Lovely Sicilian Villa in Castellamare

After travelling all the way from New Zealand it was great to finally arrive in such a perfect spot. Arriving at night we didn't appreciate the great views of the sea and the mountains until the next morning. The villa is large with 4 good sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Very useful when 5 adults and 3 children are all trying to get ready for the beach!. Handy to have an outside shower to remove all the sand as well. The town is large enough to provide all shopping needs but small enough to get to know it well in a few days. Close to a lovely beach and to ancient sites such as Erice, Monreale, Selinunte and Segesta. Scopello and San Capo de Vito are close by if you fancy a different beach. We all had a wonderful time at Villa Noemi. The owner and family could not have been more helpful and Benedetto was happy to shoot round on his Ducati to answer any questions and fix any problems. We'd be happy to return to Villa Noemi and Castellamare del Golfo at some point in the future.

La Casa è molto bella con una splendida vista. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e sempre disponibile per noi. Siamo stati molto bene e possiamo tranquillamente consigliarlo.

Magnifique

Très belle maison, vue sur la mer et la montagne ,très bon accueil du papa de Noemi. Bien situé pour visiter Zingar, Palerme, Trapani, Erice, Segeste, belle plage à 10 minutes.

Superbe séjour chez Noémi

Très belle propriété, avec une vue magnifique (mer et montagne). Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par la maman de Noémi. Nous étions neuf avec nos enfants et petits-enfants, la villa est très spacieuse et proche de nombreux sites touristiques et du bord de mer. Merci encore à Noémi, pour les nombreux contacts téléphoniques qui ont précédé et facilité notre arrivée. Nicole et Dominique.

Wonderful

Beautiful property! A very large and comfortable home with a large terrace that overlooks a small citrus orchard and has distant views of the sea. We picked oranges for breakfast every morning! The hosts are warm and responsive. We would stay again.

Excellent base for exploring northwestern Sicily

Lovely house, large and well-equipped, with a very nice garden and orchard and a good view of the sea. Quiet location a short way out of town. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace, relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

Benvenuti in paradiso!

Non riusciamo a scacciare la tristezza per aver lasciato questo angolo di paradiso. Questa parte della Sicilia e' da togliere il fiato, tra mare, luoghi suggestivi che traboccano cultura, cibo superlativo, gente cordiale, allegra e gentilissima. Villa Noemi poi e' incredibile e le foto non rendono la sua bellezza . Partiamo dalla posizione che e' perfetta perche' non e' lontana dal centro di Castellammare ma e' abbastanza isolata per godersi pace e tranquillità. Ha una terrazza enorme ed incantevole con una vista che spazia fino al mare, ed e' circondata da un giardino di alberi da frutto. La villa e' pulitissima e molto grande ma super accessoriata , eravamo in sette con molto spazio a disposizione.. Non manca veramente niente. E' arredata con gusto e calore. Non c'e' aria condizionata ma posso assicurare che non ne abbiamo sentito il bisogno. Anche nei giorni di scirocco (caldissimi!!) era sempre fresca e ventilata (e noi abbiamo soggiornato in un periodo veramente afoso). Il WiFi funziona alla grande. Ci sono lavastoviglie, forno, microonde, lavatrice...tutto! A far da cornice a tutto questo c'e' la famiglia La Torre. Vorremmo ringraziarli di cuore perché sono stati eccezionali e hanno reso la vacanza ancora piu' bella. Sempre disponibili per qualsiasi cosa, ma mai invadenti. Ci hanno ospitati nella loro bellissima casa e ci hanno trattati come fossimo amici. Gli abbiamo rotto le scatole per varie cose, piu' e piu' volte, ma non si sono mai spazientiti. Sempre sorridenti e di una educazione rara!!!! Grazie Noemi, Benedetto, Antonino e Antonella, siete una famiglia bellissima e speriamo di rivedervi presto.

Very Comfortable and Quite

This house is perfect if you want to rest and enjoy peaceful surroundings. it feet 9 guests comfortably. The house is very well organized with large bed rooms and amazing terrace with a great outside kitchen and BBQ and view on the gulf. All the meals can be taken outside. All the equipment you need for a perfect stay. The owner and her parents are great and very accommodating. They want you to feel good and will do everything they can. I am please to recommend this house and if I have the chance I will go back.

rundum gelungener Urlaub

Wir waren vom 23.05.2016 bis zum 31.05 2016 mit 4 Personen in diesem wunderschönen und sehr gepflegten Haus. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet, alles ist vorhanden. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist sehr herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr , sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!!

Un séjour en famille très agreable

Nous avons passé 6 jours très agreables en famille (3 enfants entre 7 et 4 ans) a la villa Noemi. Un accueil chaleureux par le papa de Noemi. La maison est très bien située, à moins d'1h00 de nombreux centres d'intérêts: Palerme, Segeste, Selunte, Trapani, Erice. A noter la terrasse disposant d'une vue imprenable sur la mer, même si un peu venteuse en Avril. Maison spacieuse, propre et fonctionnelle. Un petit plus pour la cheminée qui nous a permis de passer d'agréables soirées autour du feu. Nous recommandons donc complètement cette maison pour des séjours en famille ou entre amis.

Très bon séjour

Nous étions 3 adultes et 3 adolescents à séjourner à la villa Noémie pour Noël. La maison est grande et très agréable, chacun a pu y vivre avec ses rythmes propres, sans gêner les autres. Très bien équipée. La terrasse est un enchantement pour le petit déjeuner du matin ! Situation parfaite qui nous a permis de rayonner en étoile vers Palerme, Trapani, Sélinonte, Zingaro... et Ségeste tout proche. Quelques talents de bricoleurs requis entre les sautes d'électricité et les caprices de la pompe, mais la famille de Noémie était toute proche prête à nous aider. Un très bon souvenir de Noël et l'une de nos meilleures locations de vacances :)

Nice house!

Description and photos reflect exactly the house that is put up for rent. There are no surprise, the house is clean, and well kept up. Nice view over the mountains and the see. Quiet area, just in the outskirts of town, a car is necessary. Greeting from the owner and organization of stay was perfect. Very helpful and full of tips. For travellers coming off season, this house is equiped with central heating and a fireplace.. quite useful as in beginning of April the weather can be cool... however, gas cost for heating is a surplus fee ( 3euros a m3) which is normal, but must be taken into consideration as it adds up to the cost rental of the house (we used 8 m3 the first day ! ) Garden has citrus fruits, oranges and grapefruit trees, a real delight! There is a nice terrace and BBQ outside kitchen, that must be great to use later in spring season and during summer and beggining autumn. WIFI works perfectly! I suggest to the owners to constitute a visitors' book that would compile practical aspects and sites to visit/restaurant.. Best regards, Carina and Eric

Le nostre aspettative sono state pienamente soddisfatte. La casa si trova in una posizione stupenda a 5 minuti d'auto da Castellammare del Golfo. La casa sia all'interno che all'esterno è pulitissima, arredata completamente e fornita di tutti gli utensili di cucina per soggiornare senza nessun problema. schöner Urlaub, sehr bemerkenswerte Gastfreundscha

Die Villa hat alles was man braucht um einen schönen Urlaub mit Freunden zu machen. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 8 Leuten im Alter von 18 bis 22 Jahren und wir sind alle sehr begeistert da wir in Ruhe entspannen konnten aber abends auch einmal einen Geburtstag feiern konnten ohne dass es jemanden gestört hatte. Wir konnten gemeinsam kochen und das Einkaufen war mit einem Mietwagen auch angenehm :) Der Weg zum Meer ist zwar leider etwas weiter und man benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto jedoch kann man darüber hinweg sehen da der Rest passt. Die Außendusche sorgte für eine kühle Abkühlung und die Aussicht war wunderschön! :) Der Gastgeber waren super freundlich, wir konnten bei jeder Tag- und Nachtzeit anrufen und bekamen sofort Auskunft! Wir werden wieder kommen !:) Johanna M.

La descrizione corrisponde a quello che abbiamo trovato. La villetta è in una posizione tranquilla con vista sul golfo, lo spazio esterno ben curato. All'interno gli ambienti sono ampi e ben attrezzati, la cucina funzionale e con dotazione più che sufficiente per due famiglie (9 persone ) come eravamo noi.

Heerlijke ruime villa, met prachtig terras!

Na een hartelijke ontvangst door de eigenaresse hebben wij een week lang met acht personen genoten van de ruime villa, met schone en keurig opgeruimde sfeervolle kamers met een tuin vol fruitbomen en terrassen met zeezicht. De avonden op het terras, met gerechten bereid in de buitenkeuken, zullen wij ons nog lang herinneren.

Quel bel endroit sympathique

La description de la location correspond au bien mis à disposition. Quelques plus bienvenus, comme une réserve de bois pour l'âtre et des nappes pour les tables. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et sympathiques, sans être envahissants. La situation, un petit peu en retrait, dans un endroit calme, offre un magnifique paysage. Propriété bien entretenue offrant tout le confort souhaité pour un rapport qualité / prix intéressant. A recommander sans hésitation à des locataires respectueux.
