Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit herrlichem Ausblick

Wir haben im September zwei Wochen in diesem tollen Haus verbracht und sind hellauf begeistert. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und während unseres Aufenthaltes durch das professionelle Team der Vermieter in jeglicher Hinsicht unterstützt. Es gab sogar einen wöchentlichen Handtuch -und Bettwäschewechsel , mit dem wir garnicht gerechnet hatten. Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Lage und der Ausblick waren einfach traumhaft. Herrliche Strände in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und Supermärkte und Restaurants ebenso. Wir sind begeistert und kommen gerne wieder.

Una meravigliosa settimana in Sardegna

La casa è meravigliosa. Esattamente come riprodotta sulle foto. L’host gentilissimo e molto disponibile nel caso di particolari esigenze. Inoltre vengono fornite moltissime informazioni sulla zona e su tutto quanto possa essere utile. Pulizie e altri servizi sono tutti a livello eccellente

Das Reihenhaus hat eine tolle Lage von wo man in kurzer Zeit die schönsten Strände in Chia und Umgebung erreichen kann! Bäcker & Supermarkt in wenigen Minuten mit Auto erreichbar!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Casa molto bella e con vista mare fantastica

La casa è in una posizione molto bella che offre uno splendido panorama. La descrizione dell’annuncio corrisponde a quanto abbiamo trovato. La comunicazione con l’host è stata puntuale e gentile già in fase di prenotazione. Abbiamo evidenziato la necessità di un intervento sui letti e in poche ore il manutentore è intervenuto. Altamente consigliata.

Das Haus hat eine traumhafte Lage. Wir haben es sehr genossen ! Die Bilder entsprachen absolut der Realität. Leider war die Qualität der Betten nicht so gut. Sie waren unbequem und haben keinen erholsamen Schlaf erlaubt. Schade dafür!

We had a few issues with the house, only due to the strange monsoon with heavy rain and winds (unusual for this area). Margherita was very responsive and Massimo fixed every problem we encountered. Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful view and fantastic sunrise!

Paolo was awaiting us at the reception from the hotel to take us to the house and explained us how everything works there. When he showed us the view from the house we were very glad being there! You will find yourself in the same area of the Chia Laguna which has it's advantages and disadvantages. Sometimes the moderators of the events on the stage can be very loud until midnight which bothered us a bit. But the area is nice up hill and good located to reach some nice beaches or small trekking tours. The house is tasteful decorated with light colors and some nice red touches. The fortuniture is also from good quality which delivers you a cosy ambience and value for the money for the house rental. The kitchen could have some improvements like a toaster or oven and pans with lid (we had only one lid to fit for all pans), but otherwise it was nice cooking there. The bathrooms are old fashioned and they could have some improments. We had some little problems with the smell in one of them, but we could find a workaround and left the window all day long opened which helped a lot. On the windows there were no net against the mosquitoes, so we had always to close the windows late in the afternoon. When we booked the house there were no many information available in the website, so I would recommend Margherita to add more there like distance of grocery stores, restaurants, worthy beaches to visit, get more feedback from guests (when I booked it there was none), so it was like playing lottery! 😉 Here some of our hints: next grocery shop Luna market is 1km far from the house. But there are some others not far away around 3km and on the main road some small stands selling fresh fruits and vegetables mainly from own production. You can walk to the beach just down hill or to the Chia tower. My husband was going jogging to the tower every morning while I was preparing breakfast. But don't miss the sunrise! It's fantastic!!! In the area our favorite beach was Teurreda. It is a small and very nice beach in direction to Teulada. Around 5km from the house. Summarizing we had a great and romantic time in this charming house and we would come back again!
