Volunteering during the war

My wife, 15 year old, and I came for a week of volunteer work and this was a great location to drive out from as well as enjoy Tel Aviv in the evening. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and blackout blinds made for great sleep. We would definitely stay here again

Lovely apartment in convienient location

Lovely apartment in convienient location for the beach, Carmel Market and public transport. Apartment was clean and Laurence was a very accommodating host. Could have been clearer about the extra charges for electricity on the listing.

2 blocks from the beach!

We had a wonderful stay! Laurence was thoughtful and responsive and great to work with. It's an ideal location in the heart of Tel Aviv.

excellent stay!

A very well located apt with very friendly owners. 2 minute walk from the beach. very clean. As for the privacy of the rooms - only one of the bedrooms is factually isolated from the rest of the area, the bedroom upstairs is a kind of an alcove, though very cozy. But has no wall along the balcony, so no privacy there (if it is of importance). Definitely recommend.

Great location

Great space and great location. The home is clean, and the property manager was easy to communicate. The only issue we had is that we didn't have hot water for showering while we were there. The property manager did come to try to fix the issue, but we continued to have cold showers for the rest of the stay.

Great location but a bit noisy

We had a great stay at this apartment in Tel Aviv. The location was terrific as it was a short walk to the beach and easy access to a lot on foot. Able to walk to Jaffa for dinner and to the Tel Aviv Port as well. The apartment is comfortable but a little noisy. Next door they start making bread early in the morning which woke up my wife each day. Laurence and Guy were very nice hosts and quite accommodating. The met us at the apartment and gave us some ideas of things to do and places to eat. When there was a problem, they addressed it right away. We enjoyed our stay.

A quiet oasis that’s close to everything

The apartment was perfect for our 1-week stay and offered plenty of room for my husband and me plus our adult daughter (who was grateful for her own bathroom). It was an ideal location: 2 blocks from the beach, and easily walkable to grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. We highly recommend it. Parking is a challenge in the neighborhood, so once we arrived we gave up our rental car and never missed it!

Great Apartment and Excellent Location

Our family of 5 stayed 10 days and we were very pleased with the apartment. Laurence was extremely helpful. He ensured everything we needed was ready when we arrived and was very prompt in answering any questions we had. The rooms were spotless, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and the pictures accurately reflected the space. The location was amazing -- a few blocks to the beach, close to Shuk Ha'Carmel, and short walk to Dizengoff Center. We would highly recommend the apartment.

Super appart , super séjour

Appartement très confortable dans un très joli immeuble, idéalement situé. Non loin de la plage et du Shouk. l'appartement idéal quand on vient en famille. il ne manquait rien, serviettes et draps en abondance. la machine à laver , on était aussi bien qu'à la maison. je le recommande vivement. les propriétaires archi sympa et disponibles.

Malgré un temps froid et pluvieux, le séjour a été super👍🏻

L'appartement est très bien situé et assez spacieux et clair avec une belle hauteur sous plafond. Le premier Etage ou mezzanine est à réserver a des enfants car la hauteur sous plafond est de 1,80 m et la sdb assez petite. L'entretien est limite. Le rapport qualité prix me paraît bon

- Appartement très bien situé, à 3 minutes à pieds de la plage et du Souk Ha'Carmel à proximité d'Allenby et de Ben-Yehuda (nombreux commerces et restaurants aux alentours) ; - Duplex entièrement rénové, agencé de manière très pragmatique (nombreux placards), très bien équipé et très propre ! - Propriétaires très accueillants et disponibles et toujours de bons conseils pour répondre aux questions relatives à notre séjour ou sur les principaux musées de la ville à faire. Un appartement que nous relouerons avec plaisir quand nous reviendrons à Tel-Aviv

Vacanza al top

È praticamente impossibile trovarsi ad una distanza di 150 metri dalla spiaggia di Tel Aviv in un ambiente così raffinato e confortevole senza pagare delle cifre esorbitanti. L'appartamento perfettamente ristrutturato è situato all'interno di una struttura costruita durante l'impero ottomano, curato nei minimi particolari dalle tapparelle elettriche all asciugatrice per i panni,permette di muoversi a piedi dalla spiaggia al cuore della città. L'accoglienza è curata da Guy un signore francese che parla perfettamente l'italiano dal momento che ha vissuto nel nostro paese per diversi anni. Qualora decidessi di tornare nuovamente a Tel Aviv non esiterei nello scegliere nuovamente questo confortevole appartamento

Très bel appartement

Appartement idéalement situé. Très fonctionnel, tout est mis à disposition avant notre arrivée. La location est très propre. Le prix défi toutes concurrences pour 6 personnes. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et arrangeants. C'est rare pour le souligner. Petit bémol (pour que le commentaire reste crédible et utile) le canapé lit du salon est un peu petit et rustique.
