Moderne maison en pierre de silex, des moments de la plage (pour les enfants) - nouveau taux bas

Un chalet moderne lumineux et spacieux construit dans un style traditionnel dans le coeur de Broadstairs. Il est une promenade facile à la plage, des commerces et des restaurants. Il y a une place de parking privé dans la cour derriÚre la maison. A l'étage, il y a une chambre double spacieuse, une chambre double avec lits de luxe adaptés pour les adultes, et une chambre simple. Il y a une salle de bains moderne avec baignoire et douche à l'étage et un vestiaire en bas. Le salon est spacieux avec deux grands canapés et un fauteuil. Jouxtant le salon est une cuisine / salle à manger séparée avec table à manger pour accueillir 6. Il y a un patio à l'arriÚre de la maison. Un lit Voyage et chaise haute sont fournis. TV / DVD et WiFi sont disponibles gratuitement. Ceci est un nouveau let de vacances annonce que nous avons beaucoup de disponibilité pour l'été.

We stayed for just over a week and couldn’t fault a thing. The house is comfortable and within walking distance to the shops and the beach.

Broadstairs ist fĂŒr AusflĂŒge nach London oder Canterbuy super gelegen und die KĂŒste und die Pubs sind sehr schön.Die Ferienwohnung ist fĂŒr uns als Familie exzellent gewesen. Groß und gemĂŒtlich. Peter als Gastgeber ist ein Geschenk. Freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer anprechbar.Sehr zu empfehlen.

Brilliant holiday property

Another amazing week in this great property. We have been coming to Broadstairs for at least six years and always stayed in this excellently located house with the added bonus of a parking space. Well within walking distance of the town and all the restaurants etc. we love this house!

Wonderfully relaxing

Beautiful house, bright & welcoming. 5 minutes walk from the sea, the harbour, the cosy little 111 seater cinema, the cliff top walks & the bandstand and gardens. We hope to come back!

Clean, comfortable & good location

The two storey property on Crow Hill is well appointed, very clean and extremely comfortable.There is a designated parking place close to the property and it was only a short walk into the centre of Broadstairs. The location made a great base to explore the surrounding area and I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending it.

Lovely modern cottage

Great location, easily walkable to high street restaurants and shops, plus the beach. Very well equipped and tastefully decorated. It’s also incredibly valuable to have dedicated off-street parking as finding on-street parking in Broadstairs is very hard.

Great stay in Broadstairs

House was well-equipped, very clean and cosy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house - great to park the car and not think about driving again - right on top of dozens off bars, pubs and restaurants - would definitely return.

Great place to stay, cottage was spotless and very well equipped. Lots of nice restaurants nearby and good walks. Local bus and trains were very convenient, didn't use the car although good parking at the property.

Immaculately clean. Very comfortable, especially the beds. A real home from home. Broadstairs is very interesting and ideally placed as a base to explore the surrounding towns and countryside. Would recommend without reservation.

Brilliant

What a well presented comfy cottage, in a great location, close to all you need but far enough away from the noise of the bars. We had a 2 night stay and found the check in easy and communication was excellent. Loved our stay and will definately be booking time and again.

Excellent family accommodation in Broadstairs

We loved our stay in this well-situated, well-equipped, clean and comfortable house close to the beach and town centre. The owner was very helpful and communicative. Broadstairs is perfect for families with children, there are lots of good places to eat, and those lucky enough to have a resident babysitter will find plenty of plac s to eat out or have a drink in the evening.

Another great week

Another brilliant stay in this wonderful property. This has to be our fifth visit and we never tire of this house or Broadstairs. The house has everything you could possibly need and Peter (the owner) is exceptionally helpful. Nothing too much trouble. We love this house and hope we can keep coming for years to come.

We feel in holiday mode as soon as we arrive in Broadstairs. We love seeing our daughter run free on the beach - such a change from the busy roads of London where we live. We first came to Broadstairs on daytrips from London, meeting friends who live here. It gave us the widest smiles to just be here. So, after we had our son and had settled down a bit in London, we looked for a way to be able to come to Broadstairs as a family more often, and we were really thrilled to find this lovely cottage. We love it and we hope you will be as enchanted with it as we are.

Forge Cottages is newly built, so it's warm and cosy, and yet has lovely traditional features like the flint stone wall and archway at the front. It is a really easy walk out of the front door and down just one short road to the seafront, the beach and all the lovely cafes and shops of Broadstairs. There are many lovely new restaurants in the area too with plenty of options for foodies or for a quick bite. Lots to choose from!

Forge Cottages is a perfect holiday house. It is practical and easy to live in and makes your holiday so easy and enjoyable because everything is so close. Your own car parking space is an added advantage. It’s a great location - the beach, shops and restaurants are all accessible on foot.
