About this property

50 meters from the sea Costa del Sol

Torre del mar, between Malaga and Nerja, is my lovely 3rd only 50 meters from the beach.
Here is everything you could wish for; swimming, 4km long promenade, restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, m. m.
5 minutes to baveria golf club.
In Torre del mar there is also an aqualand.
The airport in Malaga, is about 30min. There are buses to both Malaga, Nerja and Granada
The apartment has a double bed 160 and one double 140 bed.. living room with TV.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Also washing machine. Bathroom with bath and bidet. Everything is very new & fresh. A large terrace with sun all day and overlooking the sea. Here you have both lounge furniture and a bar table. The second terrace overlooks the mountains, here is more shade and this terrace is furnished with sun loungers. Air-conditioning with cooling and heating is available in every room. Elements in all rooms including bathrooms.
The apartment is located in a genuine Spanish area. Around the corner is a very good supermarket where you will find everything you need.
There is much to see on the Spanish sun coast; e.g. Gibraltar, the Moorish castle of Alhamra in Granada, the ski resort of Sierra Nevada, the caves of Nerja, Marbella, Puerto Banus m. M.

Beautiful apartment that's a real home from home

We spent 2 weeks in this beautiful apartment and it was a real home from home with all the facilities you could possibly need for your holiday. The apartment is one street back from the prom and beach and has a very good selection of bars and restaurants close by. The apartment has 2 good size bedrooms, one of which leads onto a balcony with an excellent view of the mountains behind Torre del Mar. The main balcony, just off the living room is delightful and gets the sun most of the day making it great to relax and sunbathe. Lisa is really easy to deal with and made the whole booking process very straightforward, we also had the pleasure of meeting Lisa as she was leaving as we were arriving. It was very much appreciated that in the apartment Lisa had left water, wine, soft drinks and all the basics we needed to start our holiday. I would very much recommend Lisa's apartment, which is very well located and spotlessly clean, and look forward to visiting again.

Following booking and paying I was sent an email to say the terraces needed cleaning and was it ok for the lady to do it 8-10am on our first day. I said yes not knowing that firstly the terraces were so dirty you couldn't use them but secondly she had to go through our bedroom with a hosepipe to clean it then drag it through the bedroom and lounge to do the other are. In the instructions it said air conditioning units didn't work but blow cold air- absolute joke nothing coming out of them and it was 35*+ one fan in the whole apartment that we had to move from room to room, totally to warm to cope with. The fridge was not even on so our cold food we bought in the supermarket hoping it would get cold after we turned it on all went off- freezer working but fridge didn't cool enough Emailed owner who said we knew about all this and we absolutely did not- she offered us to stay an additional night for the inconvenience - absolutely joking, no partial refund anything I'm so disgusted by her and Vrbos response to this You have no come back basically by booking through them if a problem with the property. This was not cheap accommodation and we did not go there to be made to feel ill. I would like to add pictures but I am unable to on here

I am really sorry that nothing was good for you. This morning I had information that the air condition working from my cleaning lady and I am sorry If the freaser take a couple of minutues to be cool . If I have know that you didnt was ok with not using the terass before cleaning lady been there I would not rent out to you. it was a rental just a couple of days before and she could not clean with that short notice .maybe its better you not say okej If its not. I only had good feedback before so I am really sorry .

Emplacement exceptionnel

Emplacement idéal a 60 m de la plage, un commerce alimentaire a 300 m pas besoin de prendre la voiture, c'est très calme, dans l'appartement il y a tout le nécessaire en grande quantité c'est exceptionnel, la literie est très bonne, je remercie lisa et Stefan pour ce bel endroit que je recommande sans hésiter. En 20 ans de location c'est la première fois que je vois ça !!!!

Lugar tranquilo y bien ubicado

El alojamiento bien, pero el aire acondicionado de la sala no funciona (nos pusimos en contacto con la duena y dijo que tenia queareeglarlo). Decir que en el armario no teníamos demasiado sitio para dejarlas cosas, ya que habia bastantes objetos y ropa. La comunicación con Lisa y Yolanda perfecta.

Appartement a 2 pas de la plage. L'appartement est très bien équipé lave linge, machine à laver, Clim, le nécessaire de plage (parasol, glacière...) etc... Quartier très calme. Merci à Lisa pour sa réactivité. Nous avons passé 15 jours magnifiques.

Superbe location

C’est un appartement parfait pour une famille avec deux enfants. Il y a bien deux chambres une pour les parents et une pour les enfants. L’appartement comprend deux clim une dans le salon et une dans la chambre des enfants ce qui est un plus. Le lave linge et le lave vaisselle sont très appréciables ! Merci à Lisa grâce à vous nous avons découvert Torre del Mar un très bon point de chute pour découvrir l’Andalousie et faire du farniente devant la Mer bleue. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Fantástico!!

Det här boendet samt resmålet har allt man kan önska. En supermysig lägenhet med en härlig takterrass. Det sovrum vi använde gick att mörklägga helt samt en välfungerande ac, vi sov som stockar. I lägenheten finns tillgång till solstolar, parasoll, kylväska och frysklampar. Det tog fem minuter att gå till supermercado, de hade allt och lite till i sitt sortiment. Stranden som man ser från terrassen tar 2 min att gå till. Lägenheten ligger i den lite lugnare delen av stranden där det var lätt att få bord för lite lunch. Längre bort på stranden lyckades vi inte få bord en enda gång. 3.5-4 euro för att hyra solstol med parasoll om man vill det. Vattnet är rent och under vår vecka var det härliga vågor att bada i. Duschar och toaletter finns utmed hela stranden. Stranden myllrade av människor från tidig fm till långt efter att mörkret lagt sig. Ingen behöver vara hungrig i Torre. På kvällen myllrade det av restauranger av alla slag. I Torre är man inte jätteduktig på engelska men det var aldrig några stora problem, kroppsspråket löser det mesta. Alla är vänliga och vill hjälpa till. Det var enkelt att med buss ta sig från Torre till flygplatsen. Lisa har verkligen lyckats med att man känner sig som hemma i hennes lägenhet och hon fanns bara ett sms bort för att svara på frågor. Alla kontakter med Lisa har fungerat klockrent!! Vi hade inte kunnat önska mer av vår vecka i Torre. Maten, drycken, vädret, havet, folket och lägenheten, allt har varit toppen!! Vi kommer komma tillbaka och vi hyr gärna Lisas lägenhet igen!!

Magnifique appartement

Bonjour Nous avons loué ce magnifique appartement pour la deuxième fois de suite, très jolie appartement bien situé au calme à moins de 100m de la plage avec une grande terrasse et son barbecue. La propriétaire et très sympa et sérieuse 100% de réponse Nous reviendrons Avec plaisir dans cette magnifique ville et ce jolie appartement.

Nous avons loué l'appartement pour 11jours Tres bien situé juste à côté de la plage, dans une petite rue calme. Un peu à l'écart du bruit ce qui été parfait. Udmærket lejlighed, men lidt trang.

Lejligheden ligger i et typisk spansk boligområde, hvilket jeg personligt foretrækker, fremfor at bo i en turistghetto. Ligger centralt i gåafstand til både Caleta de Velez og centrum af Torre del Mar, og tæt på både supermarked og restauranter. Som langtidslejer vil jeg foreslå at udskifte opvaskemaskinen med en ovn, alternativt installere en microbølgeovn med grilleffekt. Derudover en flad brødrister, så man ikke skal leve af toastbrød til morgenmad i hele perioden.
