The apartment is located on a panoramic terrace with beautiful sea view, table, chairs, sunbeds and umbrella. Spacious living area with kitchen, dining area and living room.
Two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. In the 2nd bedroom we can set up a double bed or two single beds.
Upon request, possibility to add another single bed. Washing machine, electric oven, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, hairdryer; Sat TV, free Wi-Fi for notebook, tablet and smartphone; gas central system for heating and warm water.

This apartment is located in a real estate context including other housing units: observance of respectful behavior towards others is welcome in order to ensure a pleasant coexistence for all and to make the most of the time dedicated to the holiday.

TOURIST TAX (Kurtaxe) - At the price indicated on line is added the tourist tax, which is determined per person and number of nights up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights. The current rate in 2019 was 1 euro / day / person for apartments furnished for tourist use.
Children who are under 12 years of age and other users specifically indicated in the municipal provision are exempt from paying the tax.

Beautiful apartment, nice view over the sea

The apartment is beautiful, two climated bedrooms and a big living room with a kitchen. Everything was clean and well prepared, Enrico was very kind and told us everyting about the apartment and what to see and yo do nearby. From the big terrace we had a wonderful view to the sea. The arrival was a little bit adventurous, because of the tight street at the property, but after two days of driving up und down we passed it like pros 😄 If there is any problem before, during or after the journey, Enrico will help! It was a pleasure to meet you and we had wonderful days in hot hot Italy. Thank you very much!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach super dort. Die Wohnung war top sauber, es war alles für den Anfang da (Kaffee, Zucker, Spülmittel usw. usw.) Enrico ist ein exzellenter Vermieter, der sich wirklich umfassend um alles kümmert und immer da ist, wenn man seine Hilfe benötigt oder eine Frage hat. Die ganze Anlage incl. Pool ist top gepflegt. Der angebotene Brötchenservice war auch sehr zuverlässig und hilfreich. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder, da wir uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt haben.

Urlaub in Finale

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Enrico. Vor Ort wurde man sehr nett empfangen. Enrico stand einem bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Die Unterkunft hat eine unschlagbare Lage oberhalb von Finale Ligure mit einer super Aussicht auf das Mittelmeer. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Liebe Grüße an Enrico!

Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist zugegebenermaßen recht abenteuerlich. Wenn man das aber zweimal gemacht hat, ist es kein Problem mehr. Und es lohnt sich auf alle Fälle. Es ist ein wunderbarer Ort um runterzukommen und abzuschalten. Und Enrico ist ein ausgesprochen sympathischer und angenehmer Vermieter. Deswegen gibt es volle Punktzahl.

Traumhafte Meersicht

Sehr grosszügige Wohnung, netter Vermieter, Brötchenservice, Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Wer die fantastische Aussicht auf der breiten Terrasse an die erste Stelle setzt, nimmt die wirklich abenteuerliche Zufahrt (sehr eng und steil) in Kauf, denn ohne Auto sind die Ausflüge an die herrlichen Strände, pitoresken Borgos und Zufahrt zu schönen Wanderungen beschwerlich. Wer es ruhig mag, ist mit der Traumterrasse und dem Pool mitten im Oliven- und Zitronengarten bestens versorgt.

Excellent accueil d'Enrico qui parle très bien le français, ça aide pour les infos en général. Le lieux est magnifique, la vue imprenable. Le logement est propre et accueillant. Superbe domaine idéalement situé et au calme

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans le domaine d'Enrico. Enrico est aux petits soins avec ses locataires. La propriété est très calme avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, au milieu des citronniers et oliviers, la maison est très bien équipée et très bien entretenue. La piscine avec sa terrasse vue sur mer est superbe et le chemin privé menant à la plage en quelques minutes est un plus. Nous étions en couple avec un enfant de 4 ans et la propriété est adaptée. En bref un excellent lieu de villégiature que nous recommandons les yeux fermés ! Merci enrico pour ton accueil

Fantastico appartamento tra gli ulivi

Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti in uno degli appartamenti più piccoli (non quello delle foto). Un piccolo complesso residenziale immerso tra gli uliveti con una splendida terrazza sul mare. Si raggiunge con una ripida strada dal mare che vi garantirà la vostra ginnastica quotidiana :) Con una bella passeggiata sul lungomare si arriva a Finale o a Varigotti. Dal lungomare si ha accesso a un'ampia scelta di spiagge di sabbia o piccoli ciottoli. La Selva offre il vantaggio di un soggiorno nella tranquillità e nel verde a pochi chilometri da alcuni dei borghi più belli della Liguria. Ma la cosa migliore di questo soggiorno e' stata la squisita ospitalità di Ernesto e la sua famiglia. Speriamo di tornare presto!

Abbiamo trovato per caso l'appartamento girando in rete e non potevamo fare scelta migliore per 3 giorni di completo relax, immersi nella natura, vicino alla spiaggia e sopratutto lontani dalla nebbia milanese; ottima soluzione per chi ha bimbi, possono esplorare senza pericoli i dintorni e fare amicizia con altri bambini se presenti; Ottima idea arance e limoni offerti come benvenuto; il proprietario molto veloce nella risposta e molto elastico nell'accogliere delle nostre esigenze; Tutto perfetto!!! Esperienza assolutamente da rifare!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir (2 Erwachsene plus Hund) haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub bei Enrico verbracht. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und Enrico und sein Bruder sind exzellente Gastgeber. Das Appartement war funktionell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Aussicht sehr schön. Weil es uns so gut gefallen hat, kommen wir nächstes Jahr gleich wieder. PS: Unbedingt das Olivenöl von Enrico ausprobieren und ihn nach Restauranttips fragen. Wir waren super zufrieden mit seinen Vorschlägen und er hat sich auch gleich um die Reservierung gekümmert👍👍👍

MAGNIFIQUE DESTINATION

Le lieu est magnifique avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et le port de Finale. L'accueil est parfait et les propriétaires rendent beaucoup de petits services qui son très appréciables. Nous avons aussi aimé le logement et la discrétion de Enrico et Ernesto. Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour d'inoubliables vacances en famille. Merci encore à Enrico et Ernesto.
