Detached villa with 1000 square meters of garden, furnished with care and style, with four bedrooms, two of which with independent entrance and bathroom. The villa is ideal for families and couples who wish to have some moments of privacy. The centerpiece of the house is an L-shaped patio, very large and tastefully decorated. In the patio you can eat (table and 8 chairs in teak), chatting (living in banana tree braided with white cushions), you can read in peace.
The dominant color inside the villa is the blue of the Sardinian style furniture, while the curtains and bedspreads recall the color of the sand of Porto Giunco.
The lush and well-kept garden is equipped to enjoy relaxing moments in the sun or in the shade.
The terrace above the house is ideal to spend pleasant moments, watching the pink flamingos of the Notteri pond, sea and in the distance the tower of Porto Giunco

Nice house in summer location

Very nice house with great outside terasse sheltered from the sun, all good materials in-door and outdood and all works. 3 very good bathrooms and 4 bedrooms with good madresses. Very nice and gren garden. The area is relatively humid, so to avoid the misquitos in the evening. you need to to use the varps (supplied). The kitchen is very small, but it works and it has the things you need for a holiday. Air conditioning works really well. Several very nice beaches in the area, so try to find some of the "secret" ones, which may be a little more difficult to access. Also some very good restaurants in Villisimius - try e.g. Sandalyon or Arcada Wine & Restaurant.

Das Haus entspricht absolut der Beschreibung und ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Die Dachterassen sind riesig, der gesamte Außenbereich ist schön und absolut gepflegt. Wir waren zu 7 und mit Freunden unterwegs, das Haus war wirklich optimal. In 5 Gehminuten ist man an einem der schönsten Strände der Insel und ebenso schnell ist man am Hafen, wo man unter anderem tolle Schnorcheltouren buchen kann. Ein muss wenn man uns fragt.Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war hervorragend, es blieben keine Fragen offen, es war alles sauber und gepflegt, wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen.The house is exactly as described and even more beautiful than in the pictures. The roof terraces are huge, and the entire outdoor area is beautiful and very well maintained. There were seven of us traveling with friends, and the house was really perfect. One of the island's most beautiful beaches is just a five-minute walk away, and the harbor, where you can book great snorkeling tours, among other things, is just as close. A must, if you ask us.Communication with the owner was excellent, no questions were left unanswered, everything was clean and well maintained, we can only recommend the house.

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus hat alles, was benötigt wird und ist mit viel Liebe und gutem sardischem Geschmack eingerichtet! Die Kommunikation mit Deborah hat hervorragend funktioniert. Das Haus bietet nebst der gemütlichen Terrasse verschiedene Zimmer mit zum Teil separatem Eingang, was genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten gibt. Wir haben sehr viel Zeit im Garten verbracht und haben uns unter der Dusche abgekühlt. Das Meer ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Ein Fahrrad wäre sicher eine gute Möglichkeit, um Strand oder Dorf kurzfristig zu erreichen. Besten Dank, gerne wieder ein anderes Mal!

Traumhafter Herbsturlaub in sehr schönem Haus

Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, besonders auch im Außenbereich, und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Vorteilhaft sind die getrennten Schlafbereiche, so dass jeder seine Rückzugsgebiete hatte. Die Umgebung bietet vielfältige Strand- und Freizeitoptionen. Auch im Herbst waren alle Restaurants und Läden geöffnet. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war perfekt. Gute Tipps und alles sehr unkompliziert und entspannt.

Rundum erholsame Ferien

Abbiamo soggiornato più di tre settimane in questa villa ben posizionata accanto allo stagno di Notteri. La villa é distante non più di 15 minuti dalla spiaggia di Porto Giunco. E' sempre ventilata e dispone di un bel giardino molto tranquillo e di due camere indipendenti molto adatte nel caso si voglia invitare degli amici. La proprietaria é molto gentile e disponibile. Unico neo la cucina un po' piccola e la mancanza del forno. Speriamo di poteri tornare. Cristina M

VILLA STUPENDA PER UNA VACANZA MERAVIGLIOSA

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questa villa stupenda arredata con gusto e dotata di tutto il necessario. Davvero non mancava nulla. Le due camere con accesso indipendente sono l'ideale per vacanze con amici per mantenere ognuno la propria privacy. Il barbecue grande e in muratura permette di fare ottime grigliate di carne o pesce da consumare nel tavolo in giardino. Il salotto esterno permette di passare la serata in tutta comodità. Dalle terrazze vista spettacolare sullo stagno (con fenicotteri) e sulla spiaggia di Notteri e, dall'altra parte sulla Marina. Distanza a piedi dal mare 10 minuti circa. Insomma tutto perfetto...peccato aver deciso di fare una settimana sola e i 3 giorni di MAestrale.

Il Giardino dell'Eden

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa splendida villa la scorsa settimana; la casa è ad un passo dal centro di Villasimius e a pochi metri dalla spiaggia di Porto Giunco. La residenza è indubbiamente molto curata, l'arredamento ricercato e il materiale in dotazione in perfetto stato. E' una location che di giorno permette di vivere a pieno la vacanza all'insegna del mare e del sole, ma che all'imbrunire assume atmosfere romantiche e raccolte. Non posso consigliare nulla ai proprietari per migliorare la proposta, a mio parere di altissimo livello, se non augurarmi di poterci ritornare!

Villa fantastica

Ho trascorso una bellissima vacanza in questa villa situata in uno dei più eleganti condomini di Villasimius, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia del Giunco. Il giardino, le terrazze e gli ambienti esterni sono particolamente curati. E' stato piacevole cenare all'aperto a lume di candela e rilassarsi nei grandi divani! Gli interni sono spazios, eleganti e arredati con gusto: tutto è molto comodo e funzionale. Consiglio questa casa anche a chi ama viaggiare in gruppo ma desidera una certa riservatezza, in quanto ogni camera da letto ha un ingresso autonomo dal giardino. Io spero veramente di tornarci .

Unforgettable vacation in superb villa!

We spent one week in this villa in June 2015. Everything went perfectly, the house was very clean, furnished with good taste and big enough for 3 couples with 2 small children (indeed, there was one more extra bedroom that we didn't use). All the bedrooms has separate entrances and air conditioning. The house has very nice wide garden and veranda which was used as living and dining room. The kitchen is small but well equipped, we found everything we needed there (we cooked breakfast everyday, sometimes lunch and dinner). The owner Deborah and her daughter speak English perfectly, so there was no any problems to communicate. They were very kind and ready to help for every needs. The house is located 5-7 minutes by walk from a very charming lake with flamingos (one can admire a tremendous view from the terrance above the house) and very close to the port of Villasimius (with some restaurants, pizzerias, shops and pharmacy) as well as to beaches with white sands and beautiful blue sea. We went to the nearest beach both by foot and by car. We recommend this location to everyone who wants to spend a calm, relaxing and unforgettable vacation.

Incantevole e a 2 passi dal mare

La villa è davvero molto ben curata e arredata, dotata di ogni comfort (tv, wi-fi, aria condizionata etc.), perfettamente pulita e lontana dai rumori di città. Da sottolinare il giardino che fa da contorno: si vede chiaramente il pollice verde dei proprietari! L'immobile è due passi dal bellissimo mare di Porto Giunco, raggiungibile dopo una passeggiata che attraversa il parco naturale e costeggia lo stagno protetto di Notteri, oasi-rifugio di molti esemplari di fenicotteri rosa. Le attrazioni che si possono vedere a Villasimius e, in generale, in quella porzione di Sardegna sono troppe da poterle descrivere per bene in una recensione.

qui si sta bene

la casa con un ampio ed attrezzato giardino è in una posizione ottimale sia per raggiungere una delle più belle spiagge della sardegna, sia per il porto di villisimius, ove sono presenti alcuni servizi ( pasticceria, ristoranti, farmacia,bar ed un piccolo spaccio per i rifornimenti di giornata - anche con una buona scelta di vini).I locali sono ampi, puliti e confortevoli e garantiscono la riservatezza- le stanze da letto sono dotate di bagno e entrate autonome e pertanto è l'ideale anche per gruppi numerosi ( otto persone). Speriamo l'anno prossimo di poterci stare di più.
