You will appreciate this beautifully renovated house with charm for its ideal location in the heart of the Bourgueil vineyards: very comfortable and welcoming, it is the perfect place for family holidays or with friends.

The house is spread over 2 levels:

Ground floor:
A large comfortable and cozy living room with a wood stove, TV with Free channels, DVD player, and free fiber WiFi.
A dining room with a wood fireplace that can accommodate 10 people, high chair for children.
An office space
A modern, well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, Nespresso and classic coffee makers, induction cooktop and electric oven)
A laundry room with refrigerator, washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, and clothes drying rack
A bedroom with 2 single beds 90x200 or 1 double bed 180x200 and an en-suite bathroom with toilet and shower. The bedroom is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
The ground floor opens onto a large outdoor terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, with access to the pool in the garden.

Bed linen / towels are not included in the price: you can bring your own or rent them (double bed kit: €25 / bed including towels for 2 people / single bed kit: €20 / bed including towels for 1 person, beds not made on arrival).

Household linen (tea towels, bath mats) and cleaning products are provided.

Arrival times are from 4 PM to 7 PM with physical reception and key handover.

After 7 PM, arrival is autonomous with a key box.
