Only minutes from famous Daytona Beach, this 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium is in exclusive Ormond-by-the-Sea. This comfortable 2nd floor vacation property has everything you need for a carefree, fabulous beach getaway. WE WILL CONSIDER ALL VACATION REQUESTS. PLEASE SEND US AN INQUIRY FOR MORE DETAILS!

Ormond-by-the-Sea is an area of private homes and condominiums. There are no hotels nearby. The beaches are uncrowded and clean (a no drive beach)- almost as if it were your own private beach! The Master bedroom with ocean views has a queen size bed, private bath and walk-in closet. The master bath has just been remodeled with a beautiful new tile shower. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and a single bed with a walk-in closet. The unit is fully stocked with all linens and towels. We have just updated all the flooring with beautiful brand new high end LVP.

The living area has a sleep sofa and a balcony overlooking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. The unit has a newly remodeled fully equipped kitchen with new stove/convection oven, microwave oven,coffee maker,dishwasher,etc. There is even a washer/dryer in the unit. You need bring nothing but your bathing suit and toothbrush! There are beach chairs, beach towels and a beach umbrella for your convenience. There are even toys for the kids to take to the beach. Both of the bedrooms and living room have cable TV and DVD players. We have a wide range of DVDs at the condo for guests to enjoy as well as a collection of books to read. There is internet service with WiFi at the condo as well.

The condominium has a pool and ample parking. The unit is a short drive to shopping and many fine restaurants. This is the perfect vacation location for anyone who wants to get away from it all but still be near all Daytona has to offer. This is a family friendly property.

This property is located on the west side of Ocean Shore Blvd. This scenic two lane road runs for miles from Daytona Beach up through Flagler County and beyond. Although the condo is not directly on the beach, the condo has easy beach access at either end of the building with an area to rinse sand. There is no visual obstruction of the ocean from the condo. You can relax on the balcony overlooking Ocean Shore Blvd and watch the world go by as well as dolphins playing in the ocean.

This is my family's personal vacation home. We are not long distance owners so we are nearby if you should need anything. We live in Central Florida and stay at the condo regularly. The condo has been designed for our comfort and with our needs in mind. We are a family of four. Everything is either new or in good condition. We do not own multiple condos as a business. This is our only vacation home. However, we do rent the condo several times a year to nice people who, like us, want a clean and comfortable place to spend a vacation.

Amazing! Perfect! Beautiful! All the good things you can think of to say!

We just got home from a Saturday to Saturday visit and I cannot say enough good things about the condo, the owners and even the area. Where to start? This condo has literally EVERYTHING you need to feel at home in the condo and on the beach. I'm a packer so we brought a lot of our own stuff, especially since you never know what a rental might have, but I was blown away but the stock level on bath and beach towels, beach gear etc. We cooked several meals and never struggled to find a dish or utensil needed. The beds were also super comfy and I slept very well every night. The kitchen is beautifully upgraded and I actually found myself taking down ideas for my own kitchen remodel coming up later this year (wow those countertops and how cool are those cabinets?!). Tv and dvd players were in every room, along with books and a few dvds. We watched a few of the provided dvds (and my son watched the cable some too) plus we rented some redbox movies and everything was just great. As for the beach itself, what a great surprise that was! One reason we chose this property was the view for the incredible price tag, so the proximity to the beach was an awesome surprise. I assumed the pictures were from special angles, but no, the beach is RIGHT there. Even walking across the street, the beach was a closer, easier walk than many large beachfront complexes I have rented from. My husband has a bad ankle and this easy walk was no issue for him at all. Crossing the road is no big deal either, its straight and flat so its easy to see traffic for minutes before it even gets to you, so no issues crossing. Then, the beach itself is basically a private beach! We saw a no more than 3 or 4 families using it with us all week. Perfect! There were also 4 sea turtle nests along the beach! Hopefully future guests will see the miracle of them hatching :) I was in contact with the owner several times for different questions before and after arrival. Contact was simple and easy, always a quick reply. I can't recommend this family and their condo enough! As for the area, lots of great local restaurants! For a nice dinner out, I recommend Stonewood Grill and Tavern. Also, Absolutely Cheezee was a fantastic lunch one day . I thought grilled cheese, but they take it to a whole new level. Its also a very small family owned business with incredible customer service. Can't wait to come back to Ormond-by-the-Sea one day!

The condo was just the right size for our family of four. Not enough sitting area in living room.

The location is perfect for where we like to eat, shop, and sun bathe!! You are minutes from Flagler and Ormond. This space has all amenities we needed this week, washer/dryer and hair dryers!! The pool was a plus- steps from condo. Private access to beach across street from condo. I would stay here again!!

Just what we needed!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It had everything we needed! Just like home away from home! It was in a quiet community with just a short walk across the street to access the beach. We were able to sit on the balcony and watch the boats pass by, pelicans on the water and even had a few dolphin sightings. Close to local restaurants and the Daytona area. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay! If in the area again we would love to be able to stay in the condo again!

Nice Quiet Location

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Liked location away from the hustle & bustle. Easy beach access with more privacy than more south, great view of ocean, close to grocery store. Peaceful place. We had everything we needed. Great communications with owner also. We recommend this place & would enjoy renting again.

Wonderfully located, fully furnished with great beach view and access

Rented this condo for five nights, had two of my adult children, their significant others and myself, we fit very comfortably. The access to the beach was perfect and after walking it daily, we noticed it was one of the few beach access points untouched by the recent hurricane. Betty was very accommodating about our arrival and departure times! Access to the condo was very easy, we did not us pool so I cannot speak to that. I would highly recommend this condo, I would definitely stay here again should I come back to the area.

Great location for the family

The condo was just what we needed to call a home for the week. It was within reasonable driving distance to all the wonderful places we wanted to visit. There are plenty of fantastic restaurants in the area the sounds of the waves were a great way to fall asleep. We will be back soon!

Great place to stay!

This condo was a great getaway for what we needed. There was plenty of space for all 6 of us and the sleeping arrangements worked out perfectly. Needless, to say the view was amazing. If you're looking for a quiet getaway that is just far enough from the stores and downtown Ormond Beach and Daytona Beach, this is the perfect place.

Vacation to ocean you've always dreamed of!

When we walked in the condo my children screamed "this is paradise!" The home was extremely clean and maintained well. Beautiful updated appliances with a fully stocked kitchen to do any cooking, baking or cocktail mixing you can think of! The balcony has the most beautiful view of the ocean and we watched the sunrise several times as we enjoyed our coffee in peace! Tons of extra towels and linens. Even stocked with several beach towels, chairs and toys for kids. Tons of beach reading novels and biographies are provided as well!! Literally steps from the ocean with a very easy street crossing for big families with young children, or older slower movers! The strip of ocean is beautiful and only a handful of beach goers there allowed us to have our own hundred yards to play as a family every day! Betty stayed in personal contact with us and was very accommodating and kind. The pool was very clean and quiet too! We enjoyed our extended vacation so much we've told all our friends and family to consider this condo! Tons of local restaurants within a 5 minute drive and only a quick drive to daytona to visit the bandshell or go to daytona lagoon! A beautiful Publix grocery is also very close and they carry every brand of organic food our family eats! We were so fortunate to have stayed here. Thank you Betty for everything!

Perfect Stay.

If your vacation list of must haves include a clean and cozy place to stay, a beautiful beach without hordes of people and a location close enough to anything else you might need, then look no further. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and found everything to be just as advertised and just as needed for a great stay. We will definitely be back and have already told all of our friends about this getaway spot.

Wonderfully Relaxing Stay

After having a very busy and little sleep during Christmas week following with 4 days at Disney World with the great niece, 2 yrs and her brothers, 5 and 6 yrs we were very happy to arrive at Betty's condo at Ormond by the Sea for quiet and relaxation. It's approx. 6 miles north of the main road, hwy 40, of Ormond. From the condo you can hear and see the waves rolling in. Betty makes it east to rent and access her place. The website is accurate, if you have the "HomeAway" App on your smartphone, you will have all the information you will need. During the day you can hear the vehicles passing along on A1A but with the cleanliness and comfort of this condo that will not matter. The beds are comfy, the walk in shower in the master is great. The people in the other condos were kind and quiet. Access to the beach is an easy walk. You have golf courses and fishing near by. The only cons are slight: if you have a hard time getting up from sitting, do not sit on the couch, it is well broke in and don't come loaded with too many non-refrigerated grocery since there is limited countertop and cabinet space. You could put some in one of the bedroom closets. We highly recommend this condo for a family with 2 or 3 kids or up to 2 couples. It's an easy drive to Daytona Beach or Orlando. There is an elevator if needed.

Biketoberfest Visit

We absolutely loved this condo location and everything it had to offer. It was perfect for what we were looking for with closeness to the beach as well as all the surrounding activities for bikers. It was a very clean unit and the owner went above and beyond to make our stay near perfect with the recommendations for things to visit as well as restaurants that came highly recommended and proved to be everything she said they would be. Definitely somewhere we will TRY to visit again.

Lovely Getaway

We so enjoyed the stay. My 82 year old mother did also, thought it tastefully decorated, and had everything you would need for food prep and storage. Incredible to be so close to the ocean and see it when you walk in the door. Thanks Betty. We will be back.

Great condo!!

My husband and I just returned from a week in Ormond Beach. The owner was VERY helpful throughout entire transaction. The pics of the condo are exactly as depicted. The unit was clean. Close enough to stores,restaurants etc. But, far enough away to relax without big crowds. Daytona a few miles down the road. You would need a rental car at this condo. The bar restaurant 2 blocks away had good food and music nightly. Deposit refunded quickly too!

My husband and I met at the University of Florida and have made the Orlando area our home for the past 31 years.

We have been enjoying the beaches of Volusia County since long before we were married. We chose this property for the beautiful clean beach as well as convenience to the race track in Daytona.
