Hermosa casa ubicada en una tranquila calle sin salida a poca distancia de la playa de Burriana y del centro del pueblo de Nerja. La casa tiene habitaciones en dos niveles y terrazas en tres; el nivel de entrada con la piscina y el jardín, el segundo nivel los tres dormitorios y el tercer nivel que es una azotea completa.
Hay Wifi de alta velocidad gratis (internet a través de fibra) y el estacionamiento es gratuito en la calle. Supermercados están a pocas cuadras de distancia.

En la planta baja encontrará la amplia sala de estar con mesa de comedor para seis personas, aire acondicionado, sofás, TV con Chrome-cast y una chimenea tradicional. También en este piso se encuentra la cocina moderna totalmente equipada, que incluye dos refrigeradores. Hay tres entradas a este piso: la entrada principal, la entrada a la terraza del jardín y la piscina.
La planta de entrada tiene un aseo de invitados.

La piscina tiene una ducha al aire libre, camastros y una mesa de desayuno para cuatro sillas. La terraza del jardín, empedrada, alberga una mesa de comedor para seis personas y una barbacoa. Es un lugar tranquilo, fresco y refrescante en pleno verano con árboles, plantas y flores.

En la segunda planta se encuentran los tres dormitorios, cada uno con acceso a una amplia terraza.
Los tres dormitorios tienen armarios empotrados, ventiladores de techo y aire acondicionado nuevo (frío/calor).
Hay dos baños en el segundo nivel. Ambos con WC y ducha, uno con lavadora y secadora.

En la terraza del segundo piso, puedes descansar en uno de los cómodos sillones con un libro mientras disfrutas de una taza de café por la mañana, contemplas el mar y la montaña o simplemente te sientas a oler las flores de los limoneros.

El tercer piso es una azotea completa con una gran sala de estar y una hermosa vista 360 del mar, el pueblo y las montañas. Es un lugar perfecto para tomar una copa al atardecer y también para un amanecer temprano en la mañana (hay dos colchonetas de yoga en la casa).

Pictures do not do the Villa Justice. Absolutely fantastic for the 6 of us, 3 generations and all had a fabulous time.Pool was brilliant for the girls, rooftop terrace was just glorious every night, sun setting over the hills.Yes Nerja has some hills, from the villa everything is down hill, and taxi's are readily available.The supermarket is 5 minutes walk and reasonably flat.Beach was around 15 minute walk down hill, and a lot of fun, see was nice and warm.We all Absolutely loved staying there, can't wait to go back.

Great Villa

Villa is great, equipped with everything you could need for your stay. Pool area and outside spaces great for sunbathing and dining. Communication with host was good and we managed to get an early check in which worked well with the flights. Located high up so the walk back from the beach can be a bit testing in the heat but as long as you’re moderately fit you’d be fine. Would definitely stay again.

Really lovely property, everything you can think you would need was in the property. Very clean. Only downside was the hill back up to the property at the end of the night but this is the whole of Nerja, taxis are easy to obtain to overcome this issue.

Excellent villa

An excellent villa with plenty of space both internally and externally. Particularly enjoyed the roof terrace late afternoon/ early evening. And Very well equipped for all you need. Particularly if eating ( and drinking) in the villa. 10 mins walk down to beach & restaurants, 20 min walk into old town. Excellent supermarket 2 mins walk away as well as great restaurant ( at Hotel Los Argos) that we only discovered on last night. Would happily stay here again.

Family Holiday in Nerja

We’ve just got back from a fantastic week at this villa. The Villa itself is beautiful and spacious for a family of 4 with great outdoor space to enjoy. We particularly enjoyed using the roof terrace after going out for dinner in the evenings, it was fantastic being able to sit up there with a glass of wine and relax in this quiet part of the town. The host Debby was excellent, always available if needed and made the whole process very easy. We will definitely want to come back again!

Fabulous Villa

The photographs do not do this villa justice. It was larger than expected in all respects. The pool is actually nearly twice as big as it looks in the pictures. It is well furnished and has pretty much everything you might need. The only downside is the killer hill back up from the beach.

Lovely modern villa in nice quiet location

Tradtional looking villa on outside but very tastefully fitted out inside with modern Scandanavian type decor. Location is quiet and you can walk to the local supermarket, bakery etc, even into town or to the nearest & best beach. It is a bit steep coming back (especially from the beach, not so bad from town). A car is useful. Debby is very friendly and helpful and lives nearby should you need anything. Really enjoyed the stay and the property. Lots of great places for eating & drinking in Nerja and good value generally.

Stunning Villa

Stunning villa situated 10 minutes from Burriana beach and a further 10-15 minutes from the Balcon. The villa is very tastefully decorated and furnished both inside and out. There is plenty of outdoor space with a lovely terrace on the ground floor looking out onto the pool, a further wraparound terrace on the second floor with access from all 3 bedrooms, and a wonderful rooftop terrace with both sea and mountain views. There is also an outside dining area leading out from the main living room. The house is spotlessly clean and has everything you need. The host Debby was very responsive and helpful and dealt with any queries we had so quickly. The welcome package of cava and wine was very much appreciated. We did not hire a car but there are lots of restaurants close by. There is a large mercadona 5 minute walk from the villa and lots of very good restaurants down at the beach. El Feugo is a great bar The steakhouse and Bakers are very good for food. The only downside, is that whilst the villa is a 10 minutes walk down to the beach , it is a very steep climb back up , so would not suit if you have mobility problems, We were family of 5 and had no issues and enjoyed the exercise. I would highly recommend this villa and hope to return next year

Excellent, exactly what we wanted! Within walking distance of Birianna beach.

We recently stayed at the villa with our Son, daughter in law & 2 grandchildren aged 4 years & 6 months. The villa was excellent & suited our needs extremely well. It was clean & well equipped with large rooms & plenty of space for everything you bring with children! The travel cot was new & high chair clean. We used the outdoor space near the pool for all our meals & they were plenty of chairs & large table. We did not use the area to the side of the house which was in the shade but attracted mosquitos. We know the area well & so arranged for a taxi from the airport & then walked everywhere. Two supermarkets are close by & Birianna beach sandy & child friendly) a short walk down, but a steep walk back!! Three disappointing aspects: 1. The linen & towels were of very poor standard. 2. The swimming pool lost a lot of water & became dangerously low for our grandson to be able to reach the edge & it was not topped up despite notifying Debby. 3. Staff arrived on the Friday evening to clean the patio & outside area whilst we were having our last meal there. We think that could have waiting until the following day as we left by 9am! Apart from that we all enjoyed our holiday, the weather was great and the highlight of our stay was relaxing on the roof terrace in the evening & in the morning, watching the moon go down & sun come up.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Ein sehr gepflegtes und gut ausgestattetes Haus. Ruhige Lage in einer kleinen Sackgasse, direkt am Fußweg zum Strand. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Haus hat mehrere Terrassen, auf denen es sich sehr gut aufhalten lässt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses, insbesondere auch der Küche, ist hervorragend. Der Kontakt zu Debbie, der Managerin des Hauses war unkompliziert und hat bestens geklappt. Unsere Familie hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und kann das Haus wärmstens empfehlen. Alles ist

Wir hatten eine ganz zauberhafte Zeit in dieser Villa. Der Blick von der Dachterrasse war traumhaft. Der Weg zum Strand bzw. Vom Strand zurück steil, aber machbar auch mit Kindern. Alles was man braucht auch gut fußläufig erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur einfach und unkompliziert. Selbst Fragen zu Tagesausflügen konnten stets schnell und korrekt beantwortet werden. Im Objekt fehlt es an nichts. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt.

Wonderful Autumn Holiday

We spent a week here at the end of October with our two sons (6 and 9) and it was great. We had debated between staying in town in Nerja or somewhere in the countryside and I'm so glad we stayed in this location. We could easily walk to the grocery stores and cafes on the main road, and more delightfully down to Burriana beach to play, swim or eat paella by the sea or get incredible ice cream! It was about a 12 minute walk uphill to get back to the house, but we easily managed it with our two boys. It was also easy to get to the Balcon, which was a great day out, the caves, frigiliana, and we even drove to Granada one day, so the location could not be beat. The house was also wonderful. It was in a residential neighbourhood with houses on either side, but arranged well so you didn't get crowded by each other. The decks and balconies were beautiful, with shady and sunny areas, and the roof deck had a beautiful view out to the sea. The swimming pool was big enough for hours of fun, and we paid for the heating, which was well worth it since it was cold during our stay but the pool was so warm and welcoming we still had lots of fun swimming time. The house was very comfortable and clean with everything we needed. We cooked at home a lot and the kitchen was well set up. There was a new smart TV with chrome cast so we could car stuff from the apps on our phones or log into the apps on the TV. It was a perfect Spanish Villa! Debby was really helpful answering my different questions and the process of check in and out was easy. Overall, I would highly recommend a stay here. Thanks Debby!

Lovely Villa

We stayed here for two weeks during August and September with family and friends. The villa is delightful. Excellent amenities, spotlessly clean and a wonderful ambience. The villa has been very cleverly designed to make the most of the aspects and views. The pool area and several terraces are charming with opportunities to have quiet times away from the group if needed. The area is quiet, near to the supermarkets. The walk to Burriana Beach is 12 minutes.. the walk back up the hill takes longer especially in the heat., but we all got our10,000 steps in each day 😉. Very good washing machine and tumble dryer (though we didn’t need the dryer) and an additional large fridge freezer in a utility cupboard which was really helpful for our group of 6 people. Air conditioning was excellent in all 3 bedrooms. The property manager Debby was really helpful. Highly recommend. We were sad to leave as had a fabulous holiday here.

Beautiful villa!

Casa de la Colina is a beautiful villa. Well equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. The rooms are spacious, light & airy with air-con in each. Outdoor space is plentiful. If you're seeking sun or shade - there's plenty of options. The roof terrace is a wonderfully private space. Lovely pool to cool off in! Parking is less than 1 minute away. There's a supermarket moments away. The beach is within walking distance but it's down a steep hill so the walk back up in the heat of the sun might be challenging for some. (We hired a car & drove up & down!). Nerja is a bustling yet charming town. The villa is situated perfectly for exploring The Andulucian Region if you hire a car. A visit to Frigiliana is a must. Debby the property manager was quick to respond to any queries we had.. Great communications. Don't hesitate to book Casa de la Colina 💕

Fabulous!

Beautiful, very well maintained property. It is in an area that is quiet and has stunning views. We enjoyed the rooftop sofa in the evening watching the sunset over the mountains. The villa is a short walk to a brilliant supermarket. It's about a 15 minute walk downhill to the beach and there is also a bus stop just around the corner which can take you into the main town. The villa is clearly loved by the owners and well looked after by the manager of the property. Facilities are perfect for a stress free holiday. Thank you!!

A great holiday home

The house offered everything it said and showed in the add, and it is perfect for a relaxing family holiday. Burriana beach is only a 7 minutes walk away and here you can find all types of restaurants and bars, as well as water sport activities. It is also possible to walk to the city centre from the house and enjoy Nerja at night. All in all, one of our best holidays at Costa del Sol, and we gladly recommend this house.

Lovely Villa

This villa is exactly as described. Both the inside and outside areas are lovely. The first floor balcony and roof terrace are especially good. The area is quiet and there is a supermarket nearby for supplies. All queries were answered promptly by Debby. Would be happy to recommend this villa.

Lovely spacious villa

We stayed here for a week and spent most of our days relaxing by the pool. Although it was very hot there was always somewhere you could be in the shade. The villa is in a quiet area, has everything you need, and has great views from the terraces. You can walk down to the beach (steep hill), restaurants and into Nerja. Nerja bus station is a 20 min walk away, from here you can get a reasonably priced, comfortable, direct bus into Malaga - well worth a visit. There’s a well stocked supermarket a short walk away - taking a suitcase with wheels is a great help getting the shopping back! Thanks to Debby for answering all our enquiries so quickly and for arranging our taxi from the airport.

Lived up to expectations, nice part of Spain .Well worth a visit both as short term break or longer

Excellent property for family holiday . Spacious and quiet area . Well laid out and upper area to sit and admire the views with a glass of wine ! Well equipped and clean . Only downside was number of towels for party of five . Also when arriving late could have made sure basics of tea , coffee and milk availabile with bread / cheese ? Beer and wine although nice not always suitable .

We had a one week winter sun break with our daughters and their boyfriends. The villa was wonderfully clean and well stocked with utensils and gadgets. Debby met us as we arrived and was very helpful and welcoming. We paid the extra to heat the pool. The pool was a little on the small side and too cold for me to comfortably swim in for any length of time (max temp of the water was 21 C). However, others managed longer. It was very pleasant to hang out there. On sunny days the roof terrace is great alternate place to hang out with comfortable seats and great views. The overall arrangement meant no one needs to get on top of each other but can come together for meals etc. The location is a 15 minute walk down to the beach and 25 min to the Balcony of Europe in the town. Longer on the way back but a taxi back from the town is reasonable 8 Euro. Overall, a great grown up family holiday villa.
