Its 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and its upstairs bedroom combine comfort and well-being
Its living / dining room and its equipped kitchen allow you to take full advantage of the South / East terrace, calm and sunny. An enclosed garden with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue awaits you for a holiday in our beautiful region.
600 euros deposit will be required at the entrance of the premises, it will not be cashed but returned in the event of non-damage.

Belle maison bien située, bien décorée, très bien équipée. Seuls inconvénients, impossible de séjourner dans la chambre en mezzanine à cause de la chaleur, donc une chambre en moins pour le séjour. Difficultés à tempérer l'eau de la douche

Bonjour, Je suis désolée que vous ayez eu du mal à régler la température de la douche. Les variations entre le chaud et le froid sont plus irrégulières avec les chaudières reliées aux bouteilles. Quand à la chaleur dans la chambre, nous ne ne sommes évidemment pas maîtres de la météo. Le ventilateur fourni dans la chambre a jusqu’à présent joué son rôle…

Très adaptée à un séjour entre famille et amis adultes… la 3 eme chambre, attention la tête !!!😅 Petit jardin clos et bien sympa pour déjeuner dehors … merci.

Maison sympathique au calme

Jolie maison avec un joli petit extérieur et une belle terrasse dans un coin bien tranquille. A 5 minutes du marché et 10 minutes du centre ville, cette maison est bien placée et surtout bien équipée. Notre hôte Marianne a été super et efficace lors d’un petit problème d’eau. Merci

Séjour à Royan

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle maison. On s'y est vite senti comme chez soi. Facilités de stationnement, Tout est accessible rapidement à pied (centre, marché, plage…) Accueil chaleureux. A recommander. Une bonne adresse pour séjourner à Royan !
