Eres más que bienvenido a alojarte en nuestro amplio apartamento con aire acondicionado, ubicado en el primer piso, ubicado en una comunidad cerrada en el popular complejo El Divino en Los Alcázares, Costa Cálida. A solo 3 minutos a pie de la popular Plaza Mercadona de Los Alcázares con muchos bares, restaurantes y tiendas, y a 5 minutos a pie de las impresionantes playas con una gran selección de bares, restaurantes y deportes acuáticos. Muy cerca de la propiedad hay varios campos de golf de campeonato, incluido Roda & Mar Menor Golf, ideal tanto para los amantes de la playa como para los amantes del golf. Esta propiedad tiene dos dormitorios, dos baños, salón / comedor y cocina americana con muebles de calidad. Desde la gran terraza hay vistas a la magnífica piscina comunitaria y los impresionantes jardines bien cuidados. Hay dos piscinas y los jardines y las zonas comunes de los alrededores están bien cuidados y se mantienen al más alto nivel. El nuevo aeropuerto está a 30 minutos en coche o el aeropuerto de Alicante a 50 minutos en coche, se puede organizar un traslado desde el aeropuerto de Murcia-Corvera.

Lovely relaxing complex

We had 8 days at the apartment it’s got everything you need to have a nice holiday , outside is very well kept and maintained with 2 swimming pools which were quite warm very nice . Overall we had a great holiday !!

Great apartment in good location

Moira was very friendly and helpful the apartment was really lovely, decor a bit tired but overall clean and in a great location with plenty of space. Super close to bars & restaurants but great supermarkets for self catering. Just one very small thing to consider would be better mattresses as they were a bit uncomfortable

Weeks stay in Los Alcazares

Stayed for a week, beginning of October. Apartment was lovely, as was Moira, the key holder. Apartment is located near everything, no need for transport, and very secure. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Martyn for allowing us to stay.

A most enjoyable trip

We had a most enjoyable holiday in Los Alcazaros. Accomodation was perfect for us and very comfortable. Location was also ideal. A special mention for Linda who arranged transfers. We would definitely be keen to return next year.

great holiday!

Clean, spacious apartment overlooking well maintained pool and gardens. Lovely balcony overlooking the pool area. The apartment is well equipped and is close to lovely bars and restaurants and lovely beaches . Being only 10 mins from the airport ,made it a lovely relaxing holiday. Highly recommend it!

Apt by pool

Apt was shabby and in need of refurbishment. No cooker was a pain. A/C or main heating broke down on day 3. Fortunately a small heater was available. No instructions for A/C or the air fryer.

Summer fun

Beautiful apartment with everything you could ever need available. Location was fantastic a short stroll to pubs and a multitude of different restaurants. Pool area was beautifully maintained. Beach accessible on foot. Lots of free parking available around the complex. Excellent communication from owner and associate in Los Alcazares had a brilliant week.

Lovely apartment

Very clean airy apartment easy check in good contact with the check in Moira. Great view of the pool and nice pool. I felt sorry for families with small children who were not allowed inflatables in the baby pool. Seemed a bit harsh. Definitely recommend if you want a chilled out holiday.

A piece of heaven

Its the second time we have stayed in this apartment and it was just as good. We got to meet up with friends and enjoyed sitting by the pool. It was quieter which suited us down to the ground and the weather was good to us. I hope Martyn and Sharon will let us come and stay again. Thank you.

Pure relaxation

we were very lucky to rent this property as it was a last minute thing. Property was as described but just a couple of things let it down. Toilet brushes needed replacing, toaster too. Furniture in the living room was lovely but tv we couldn't get to work. (Not really missed) beds a little uncomfortable but we all prefer our own beds.

Terrible! Not as described and NOT FOR KIDS

So disappointing, IT IS FILTHY. The decor is so outdated and very rough round the edges, it’s need modernisation, everything looks very tatty/faded. No furniture matches. The beds are nothing more than old army style metal frames with very cheap uncomfortable mattresses. The bedding is in matching old patterned sheets. The other bedding has been thrown on top of the wardrobes. Not even folded or neatly. It’s described as an air conditioned apartment, there is only air con in the lounge, not in the bedrooms, when it’s hitting 44 degrees outside and you have very young children it is not good enough to describe it as an air conditioned apartment when only 1 room is. We had to pay to hire a cot bed that was only found for us by request a day before we arrived, even though the booking we made stated how old our baby is. So I’m assuming we were expected to put our infant to sleep on a bed with no sides? Bathroom shower doors are rusty and broken, the sealant is broken and disgusting. All grout is filthy. There is no oven, the kitchen is not clean, think with dirt on lots of places and it’s all very damaged. There is random nails and hooks stuck out of the wall. My parents are staying in another apartment also in the El Divino complex, they paid the same amount of money for the same dates and it’s significantly nicer and also has a beautiful well furnished roof terrace. It’s modernised and is spotlessly clean and not tatty at all. I feel so disappointed that we’re in this apartment and we paid the same for it! There’s is also fully air conditioned. No one told us about the pool rules either, so today we were shouted at by a very aggressive, unkind and down right nasty lady (Petra) who came over to us in the pool to have a go at us because we hadn’t showered before we got in. She was really awful. Everyone was looking, it was highly embarrassing and she was shouting at the children too (my 4 year old and my nephew who is 13 who is staying in the other apartment with my parents). We’re not mind readers, the rules weren’t told to us, we weren’t asked to read anything and there is no obvious rules for us to see in the apartment. There were security people at the pool watching everyone, telling people off. The president stands on his veranda with a walky talky most of the day. Absolutely abhorrent. I contacted the owner on day 1, he did not care and he argued the point. I have taken lots of photos so will try and upload them.

Mitchell we are here now in our lovely clean and modern apartment and after talking to a number of the residents here who witnessed your antics here during your stay it’s safe to say that yours and your family’s behaviour was a total disgrace, they have all told me that all you were after was a refund and telling lies is something you will use to get what you want, your comments are total rubbish and you obviously have serious issues, please do not return to this lovely apartment and the lovely complex, Los Alcazares is wonderful and dies not need rubbish like you

Alojamiento maravilloso.

Todo está a la altura de su anuncio. Moira y Martyn son unos anfitriones de lujo. La casa cuenta hasta con el más mínimo detalle que puedas imaginar. Las instalaciones son espectaculares. Zona tranquila que cuenta con socorristas y guardias de seguridad para que todo esté en orden y tranquilo. Lo único es que el tema transporte público está muy desconectado, mejor en coche. Aparcamiento fácil en la misma calle.

I first visited the area on a Golfing Holiday, I have been interested in purchasing a property in Spain for some time & instantly fell in love with Los Alcazares & surrounding areas as it offers everything that one would want for a holiday. I viewed many properties but as soon as i arrived at the El Divino complex and andmired the view from the balcony of the apartment that was it, the location and quality of the complex is perfect

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The apartment is large enough for us who are a family of 5 and the view from the balcony overlooking the pool & gardens is lovely, as some of the apartments do not have this view it is a brilliant feature of this apartment. The close proximity to the Plaza & stunning Mar Menor beaches is fantastic, its also very flat making it superb for walking & cycling, the promenade goes on for miles with lovely bars & restaurants along the way. The sea is warm & pleasant & is perfect for young children & people of all ages
