home well appointed with books, videos, inviting furnishings and everything you could want in the kitchen. Big windows, lots of sunlight and beautiful views. Will definitley be back.

Nicely appointed. And centrally located. Plenty of room. Four of us each had separate bedrooms with individual baths. Layout allowed each family member to retire on their own schedule without disturbing others in the group. Especially good as we came in from opposite coasts with our own time frames

Highly recommended!

We loved our trip to Sun Valley mostly because of how accessible and comfortable this condo was. You cannot beat the location. The rooms are very spacious and the apartment is well laid out for both groups and families. The kitchen has everything one might need (including the two necessities: a coffee maker and wine opener) and the view of Bald Mountain was gorgeous. The owner, Pam, is very helpful and quick to communicate. We have already recommended the condo to friends visiting the area and hope to be stay here again the future.

Amazing condo in the best central Ketchum location!

The condo was perfect for our extended family group! Our experience surpassed expectation and we found the condo to truly be a luxurious vacation home with great walkability to all of Ketchum. The 2 downstairs bedrooms and TV were perfect for our young adult sons (who also appreciated the weights!). The patio, with a gas fireplace, heaters and mountain view, was my favorite spot for early morning and evening relaxing. The beds were comfortable and we slept great. Pam was an amazing host who stayed in touch and was responsive. We loved our stay and hope to return! Highlights were hiking, golfing, and a whitewater float trip!

Wonderful Winter getaway!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family ski trip to sun valley. We had 4 couples and a couple small children (+ an infant) and we were more than comfortable. The two separate living areas was great - the kids could go play without being in the way while the adults were upstairs cooking and lounging. The kitchen was EXCELLENT! fully stocked not only with kitchen equipment, but also with a variety of spices and condiments (which I find lacking in many other vacation rentals). There were plenty of towels, blankets, books, and games. The location was also EXCELLENT - just 2 blocks from the winter shuttle to both Bald and Dollar mountains, and a very quick walk into the middle of town. Finally, Pam was very easy to communicate with, and very responsive. My family loved that there were pictures of Pam's family around, which made it feel very homey. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting the lovely town of Ketchum!

Wonders of the heavens and the earth.

We were in Ketchum for the total solar eclipse, and a reunion of long time friends and family. Not only was this the loveliest, best equipped condo we have ever stayed in, it was right across the street from a forest service park where we had great viewing of the eclipse. You can walk to everything, two markets, restaurants, library, parks, movie theater, Sun Valley, the gondola, hiking trails, Hemingway's grave; you never have to drive anywhere. Friends from the Seattle area brought fresh caught crab and their crackers, picks and butter cups and the condo had a fabulous outdoor deck so we did not have to risk and crab parts being left anywhere in the kitchen or dining room. The gourmet kitchen was so well equipped it even had a zester! We did drive out to the Sawtooth Botanical Garden, a must see in the area, it even has a garden blessed by the Dali Lama in 2006. The owner could not have been nicer or more helpful, which made it a perfect vacation. We would not think of staying anywhere else when we visit Ketchum.

My three children grew up in this special valley; and now that they have moved on with their lives, we have an opportunity to share our space with others.
