70 m² apartment for 4–5 people on two levels with a large 50 m² terrace. A fully glass-enclosed living area with views of the sea, beach, and pool; 2 bedrooms on the first floor. The only “nuisance” is the sound of the waves… A beautiful and inviting pool in this recently completed residence.
Close to all the amenities needed for a car-free lifestyle: shops, market, thalassotherapy center, tennis courts, fishing and yachting harbors, and restaurants
Fully equipped with brand-new appliances, including a fully equipped kitchen
New complex with a swimming pool opened in 2022

Brand-new, high-quality apartment with new, comfortable bedding—equipped just like your own home.
A king-size bed that can be separated into two single beds and a queen-size bed
A convertible armchair is available for a fifth guest (child). A travel crib and high chair are available upon request.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment and would happily return. The location is absolutely fantastic—just a short walk from the sea, with beautiful views overlooking the water that made every morning and evening feel special.The apartment itself was very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean, thoughtfully arranged, and had all the essentials (and more), which made it easy for us to settle in and feel at home right away.Overall, it’s a perfect choice for anyone looking for a relaxing seaside getaway with great amenities and a stunning view. Highly recommended!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement à Royan. La vue sur la mer est tout simplement superbe, un vrai plaisir au quotidien ! L’appartement est agréable et la piscine est très belle, calme et parfaite pour se détendre en famille.Un endroit idéal pour profiter de Royan dans un cadre reposant. Nous recommandons sans hésiter et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

L'hôte est très gentil et impliqué. L'appartement est comme annoncé, bien équipé, au calme et la vue est magnifique. L'accès à la piscine est sous restriction. Séjour très agréable.

Appartement très propre, de larges baies vitrées qui laissent une belle place à la vue sur la piscine, la mer et la plage de Foncillon. Toutes les commodités à côté et tout le nécessaire dans l'appartement, très bien équipé.De plus, l'accueil est top :)

Perfekte Ferienwohnung

Wir haben schon in vielen Ferienwohnungen Urlaub gemacht, diese war aber besonders schön. Sehr zentral in Royan gelegen, aber trotzdem absolut ruhig. Tolle Aussicht auf Strand, Hafen und Meer. Die große, komplett zu öffnende Glasfront ist das Beste! Sehr gute Ausstattung und problemlose Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.

Parfait !

Appartement très fonctionnel pour vivre à 4 chacun a sa vitesse ! La piscine, la plage à 5’ du marché avec les vélos à disposition! Une mention toute spéciale pour la vue incroyable ! Très apprécié aussi par la famille la terrasse aménagée avec parasol. Merci un grand OUI pour la recommandation !

Appartement absolument incroyable

J'ai séjourné 1 semaine dans cet appartement ultra lumineux à la vue incroyable. Propriétaire très sympa, accueil impeccable. L'appartement est très bien situé, juste à côté du centre ville de Royan et à 100m de la piste cyclable qui longe la mer. Le propriétaire met en plus 2 vélos à disposition ce qui est un plus non négligeable. C'est un sans faute, bravo !

Une très belle expérience a Royan grâce à Brigitte,un bel accueil, souriant de bonnes adresses pour la restauration. Appartement très propre, très bien agencé,super équipé,une vue superbe sur la piscine et la mer . Merci a Jacky et Brigitte ( nous pensons revenir l année prochaine)
