The Holiday House "La Nunziatella" is located in Nunziata, in the historic center of the Municipality of Mascali. Between the hills of the Etna Park and the Ionian Sea.
A few meters from the Church of the Nunziatella sec. XII - XIX Paleochristian Basilica reopened for worship on 7 November 2013.
The house located on the ground floor, totally renovated, furnished with new furniture, offers hospitality in a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with double sofa bed, for a total of 4 people plus a bathroom and kitchen.
With adjoining terrace of about 12 square meters with barbecue, table and chairs.
Possibility of private parking.
With adjoining garden / relaxation area.
The house is located in an ideal geographical context to relax and to reach the tourist destinations in the area: about 15 km Taormina, about 5 km Fondachello beach, 18 km to Acitrezza, Acicastello and Acireale.
About 9 km from the Giarre motorway exit.
It is about 40 km from Catania airport.
Ideal place to reach Linguaglossa then Etna North excursions, or to reach Nicolosi then Etna south excursions.
