We loved the apartment and its location. Only downside was being on the 4th floor and carrying up the luggage. I'd stay their again, but on the bottom floor (apartment #1, 2 or 3)

Our stay was relaxing and quiet. The location was perfect for perusing the historical city. Restaurants, shops, museums, and churches are all in walking distance.

This apartment is in the heart of the city good walking distance to all the majors attractions and shops snd restaurants. The apartment was clean and quiet. The only reason i did not give it an excellent was because it needs a new mattress and couch Toledo is beautiful and i highly recommend seeing it. Lastly this did not affect us but the is on the third floor with no elevator so i would not recommend it to anyone with mobility issues

Nice, clean apartment in a great location.

My wife and I stayed here for three nights. Super location for seeing the historic parts of Toledo. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, clean and a very attentive owner. This apartment is a third story walk up so if you have lots of baggage, it's a little bit of a hump, but The location makes it worthwhile.

Good size, very quiet although in the old town center. Excellent bed, decent size kitchen for 2 people. The only area that would need some attention is the water pressure in the shower is very weak, although in the sink and the kitchen is perfect. Overall, a good place, definitely recommended when in Toledo. Parking was a breeze at Santo Tome.

Perfect Toledo Location

We really enjoyed our stay in Toledo at this unit. The apartment was clean and comfortable and we found the building to be rather quiet. Toledo is compact enough that everything is within walking distance from the apartment. We even walked to the train station upon departure. Communication with the host was no issue and the check-in instructions were perfectly clear. I highly recommend this unit and Toledo and will look forward to a return visit.

Absolutely Delightful

New construction designed to blend in with the historic context. Very well done. Apartment is full of natural light. Of the 10 VRBO properties we stayed in during our trip, this rates in the top 2. EZ check in, clean, orderly and well equipped. Parking is in a public garage 5 minute walk from apartment and is not included in the price. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Apt is cute and comfortable. The bed was so so. There are 3 flights of stairs leading to the apartment. The parking garage is about a 5 min walk, uphill and very rough cobblestone streets. We decided to take needed items in a backpack and leave suitcases in car, that was a good choice! Very close to attractions and dining.

Great area in the inner city. Lots of nice little shops and restaurants. Close walking distance to main square. Jewish district had charm. Easy to get access to apartment. Facility was clean and upkept. Quiet, comfortable space. There are quite a few stairs to get to apartment 12, but only a problem for people with a handicap. Easy communication with property owner.

We stayed here for a week in February. The property is set in a quiet cul-de-sac with virtually no external noise. The property is tastefully decorated with with both modern and character touches and is very comfortable for a couple. The kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of wardrobe space in the bedroom. There are restaurants and bars all around and a couple of convenience stores nearby and it is superbly located for all of Toledo's highlights. The communication by the owner is excellent and the check-in instructions were detailed and easy to follow. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Toledo.

Nice place to stay

The apartment was clean and it was just as described. I would highly recommend it as a great place to stay in Toledo. Instructions for the owner were clear and concise. The bed was comfortable but a queen. Some of the pillows are dense foam and a bit uncomfortable. I would also recommend a few more cooking utensils. Water pressure in the shower was not all that strong. We used the AC a couple of times and it worked well. Overall we loved the apartment and the town
