Ancient stazzo close to the town on the road that leads to the main beaches of the island and to all the sporting and commercial facilities as well as all the historical and artistic beauties of the island [museum, basilica, tophet, fine linen museum] It consists of a kitchen bathroom two double bedrooms ie a bedroom with bunk beds a large veranda with sea view all in a relaxing and peaceful and very silent context.

Highly recommended- very pleasant stay

We had a wonderful time. Quiet location with fantastic sea view in a beautiful garden setting with olive trees. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The distance to the town of Sant´ Antioco was short. All beaches on the island were within easy reach.The host Pier was very obliging and friendly. Highly recommended! We spent a wonderful and relaxing vacation. Thank you Pier and Micia <3 :-)

Ideale per tutti coloro che vogliono trascorrere le proprie vacanze nel sud-ovest della Sardegna: ci si trova subito nella piccola ma graziosa cittadina di SantAntioco, in 15-20 minuti si possono raggiungere fantastiche spiagge sia nel sud-est che nel nord-ovest dell'isola. La struttura si trova in una posizione idilliaca, ideale per rilassarsi e godersi l'estate in Sardegna. - PierPaulo è un padrone di casa molto accomodante e semplice - e abbiamo apprezzato molto il vino del suo amico!

Wunderschöner Ort

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt an diesem schönen Ort. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist ein Garant für entspannte Abende. Die Wohnung ist mit Liebe rustikal ländlich eingerichtet, so wie es zu diesem Ort Passt. Die Fenster sind vergittert, so dass man nachts herrlich Lüften kann. Wenn es ganz heiß wird gibt es auch eine Klimaanlage. Die Kommunikation mit Pier ist entspannt und man fühlt sich immer gut betreut. Restaurants und Supermärkte erreicht man in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto oder mit dem Rad, wenn man eins dabei hat. Und auf der Insel findet sich bei jeder Windrichtung immer ein Idealer Strand. Das einzige kleine Manko, um auch was negatives anzuführen: es waren nicht besonders viele Töpfe da, aber wir wollten eh nicht so viel kochen...Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Kritisieren muss ich nur die Agentur, weil man nirgends darauf hingewiesen wird, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher extra zu bezahlen sind. Und die Markierung auf der Karte ist auch nicht exakt!

Einfach nur fantastisch

Der Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus von Pierre war einfach nur großartig. Der Empfang und die Kommunikation waren sehr herzlich und das Anwesen einfach ein Traum: ein Ferienhaus mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail und einem fantastischen Garten, mitten in der Natur in einem Olivenhain und Blick aufs Meer mehr geht nicht. Wir haben die fünf Wochen, die wir dort verbracht haben, sehr genossen und wenn wir mal wieder im Süden von Sardinien sein sollten auf jeden Fall wieder hier! Absolut Empfehlung!

Jolie maison avec magnifique vue et un jardin de toute beauté

Pierre est adorable et nous a autorisé à glaner les fruits et les légumes du jardin , la vue sur la mer est splendide et le parc avec ses oliviers et la végétation fleurie est un havre de paix . L’île est petite ce qui permet d’aller partout rapidement et découvrir des coins tels que des piscines naturelles avec des fonds marins magiques . La maison est bien placée …bref à conseiller

Wunderbarer Ausblick und die perfekte Ruhe

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub auf Sant Antioco. Pier, der Eigentümer, ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt gerne gute Empfehlungen. Auch durften wir uns an den Feigenbäumen bedienen und Pier versorgte uns aus seinem Gemüsegarten. Der Weg hoch zu seinem Anwesen ist etwas ungewohnt, doch dieser herrliche Ausblick und diese Ruhe ist es wert. Meine Kinder konnten sich ohne Gefahr frei auf dem Anwesen bewegen. Ja, Erholung vom täglichen Arbeitsstress ist hier garantiert. Die Einrichtung ist einfach aber funktionell. Die Stadt Sant Antioco und alles, was man zum täglichen Leben benötigt ist mit dem Auto in 3-4 Minuten zu erreichen. Auch die wundervollen Strände auf Sant Antioco sind in 15-20 Minuten Fahrzeit zu erreichen. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Casa bellissima in zona rurale con ulivi e zero rumori a parte qualche raglio d'asino e sveglia mattutina con il gallo. In più presente gattina adorabile da coccolare. Possibilità di doccia all'aperto (consigliata). Ideale come base per scoprire l'isola.

una magnifica vacanza

la proprietà è posizionata su una piccola collinetta e la villa, un antico stazzo, è circondato da un magnifico e curatissimo uliveto e da una profumatissima macchia mediterranea. La casa è spaziosa, pulitissima e molto curata. attrezzata con tutto quanto necessario per rendere il soggiorno confortevole. Bellissimo il patio esterno che offre un piacevole panorama. Pierpaolo, il proprietario, si è dimostrato una persona cortese ed estremamente disponibile. Soggiorno promosso su tutta la linea e caldamente consigliato!

Bellissimo soggiorno!

Siamo stati benissimo, la casa è in una posizione perfetta nella campagna con una bellissima vista e un giardino stupendo. Pierpaolo è stato veramente gentile sia nel rispondere prontamente a qualsiasi problema sia nel darci utili consigli. Tutto perfetto! Unico neo, dall’annuncio non avevamo capito che ci fosse un’altra casa nella proprietà, sembrava che fosse una villetta a sè. In ogni caso nessun problema perchè siamo stati quasi sempre soli e anche quando è arrivata un altra famiglia non ci siamo praticamente accorti. Tutto super! Consigliatissimo!

Perfect Vacation

Piers House is a wonderful place to stay. Very quiet but still close to all the beaches and the city center. The surrounding nature and the view to the sea is just stunning. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Pier is wonderful always there for questions. We will come back

Sehr schönes Landhaus

Mit einer holprigen Zufahrt. Sehr ruhige Lage. Im Haus gibt es grundlegend alles was für 3-4 Personen benötigt wird. Schöne Aussicht über das Meer aufs Capo Teulada. Rund ums Haus Olivenbäume, Feigen, Agaven und Zitronen. Hübsch angelegt. Es war wieder einmal ein sehr gelungener schöner Aufenthalt auf Sant’Antioco in einem wunderbaren Haus.

Vacanza relax

Pierpaolo è sempre stato molto cortese e disponibile consigliandoci spiagge e ristoranti. La casa è esattamente come mostrata nelle immagini, molto carina e in una posizione tranquillissima. In generale è stata una piacevole esperienza.

Paradiso di tranquillità

Casa posizionata in luogo decentrato raggiungibile dopo un tratto di sterrata di qualche centinaio di metri. La casa ha una bellissima veranda che guarda il mare. Semplice nell'arredamento ma completa di tutto. E' circondata da ulivi vigne e macchia mediterranea, perfetta per chi vuole ricaricare le pile e stare tranquillo. Il tutto a 5 minuti di macchina dal centro di Sant'Antioco. Pierpaolo, il proprietario, oltre ad essere molto cordiale e anche disponibile a soddisfare qualunque richiesta. Se tornerò a Sant'Antioco non avrò bisogno di cercare un altro posto.

erholsamer Familienurlaub

Wir hatten 12 erholsame und entspannte Tage in Sant Antioco. Die Unterkunft ist einfach, sauber und hat einen bezaubernden Blick auf das Meer. Wir wurden sogar mitten in der Nacht ( 0:30 Uhr) im Ort (Treffpunkt ENI Tankstelle) vom Vermieter erwartet und zur Unterkunft begleitet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt udn wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Haus in schöner Lage!

Das Haus von Pierpaolo ist auf Sant Antioco in ruhiger Lage. Ideal zum Entspannen, von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Meerblick. Das Haus war super sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man erreicht alle schönen Strände innerhalb von 15 Minuten.

Traumhafte Unterkunft mitten in der Natur

Wir haben 3 traumhafte Wochen in diesem Haus verbringen dürfen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war schon im Vorfeld sehr gut. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Der Vermieter hat uns mit nützlichen Tipps zu Stränden und Ausflugszielen versorgt und uns ein traumhaftes agriturismo zum Essen gehen empfohlen. Sant‘ Antioco bietet sich hervorragend als Stützpunkt im Südwesten um von dort aus Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Aber auch die Insel selbst bietet Traummöglichkeiten an Stränden. Der Ort selbst ist überschaubar hat aber eine nette kleine Fußgängerzone in dem abends das Leben pulsiert. Auch ein Ausflug auf die Nachbarinsel San Pietro ist lohnenswert. Ich würde das nächste Mal das Auto nicht mitnehmen und mir lieber auf der Insel ein Fahrrad mieten macht mehr Sinn und ist günstiger. Im Haus selbst gibt es das notwendigste, was man zum selbst kochen benötigt. Allerdings nehme ich seit Jahren meine eigenen Messer mit, da dies in den meisten Häusern Mangelware ist.
