ACCOMODATION DESCRIPTION:
The Villa stands majestically 100 metres above sea level, surrounded by lush green hills and far from the chaos of the city.

A few km from the most renowned tourist centres (Terrasini, Scopello, Castellamare del Golfo, San Vito lo Capo, Palermo & Segesta).

A path surrounded by lawn leads to the arched entrance of the house.

Before this on the right is an outdoor kitchen equipped with a wood-burning oven and barbecue: the perfect place to share convivial moments under a gazebo that covers a table for 15 people flanked by a large L-shaped sofa.

The villa boasts three double bedrooms in the main house and as many in the annexes.

Between the house and the dépendances is a paved relaxation area with table and TV leading to the upper floor, and a garden area for sunbathing.

Each dépendance offers a mini fridge and a private bathroom.

The terrace offers a breathtaking view, especially at golden hour when the sky is coloured.

An oasis of peace, ideal for a rejuvenating holiday immersed in tranquillity and surrounded by a clean sea.


GUESTS ACCESS:
The entire house is at the exclusive disposal of guests for their entire stay.

On arrival, they will be able to park their vehicles comfortably in the inner courtyard.

The exclusivity of the villa ensures guests a stay away from prying eyes, allowing them to fully enjoy the tranquillity and intimacy offered by the structure.

Total privacy is guaranteed by the separate location of the dépandances from the main house, which adds further peace and privacy to the overnight experience.

Although check-in and check-out times are fixed, we are flexible and can accommodate any specific needs.

Upon arrival, Chiara and Jonathan will provide you with all the necessary information to make your stay a pleasant one.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
The villa is equipped with talalay latex mattresses and spare linens (such as extra sheets, blankets and pillows), kitchen condiments, and cleaning supplies should they be needed.

The house is 15 minutes from Palermo Punta Raisi airport.

Upon check-in, you will be provided with an exclusive pdf brochure that will guide you through the suggestive tourist routes in the area. This opportunity is designed for those who wish to fully explore the wonders of Sicily.

From our villa, you will have access to all the renowned seaside resorts, such as Scopello with its iconic ‘Faraglioni’, San Vito lo Capo and the spectacular Zingaro nature reserve.

You can also visit places of great historical and cultural interest such as Erice, Palermo, Segesta and Selinunte with their impressive Greek temples.

Furthermore, only 45 minutes by car is the port of Trapani from where you can take a hydrofoil to the enchanting Egadi Islands.

The villa is less than 8 km from Terrasini, a picturesque fishing village with fine shops, characteristic restaurants, trendy bars and lively nightlife.

The nearest beach is Ciammarita, only 1 km away, where you can enjoy water sports such as wind surfing, kite surfing and canoeing.

In addition, within a radius of 20 km you will find numerous other beaches and coves where you can swim among striking rocks such as the famous Grotta delle Colombe.
