In the sleeping area there is a step room with a single bed, a double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.
Most of the furnishings were made by me as the headboard of the double room that reproduces the famous composition by Puccini "Nessun Dorma" from Turandot's work.
I point out that you can get into the city by car and go up to the door of the house for unloading and loading luggage, parking nearby at 30 m. on payment or at 150 mt. covered for a fee and at night (from 20 to 8) you can park for free.
Everything can be reached quickly, grocery, bakery, patisserie, bar, restaurant / pizzeria at about m. 30, near the Barbantine nursing home, railway station about 10/15 minutes on foot. In accordance with state and regional laws, upon check-in we will ask you:
- to sign a rental contract for tourist purposes IN ITALIAN (of which we will leave you a paper copy and possible translation into English);
- an identity document for registration at the State Police Guest Service;
The building does not have accessory services.
Heating on consumption after reading the meter on your arrival and then departure at a cost of € 1.60 per mc. To take advantage of the air conditioning in the rooms there is a charge of 6 euros per day to be paid at check-in.
