Villa Amanda is a luxurious Villa located in a quiet residential area overlooking the entire Port of Andratx.
The plan renewed 2019, has been the new kitchen with its terrace "special breakfast". And the solarium located on top of the Villa

The villa is completely isolated from all its neighbors. Privacy is total.
5 minutes walk from all restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, bus, taxi and entertainment.
The Villa has SAT TV and WIFI.
It is located in the VIP neighborhood just above the Sailing Club and the marina. It is accessed by a small quiet dead-end street without parking problems.
All rooms have balconies or terraces overlooking the harbor and A / C.
4 bedrooms en suite with full bathrooms (2 with jacuzzi) and terraces.

2 - bedroom of 20 m2 and its XXL shower + balcony facing the sea

And a full summer kitchen at the bar and its BBQ next to the pool.

As a welcome gift, we leave something to eat and drink in the kitchen fridge (Cava).

Villa Amanda was a very charming property with amazing views of port Andratx.

Stunning property which was extremely well equipped . Fantastic outside space too. Villa also positioned well for the restaurants and nightlife . The owners were very approachable and friendly people who were nearby in case there was a problem.

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in dieser schönen Villa und wieder sehr zufrieden. Highlights sind zweifelsohne der fantastische Ausblick auf den Hafen, der Aussenbereich mit Küche und Pool, die Nähe zu den Restaurants und Geschäften sowie der allgemein hohe Standard der Immobilie.

Urlaub in Port Andratx

Wir haben in Port Andratx ein Haus gesucht, indem wir als Familie, trotz aktueller Situation, einen schönen Sommer Urlaub verbringen konnten. Wir hätten uns für die eine Woche während der wir in Port Andratx waren kein besseres Haus vorstellen können. Die Gastgeber, Regine und Alberto, waren sehr herzlich und freundlich. Sie haben uns geholfen und sehr nutzbare Tipps gegeben, so dass wir mit Lebensmitteln und Wasser für die Woche auskamen. Das Haus ist wunderschön dekoriert und eingerichtet. Der direkte Blick aufs Meer, sowohl wie auch die Küche (innen und draussen), war ein absoluter Traum. Wir haben uns hier extrem wohl und sicher gefühlt und werden hoffentlich die Chance haben wieder zu kommen!

Awesome house with breathtaking view over Port Andratx

Regine and Alberto were perfect hosts and always happy to assist in any way. The house was absolutely clean. Has a very high standard (especially vor Mallorca). Great pool. Breathtaking view. Just a few minute walking to the port. Nothing to complain. We love to come back. Best, Christian & Family

Villa Amanda is a winner

Villa Amanda is spectacular . Incredible views, lots of space , lovely pool area and having the outdoor kitchen was excellent. Everyone agreed it is the best Villa we have rented on Port Andratx and we have been coming here since 2001

Lockdown Holiday

We spent a wonderful two weeks in Port D'Andratx at Villa Amanda. The property feels much bigger than the pictures suggest. The two kitchens had more than enough equipment (although we were a bit lost with the fancy corkscrew) to cater for everyone and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. Only a couple of niggles being the quality of the towels (bathroom and pool) which were very old and the age of the white goods in the pool kitchen (that said having two kitchens is a bonus). The bottle chiller was a real bonus meaning we could stockpile the much needed water and beers and only a couple of supermarket trips were needed. The building works behind the villa were a pain, we were awake whether we liked it or not (not the owners fault and will not last forever). Only minor issues in an otherwise perfect holiday and will no doubt be addressed by the very attentive owners. Already missing the views, the pool and the owners very cute kitten.

Great villa in a great location

Just returned from a wonderful week at this excellent villa. The photos do not do the place justice and the view of the Port is outstanding. All rooms are well decorated, spotlessly clean and the kitchen is brand new and well equipped. We would highly recommend.

Beautiful home in stunning portal town

Beautiful house with magnificent views over Port d”Andratx- the property is immaculate with stunning views from all rooms. A real highlight is the outdoor kitchen by the pool- fully equipped with anything you could need- - the stunning port with lots of restaurants and coffee shops is a 10 minute walk although a bit longer to walk back. The club de vela yacht club is 5 mins walk away -and the stunning cove of Cala Llamp is 5 mins in a taxi - the owner s could not have been more helpful- a fantastic place to stay

Herrliche Villa mit spektakulärer Hafensicht auf sämtlichen Ebenen, einem grossartigen Aussenbereich mit Pool, vielen Sonnenliegen, einer sehr grossen, komplett ausgestatteten Aussenküche mit grossem Grill sowie hinreichenden Sitzplätzen. Fantastic location

Overall the property exceeded our expectations - great location , unbelievable views over the port and a fantastic swimming pool , and outdoor dining and kitchen facility space ( so good we did not use the new indoor kitchen !!) . Minor issues included noise from building works behind the villa (outside owners control ) and it would have been great to have had quality / larger bathroom towels ! . Overall a great experience and would recommend.

A beautiful property providing excellent accommodation for up to 8 adults

We were 6 adults and a baby having a week's family holiday. The villa was fantastic - lovely accommodation, beautifully furnished and the pool terrace with its bar, bbq and dining table was brilliant. Some nasty mosquitos around but you can't legislate for that! Much of the time was spent poolside whether sunbathing, swimming, eating or drinking! We know Port Andratx well having owned an apartment there for many years and the Villa Amanda is in a great location within easy walking distance of the Club de Vela - a good place to eat - and only a ten minute walk to the Port itself round the harbour where you are spoilt for choice with the numerous bars and restaurants. You could spend your entire holiday without leaving the villa except to shop and not get tired of it. The view over the Port means that there's plenty to see particularly if you are into boats and there were some spectacular vessels in and out during our stay. As I said, the villa is well appointed particularly as regards cooking and eating as there are full kitchen facilities behind the bar as well as the main kitchen in the villa. The main kitchen good though it was had limited seating but I understand that it is going to be upgraded shortly in any case. Finally, the owner and family were lovely to deal with and clearly wanted us to enjoy our holiday to the max and we certainly did that!

fantastisch

sehr gepflegtes und hochwertig eingerichtetes haus und nettem Betreuer .alberto spricht relativ gut deutsch.täglich morgens ca.8 uhr wurde automatisch müll geleert ,grill gesäubert und pool kontrolliert. das haus entspricht exakt den angegebenen Fotos.das vierte Schlafzimmer auf Poolebene ist seperat mit eigenem Zugang vom pool .wir hatten kein Ungeziefer ausser die üblichen Mücken.
