This was an absolutely excellent property to stay in. The facilities were very clean and everything and more was available. The pool is fantastic, beautifully maintained/cleaned. The hosts, Cathy and Mick, were very friendly and helpful to us. It was a very quiet location, well away from the hustle and bustle of our everyday lives. We would not hesitate to both recommend and also to revisit.

Great swimming pool

Quiet location, lovely swimming pool which is looked after well. Nice medieval villages and lakes to walk around close to the house. Owners very helpful and live on site. Our visit coincided with a lot of mosquitoes in the garden.

Restful and relaxing

We had a relaxing 10 days holiday in this charming gite in south west France. Set on the edge of the village of Cahuzac this small gite with private pool provides all you need for a perfect relaxing getaway. It's only a short drive or bike ride to restaurants and supermarket at Castillionnes and there is plenty of sightseeing in the area. Catherine & Mick are great hosts and we wish them well for the future.

Séjour en Dordogne

Séjour très agréable dans une magnifique région. La location de Catherine et Mick est parfaitement agencée, propre et tres bien équipée. Nous regrettons que les horaires de la piscine (10h-18h) n'etaient pas plus larges. Un léger bémol sur la qualité de la literie. Le soleil qui était au rendez-vous nous a ravis.

At the start of the season we limit the opening hours of the pool so we can cover it during the coolest parts of the day and keep the water temperature high. Of course, if our guests would like the pool open earlier or later we will comply if you ask us.

Nous avons séjourné un week-end à 3 adultes et le logement convenait très bien. Il y a tout ce dont on a besoin sur place et la grande piscine est un plus très appréciable. La région est magnifique, on se retrouve très vite au milieu des vignes de Bergerac et Monbazillac. Catherine est un hôte aux petits soins à l'arrivée et qui sait se faire discrète ensuite. Très bon week-end de 3 jours, nous reviendrons surement
