Die Wohnung ist großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Auch der von uns nutzbare Garten ist schön. Leiden ist die Umgebung nicht so toll wegen diverser Industrieanlagen (Lärm durch Lüftungsanlagen). Der Weg in den Ort geht teilweise entlang einer stark befahrenen Straße ohne Gehweg.

Particolare e bellissima residenza

Immersa nel verde, spaziosa, con tutti i confort. Adatta per chi ha biciclette, per chi ha bimbi e per chi ama la tranquillità e la privacy. Il proprietario è cordiale e disponibile. Le spiagge e il centro sono a 5 minuti a piedi, 2 minuti in bici. Una residenza in cui torneremo molto molto volentieri.

Un alloggio molto ampio, competitivo economicamente. La distanza dal mare non è minima ma comunque raggiungibile anche a piedi; ottimo il numero di bici a disposizione. Il titolare, essendo libero l'alloggio ce lo ha gentilmente concesso già dalla mattina. Il lato negativo è il giardino troppo rigoglioso, l'arredamento vecchiotto e la scarsa pulizia.

Stechmücken - kein Gehweg, kein Radweg führt zum Haus

Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung für acht Tage gebucht und sind mit zwei Kindern (7 und 4 Jahre) hingefahren. Die in der angegebene Familienfreundlichkeit und die Nähe zum Meer waren die ausschlaggebenden Entscheidungskriterien. Der Kontakt per Email mit dem Vermieter war freundlich und reaktionsschnell. Das Objekt befindet sich nahe am Meer und nahe an dem Uferradweg auf der ehemaligen Bahntrasse. Die ligurische Küste ist sehr schön, auch wenn das Örtchen Arma di Taggia einen etwas morbiden Eindruck macht. Das Objekt, in dem sich die Ferienwohnung im EG befindet, wird im 1. OG vom Vermieter bewohnt. Es befindet sich inmitten einer Plantage mit Gewächshäusern und dichtem Bewuchs. Die auf den Fotos abgebildete Sitzgruppe im Freien ist von Aprikosen- und Grapefruitbäumen überwachsen, deren Früchte leider nicht geerntet werden und als Fallobst auf dem Boden liegen bleiben. Dies hat sich als Nährboden für Stechmücken erwiesen, die sich weder von Authan noch Duftlampen vertreiben ließen. Einen abendlichen Wein im Freien zu genießen ist dadurch vollkommen ausgeschlossen. Wir haben zwar zwei, drei Mal im Freien gefrühstückt, aber der Authanduft hat den Kaffeeduft überlagert. Unsere Kinder konnten sich auf dem Grundstück im Freien nicht länger aufhalten, was uns dazu zwang, uns nach den Tagesausflügen an die schönen Strände und ins alpine Hinterland in die Ferienwohnung zurück zu ziehen. Für Urlauber mit Kindern empfehle ich unbedingt einen Blick auf die Anfahrt mittels Google-Streetview. Wir hatten das leider versäumt, sonst hätten wir festgestellt, dass die einzige Straße, über die das Objekt erreicht werden kann, eine vielbefahrene Straße mit Leitplanke links und Leitplanke rechts ist, die weder über Geh- noch Radweg verfügt. Kinder können diese Straße nicht gefahrlos nutzen! Jeder Spaziergang von der Wohnung weg und jede Radtour führt zwangsläufig etwa 500 m lang auf dieser Straße, bis man Geh- oder Radwege erreicht. Familien mit Kindern unter zwölf Jahren würde ich von diesem Objekt in jedem Fall abraten. Die Ferienwohnung machte darüber hinaus keinen sehr gepflegten Eindruck: Kühlschrankblende nicht fixiert, Blende des Geschirrspülers fehlte, Fuß und Haken des Kleiderständers gebrochen bzw. geknickt, Dusche wird offensichtlich nicht regelmäßig gereinigt, Kaffeekanne mit getrockneten Kaffeerest des Vormieters, Haare von Vormietern im Bad etc. Die Familienfreundlichkeit kann ich nicht nachvollziehen - wir sind deshalb zwei Tage früher abgereist.

Nice and big old Italian appartment nearby beach

Buongiorno..... We really enjoined our stay in this big and realy complete equipped apartment in a real nice quiet green area in front of the mountains! It's a nice old house with a big and nice green garden with a lot of palms and fruit trees. The beautifull clean and childfriendly sandy (mostly private)beaches were nearby(about a 1 km walk). Also the owners of this apartment were all very friendly and we were very pleased that we have met them. For our 1,5 years old baby they arranged a real nice and lovely made babybed and they also especially arrange a babysit for on the bike for us so that we didn't have to bring one with us. Thank you very much for that. Nice old cities as Taggia (at 1 km) and San Remo(at 6 km) are nearby and realy nice cities to visit. The only things that we realy didn't like and didn't expect for the money we paid were the extreme old and often realy broken furniture (and some broken mosquitoes screens)through the whole house and the fact that in our opinion the house wasn't very clean when we came in. The Big TV ,which we think has around a 100 channels available, was a real nice thing to have, but to bad that all channels were in the Italian language which we can't follow and understand. As a tip for the owners it would be realy nice to have some international channels in English or German available for tourists) We very much recommended this nice and big appartment to families searching for an appropriate and quiet apartment nearby the beach and we absolutely would like to visit it again in the future. Thank you for this nice holiday at Arma di Taggia and we hope to see you soon again in the future! We realy have enjoined our holiday! Wir haben den Urlaub bei Francesco und Mara genossen. Die gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr geraeumig und wir sind zu 5. gut zu recht gekommen. Der Fahrradweg am Meer entlang ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Am liebsten hatten wir das Plätzchen unter den Baeumen im Freisitz. Der Strand ist sehr schön und gut zu erreichen. Un lieu de vacances atypique et charmant

Dans un jardin très agréable ,on est tout de suite transportés ailleurs au milieu d'une végétation luxuriante . La maison est spacieuse et lumineuse certainement très fraiche en été. Tout est propre et fonctionnel . Un matelas à remplacer sur un des deux grands lits car vraiment inconfortable et ce sera parfait. Seul l'accès n' est pas très agréable pour qui veut se déplacer à pieds pour rejoindre la magnifique piste pédestre et cyclable. Trois jours ne nous ont pas permis d'explorer les alentours mais très proche du centre .

2 wunderschöne Wochen in Taggia a.d. Blumenriviera

Nach 3 Urlauben am Comer See haben wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder, 19J u. 15J.) uns an die Blumenriviera vorgewagt. Wir hatten konkrete Vorstellungen an die Ferienwohnung: diese sollte geräumig und u.A. mit Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und WiFi ausgestattet sowie strandnah sein. diese Anforderungen erfüllte das Inserat von Francesco und nach ein paar weiteren Abstimmungen, die auf Englisch immer zügig und kompetent abliefen, entschieden wir uns für die Buchung dieser Ferienwohnung. Die anreise aus Hamburg verlief problemlos und das Treffen am neuen Bahnhof von Taggia erfolgte wie abgesprochen. Die Ferienwohnung erfüllte voll und ganz unsere Ansprüche. Das Equipment war vollständig und in funktionierendem Zustand. Die Küche und das Bad waren in sauberem Zustand. WiFi funktionierte ebenfalls. Als besonders positiv haben wir die Terrasse unter den Obstbäumen empfunden, die wir für Frühstück, Abendbrot und das Glas Vino vor dem Schlafen gehen nutzen konnten. (empfehlenswert ist allerdings, für ausreichenden Insektenschutz zu sorgen, denn die Mücken sind besonders in den Abendstunden absolute Plagegeister!) Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, so dass der Schlaf nicht durch Lärm (evtl. mal ein bellender Hund oder krähender Hahn) beeinträchtigt wurde. Zum Ort (zum mordendlichen Brötchen holen), zu den Restaurants (für gemütliche Abendstunden) oder zum Strand waren es ca. 3KM - diese Strecke war hervorragend mit den 4 zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrrädern zu bewerkstelligen (bei dem italienischen Verkehr und den insbesondere an den lukrativen Strandabschnitten sehr raren Parkmöglichkeiten ein absolutes highlight). Auf dem gut 20KM langen Küstenfahrradweg konnten wir angenehme Ausflüge unternehmen und uns an für uns passende Strandabschnitte niederlassen und Sonne, Wind+Meer genießen. Mit dem Auto ist es ein Leichtes, Supermärkte anzusteuern oder Ausflüge wie nach Monaco oder Nizza zu unternehmen. Die 2 Wochen vergingen wie im Fluge und bis auf einen halben Tag Regen, zeigte sich das Wetter von seiner angenehmen Seite. Wir haben den Urlaub bei Francesco (und seinem kommunikativen Vater Maurito) sehr genossen und können die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wenn es sich ergibt, kommen wir gerne wieder!

Good stay with proper facilties!

That was a really good stay in the apatrment! Big TV, Xbox, home movie. Large green area in the surrounding - some mosquitos -, the apartment is excellent. Sandy beach is not so far. Also Cote d' Azur is in arm's lenght ; ) Very much recommended to families searching for appropriate aparment!
