Strandhaus

Lorenzo hat ein wunderschönes Strandhaus. Der Strand ist wirklich nur 1 bis 2 Minuten weg. Eine Straße ist zu überqueren. Da dies aber eine Sackgasse ist, ist hier fast kein Verkehr. Das Haus selbst ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Hat eine gute Klimaanlage. Garten mit Grillmöglichkeit. Eine Pizzaria und Supermarkt ist ganz in der Nähe.

Casa bella e comoda a pochi metri dalla spiaggia.

Casa pulita, confortevole e ben arredata con un bel patio sul lago! Bella la vasca idromassaggio per una mezz'ora di relax. Vicinissima alla spiaggia e a tutti i servizi. Dotata di parcheggio indispensabile per la zona. Il proprietario cortese e disponibile.

Soggiorno impeccabile, consigliatissimo

La casa è molto bella, accogliente, funzionale, spaziosa e coloratissima (ai bambini piace moltissimo). In più c'è anche un patio che affaccia sul lago lungo munito di vasca idromassaggio, veramente piacevole per chi vuole rilassarsi dopo una giornata al mare. Dotata di tutti i confort necessari (zanzariere comprese, da me molto apprezzate). In più, va segnalata la posizione assolutamente invidiabile: vicinissimo al mare, con diversi stabilimenti, vicino ad un market e ad almeno un paio di pizzerie (di cui una buonissima proprio accanto). Volendo ci si può proprio scordare l'automobile. Insomma, la casa ideale per trascorrere un piacevolissimo e rilassante soggiorno al mare. Infine devo sottolineare che il padrone di casa è stato gentilissimo ed estremamente disponibile, nonostante io lo abbia molestato a più riprese con modifiche delle date del soggiorno.

pace, relax e tranquillità

La prima cosa che ci ha colpito e' stata la cortesia e disponibilità dei proprietari. All'arrivo e' stato piacevole constatare che tutto corripondeva alla descrizione presente sul sito e alle informazioni fornite telefonicamente. La posizione della casa e' ottima! Vicinissima al mare affaccia su lago. Data di confort (aria condizionata, lavatrice...) in particolare di una splendida vasca idormassaggio che ci ha concesso qualche serata in pieno relax. il giardiono\terrazzo e' vivibile e consente di mangiare all'aperto e di prendere un po di sole. Consigliatissimo! Ringrazio ancora i proprietari per l'ottima ospitalità

Una bella settimana

Settimana dal 30/08 al 06/09. Due adulti, una bimba di 5 anni e una neonata di nemmeno un mese, con annessa carrozzina. La casa è anche meglio delle foto e al nostro arrivo era in perfetto stato. I padroni di casa, sempre molto cortesi e disponibili, ci hanno accolto con un grande sorriso. In casa non mancava nulla: addirittura il ferro e l'asse da stiro!!! Biancheria pulita a disposizione e una gran fornitura di oggetti per la cucina. Frigo impeccabile!! La vasca idromassaggio riscaldata da esterno vale sicuramente la quinta stella. Consiglio vivamente il soggiorno, anche perché il posto è splendido. Vicinato tranquillo, strada poco trafficata, spiaggia libera e sorvegliata stupenda... un paradiso. L'unico neo la mancanza di uno scivolo per la discesa in strada. Ci sono due entrate del condominio tutte e due con 3-4 gradini. Un handicap facilmente risolvibile se si esce e si rientra sempre in due. Altrimenti, per le mamme indipendenti come me, una fascia per portare e la carrozzina rimaneva a casa! Peccato non avere avuto la disponibilità economica e lavorativa per restare un'altra settimana!!!

The perfect retreat between lake and sea.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful villa. The villa is well set out with plenty of space and nice touches like the stunning tiling all over the house. The views over the lake from bedroom and the garden were lovely. The hot tub was enjoyed by the whole family, though we preferred the water cold! The garden area has a good range of chairs and areas to relax and we enjoyed eating outside in the evenings. The villa is situated in the perfect spot with an excellent and quiet sandy beach just a two minute walk away. The local amenities were good with a supermarket and a fruit and vegetable store nearby, a cafe and a couple of nice restaurants. The beach is quieter than the busier sections near Sperlonga and we felt lucky to have such a lovely spot on our doorstep. We will definitely go back!

La casa è stupenda, praticamente nuova, con un grande giardino che dà sul lago. Mare a 3 minuti a piedi, spiaggia fantastica. Ristorantini poco cari e soprattutto buonissimi. Perfetto per chiunque, bambini compresi. Grazie

Perfect house in a beautiful place!

Stayed in this house with 2 children and my wife for a month in summer 2013. In reality better than in pictures. Location is perfect, very quiet and safe place in a 3 km distance from the central square in Sperlonga. House in a condo Lago Lungo, all surrounded with flowers, 2 minute walk from the marvelous sandy beach. Can choose between a private beach or public, all nearby. Car park included in price, situated right at the entrance to condo. We arrived by car and travelled around - Rome, Naples etc. Takes an hour to get to Autostrada A1, so it is easy and comfortable to make 1 day journeys in that part of Italy. House itself fully equipped with everything but dishwasher. Clean, well furnished and cosy. Nice and spacious backyard with coaches and dinner table, an open bath and summer shower, barbecue etc. All a family needs is there in the house. Grocery shop, a mini market, cafe and a restaurant only steps away. Hosts Lorenzo and Roberta were very nice and helpful. So, the place is a perfect choice! Highly recommended.

Siamo stati ospiti della ...

Siamo stati ospiti della casa di Lorenzo e Roberta per più di un mese ed andare via ci è dispiaciuto moltissimo. La casa,ad appena 1,5 km dal centro di Sperlonga,è situata in un residence tra il mare ed il lago lungo;è deliziosamente arredata, vicinissima al mare e dotata di ampio giardino (dove si passa la gran parte del tempo) arredato con una bella vasca idromassaggio, una doccia esterna, il barbeque, il tavolo ed un comodo salottino. Molto ampia la camera matrimoniale mentre la seconda camera è piccola sebbene sia dotata di un letto matrimoniale. Senza esagerare nelle attrezzature per la cucina, la casa è dotata di tutto il necessario a trascorrere serenamente le vacanze. Mi sento di poterlo consigliare.
