L'Aulnay Bricard is a beautiful and comfortable holiday home on a 12 hectare green and peaceful property located in Langeais en Touraine, Loire Valley region, known worldwide for its famous Loire Castles.
From the threshold crossed, you will feel the warm atmosphere, the unique atmosphere that will be conducive to the moments of relaxation that you will live with family or friends.The, house, on two floors, can welcome 10 persons. The living room with its fireplace and the dining room, comfortable, refined and hospitable
directly opens on to the magnificent gardens.
The kitchen is spacious, practical and well equipped.
Each of the five bedrooms is large, bright and tastefully decorated, with a private bathroom. Two of them are on the ground floor level, one of which is equipped to welcome visitors with restricted mobility. Possibility to reserve two additional ensuite bedrooms in a closeby annex building.

Picturesque Villa in Château Country - Loire

The house was great. It was truly picturesque. Plenty of room for 9 of us for a great family vacation (2 families - adults/ 2 kids each and grandma). 5 bathrooms. Big gourmet kitchen. Great pool. Great location if you want a retreat/ base camp to visit a bunch of cute towns and great chateaux. Main floor fully wheelchair accessible. Not in a town but 10-30 minutes from great food and great sites. Owners were great and gave good recommendations for food and chateaux.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful converted barn. From start to finish the place exceeded any expectations although we had read the reviews We came with another family and out three teenage boys played 24/7 cricket on the grass lawn and swam in the gorgeous poolIt's a lovely spot, with obviously loads to see in the Loire ValleyI cannot thank Bruno enough for his warm intelligent kindness throughout the week and we so enjoyed a couple of evening drinks with him.This is an exceptional place to stay - with beyond luxury fittings, about 200 bathrooms and massive walk in showers and always a nod to history with the open beams and ancient room alignmentMerci Bruno et Catherine

Superbe séjour au calme

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le gite L'Aulnay Bricard. Nos hôtes, Catherine et Bruno, sont charmants, prévenants et discrets. Notre fils adulte handicapé en fauteuil a pu profiter d'une belle semaine dans un lieu tout à fait adapté. Il en a été de même pour nos deux petits enfants de 18 mois et 4 ans. La maison, en plus d'être superbe et très bien équipée, reste fraiche tout au long de la journée et la piscine est un régal. La campagne proche de beaucoup de centres d'intérêt: châteaux (connus et moins connus), grottes, accrobranche, randonnées au départ du gîte...

Un second espace pour déjeuner à l'ombre.

Lors du grand week-end de l'ascension, nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour. Tres bel hébergement, bien agencé et spacieux, cuisine très bien équipée. Sans oublier l'extérieur, vaste jardin avec piscine, et terrasse pour les repas. Cadre magnifique et reposant. Hôte tres accueillante et disponible. En résumé gîte remarquable.

A cut above the rest

Du haut de gamme exceptionnel car une salle d'eau par chambre : fort rare dans les locations françaises. Une maison de famille rénovée avec beaucoup de gout et tres bien équipée dans un très joli cadre champêtre tranquille. On a vraiment apprécié la disponibilité et la discrétion des charmants propriétaires, toujours prêts a nous renseigner ou rendre service. De plus la propriétaire nous a recommandé une personne idéale pour un coup de main en cuisine et menage durant notre quinzaine.

Un séjour très agréable

Gîte situé dans un cadre idyllique à proximité de la forêt, au calme, avec une piscine très appréciable, grande et propre. Un accueil parfait, idéal pour se ressourcer et des hôtes à disposition sans être gênants. Maison grande, propre et très bien équipée (la cuisine notamment). Juste un inconvénient: la ville la plus proche est Langeais, à approx. 20 minutes de route (la boulangerie la plus proche étant à Langeais...cela fait long pour aller chercher son pain frais chaque matin). Et le barbecue est fonctionnel, mais demanderai à terme à être changé. Sinon, pour un séjour en famille, nous recommandons à 98 % !

Une tres belle experience

Nous nous sommes retrouvés entre amis dans cette merveilleuse propriété et nous avons passé un excellent moment. La maison est dans un lieu calme, la décoration de la maison est soignée, et la propriétaire tres gentille et disponible.

Très bel endroit

Nous avons passé deux très belles semaines dans cette location. La maison est confortable, la literie et les salles de bain sont de bonne qualité. L'espace devant la maison est paisible, avec une très belle vue.

une location de charme, très confortable, très accueillante, bien équipée

La maison est accueillante, pleine de charme, bien entretenue, décorée avec goût. L'espace n'y manque pas. Il est bien aménagé, il est d'ailleurs particulièrement agréable que 4 des 5 chambres dispose d'une (grande) salle de bain/douche avec toilettes privatives (sur le palier pour la cinquième). Une salle à manger et un salon, tous deux de de bonne taille complètent l'ensemble. L'une des chambres donne accès à un espace bureau pour qui souhaiterait y travailler tandis qu'une terrasse permet de prendre les repas à l'extérieur. Une mention particulière doit être réservée aux propriétaires dont la gentillesse et la disponibilité ont été sans faille. La qualité de l'accueil s'est étendue à la mise à disposition d'une piscine gonflable et de jouets variés proposés au jeune enfant qui faisait partie de notre groupe et plus encore d'un panier pique-nique, alors que le premiers arrivants du groupe avaient rejoint la location un peu tard. Ajoutons enfin que parce que toute quasi-perfection préserve une marge de progression, les souhaits d'un éclairage extérieur pour la terrasse, et pour la hotte de la cuisine, un accès plus rassurant (rampe) pour descendre dans la piscine et un robot nettoyeur plus performant (piscine toujours). Avec nos remerciements, nos félicitations pour la qualité des prestations offertes et nos meilleurs pensées,

Nous prenons bonne note de leurs opportunes suggestions d'améliorations. Celle concernant le confort d'usage pour la descente dans la piscine sera suivie. La question du robot a déjà été solutionnée. Hotte et éclairage extérieur de la terrasse pour permettre la lecture en fin de soirée seront pris en compte. Catherine
