Het huis is goed voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Huis is oud, een echte stads villa, heeft hier en daar gebruikssporen en kleine puntjes van aandacht nodig. Maar wij hebben ons er prima gevoeld. In een slaapkamer was bij aankomst een mierenplaag, na een belletje met de verhuurder kwam deze langs en werd dat verholpen. Wij hadden drie auto’s mee, in de straat is gratis parkeren. Als het druk is kunnen twee auto’s in de garage naast het huis. Ligging is heerlijk, in 2 min ben je lopend bij het strand. En lopen naar de oude stad van Saint Malo is 3,2 km volledig over de boulevard. Hond mocht niet op het strand maar ‘s morgens vroeg en ‘‘s avonds laat kon dit wel, wat heerlijk was. Verder is er niet veel wandel mogelijkheid in de buurt van het huis. Omgeving is super, prachtige oude steden, mooie ruige kusten, dorpjes. Wij hadden 1 regen dag, verder prachtig zomerweer. Tolles Haus in unerwartet toller Lage

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage, nur ein kurzer Weg zum Wasser, Bäcker, kleiner Supermarkt in 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Am schönsten war es bei Hochflut die Wellen an der Promenade ( 2 min.) zu erleben. Küche ist komplett, wir haben sehr gerne im Wintergarten gesessen und hatten auch viel Spaß mit dem Billard. Sehr ruhige Ecke mit guter Verkehrsanbindung.

Endroit idéal, calme à 250 m de la plage du Sillon

Belle maison sur 2 étages avec jolie cour. L'environnement est très calme et très près de la mer. Accueil furtif de l'agent de la conciergerie à l'arrivée mais absent au départ. Points noirs : nous avons fait le ménage de toiles d'araignées (avec photos envoyées à la conciergerie). Ménage tout de même facturé 100 euros. De plus la télé ne fonctionnait pas ....

Maison très accueillante et agréable

La maison est très agréable à vivre, même à 9 personnes (nous étions 2 adultes et 7 enfants et jeunes). Les lits sont préparés, les armoires et commodes sont disponibles pour ranger nos affaires, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour faire fonctionner l'essentiel (machine à laver le linge et lave-vaisselle, mais aussi des sacs poubelles, papier toilettes, etc...). Et la maison était propre, et l'accueil à la fois efficace, sympa, et rapide. Et comme l'emplacement est super... Bref, très bon séjour pour nous. Olivier BLOT

Tout était absolument parfait et conforme à l'annonce. Maison familiale idéale à proximité des commerces et de la plage. Quartier très très calme. Equipement de la maison au top. Facilité de communication avec les propriétaires et conciergerie à disposition en cas de besoin. A refaire !

Très bon séjour !!!

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. La maison correspond parfaitement à sa description et aux photos. Il ne manque rien. L'endroit est très calme mais aussi très bien situé ! A 200 mètres de la jetée qui longe la plage du sillon jusqu'à Saint Malo intra muros. La personne qui s'occupe de la conciergerie est très sympa. Merci !!

Belle villa de 1910 à faire évoluer dans la modernité !

Aucune isolation phonique des sols .. au 2ème étage, salle d’eau obsolète avec un tout petit lavabo « pour enfant » très bas et pour 5 personnes !!! .. Au rez-de-chaussée aucun rideau côté jardin..manque d’intimité !
