DT Ketchum 4 BD house- walk to everything!

Experience life in the heart of downtown Ketchum in this custom-built 4-bedroom home. Steps away from restaurants, bars, grocery stores and shopping. One block to Forest Service Park, 5 minutes to ski lifts and bike path. The home can be divided into two units but we rent it as one, you will have the entire 3,000 sq. ft. house!

Upper level features 2 spacious living areas each with a gas fireplace and full size dining space, enjoy 2 fully stocked kitchens with stainless steel appliances, granite counters and generous prep areas. The upper level also includes 2 powder rooms.

The entry level has 2 primary bedroom suites w/queen beds, gas fireplaces & full ensuite bathrooms. The other 2 bedrooms also feature queen beds and private ensuite bathrooms.

Outside is a very private wraparound deck on three sides and patio area with barbecue and outdoor dining area.

River Run lifts and Mt. Baldy are less than 5 minutes away by car or walking, One block to Forest Service Park summer concerts, 3 blocks to bike path and over 40 miles of trails. The home comes with 2 private parking spaces.

Great Sun Valley Ski Trip!

Our group of 4 couples had a great stay at this property! The space is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The common areas were perfect for cooking, eating, playing games and there was plenty of space for some of us to do a few work calls. The bedrooms were comfortable. We really enjoyed the fireplaces. The mountain shuttle stop was a short walk from the property and we used it every day. There are two grocery stores and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Property manager Deb was communicative and available for any questions we had. Great visit to Sun Valley!

Amazing

The picture doesn't do the property just, it was amazing. I have never stayed at place that had such a complete kitchen. It was so close to downtown and walking paths. We had one issue when we first arrived. There are two properties that had 140 on them. Per phone conversation with the owner we found the right one. The number on are rental was blocked by a bush. We had a great time! Thank You

Fabulous, perfect stay and location!

What a find!!! I traveled with my three adult children and their significant others to Sun Valley. My cousin, who lives there, told me to stay near center of town. So grateful I heeded her advice! Just blocks away from the limelight Hotel- we walked everywhere! To dinner, shops! We drove 4 minutes to Atkinsons grocery store. Everything was within a five minute drive. The condo was perfectly appointed- we grilled several nights and had everything we needed. Cannot more highly recommend this spot! Large, spacious and owner was lovely, communicative and made certain we arrived safely. We will return!! Such a special spot!

Great property!

Spent 2 weeks in this wonderful, unique property, with separate entrances on the first floor and open between both units on the top floor. Fully stocked, great layout, perfect work from home setup. Easy walk to Baldy and town. Would definitely stay again.

Great place

We rented both units doe our family for a wedding week. Location was fantastic. Space was big and clean. Great kitchens. Beds comfortable great water pressure made for nice showers. The no air conditioning was no problem. Cooled down at night and with windows and shades closed during the day it was just fine. Met the very nice and helpful neighbor next door. Can’t say enough good things about this space. Would definitely stay here again

Loved it!

The house was very clean and gave my family of 5 plenty of space. The kitchens were well stocked with cooking items and nice amenities. We loved sitting on the patio in the mornings and evenings to visit. The location is perfect!

Excellent duplex for two families

The house is in an excellent location. In town, walking distance to the river and paths. Biking accessible to trails. Large living space. All Master bedrooms! Lovely neighbors. Only wish would have been hard or deck to hang out on! We were on the move so much so it was just fine.

Fantastic home , excellent location.

In Ketchum for a family Wedding at the River Run Day Lodge. This property was perfect for our large family . Our best VRBO rental ever. The home is immaculate, well equipped and the property manager was extremely helpful and quick to respond.

Loved the space

We came in late March to ski - 10 of us. We found the layout very functional, with bedrooms downstairs with en suites, and a huge living space upstairs. While it seemed a bit weird to have two kitchens and two living rooms, it actually worked great. Each kitchen was VERY well equipped with all the pots/pans, bakeware and utensils needed to make a gourmet meal. We used the pullout sofas, which were very comfortable as they were automatically inflatable airbeds instead of thin mattresses with a bar impaling the middle of your back. The upstairs felt private and airy with great views of the mountain. The location was great for walking to town for groceries or dinner, or even to River Run. The manager was very responsive before and during the stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We've been vacationing in Sun Valley for more than 25 years so when the time was right for us to buy, we chose this home for its amazing location and spaciousness. We love the proximity to the restaurants, bars, movie theater, as well as the Forest Service Park, Limelight Hotel and shopping.

While the home is located in town, it's on a very quiet street with very little noise. We are set back from the street with Trail Creek running behind our property.
