Stunning Andalusian villa for up to 11 people with private garden, heated pool and chill out area all set within 1500m2 of landscaped gardens. The property, located on a hillside with incredible views over the Guadalhorce valley, is made up of the main house (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) and a separate 1 bedroom garden apartment with en suite bathroom. This amazing villa is situated only a 20 minute drive from Malaga Airport.

The villa has it own private heated pool and is one of the few villas on the market that offers this luxury. The pool is fitted with a pool heat pump that raises the water temperature between 3 and 5 degrees more than it would normally be at that time of the year.

The house offers extensive facilities, including a family sized BBQ, outside bar, table tennis table, darts, basketball net as well as a playroom for the children. It also offers high speed internet, a large LED TV and full air conditioning as well as central heating for the winter months.

The house is a 5 minute drive from the the lovely village of Alhaurin de la Torre which has everything you'll need from supermarkets, banks and pharmacies to some great tapas bars and restaurants. It is perfectly located with the beach only a 20 minute drive away, Lauro Golf 5 minutes and a 40 minutes drive to Marbella.

The area has plenty to explore. For family holidays with children, there's Torremolinos water park, a crocodile park and Tivoli theme park all just 15 minutes away. For those wanting to see a bit more of Spain you have the beautiful village of Mijas 20 minutes away and Ronda roughly 1 hour's drive. For those wishing to venture further afield you have Granada, with the famous Alhambra Palace, and the beautiful city of Cordoba both 1 1/4 hours, Gibraltar 1 1/2 hours and Seville 2 hours drive.

An ideal place for a relaxing break with family and friends with the added guarantee of the sun. A week here will just won't be enough!

Dream vacation spot

My family and I (8 adults and 2 kids below age 10) spent a week in this wonderful villa with a stunning view! It was an amazing experience staying there and the house provided a great space to reunite with my family after two years apart (They live in Sweden, I in the US). We could spend a lot of time in the multiple hang-out spaces and around the pool, even in the middle of November. We also enjoyed the activities and day trips in the region. Picking fresh oranges and clementines from the trees outside the house for breakfast (+ lemons for GTs) was a special treat for everyone. William is a great host and with this fantastic house, he made our holiday a dream!

Vi jättenöjda med vår vistelse Alhaurín! Vi möttes av vår trevliga och välvilliga hyresvärd! Mycket serviceminded! Huset levde upp till förväntningarna, fantastisk utsikt och poolområdet var väldigt trevligt! Lite skamfilade utemöbler! Annars har vi verkligen inget att klaga på! Superb

This villa completely exceeded expectations. We've stayed at many villas before and this was the best. Little touches like 2 bottles of wine on arrival and excellent communication made this holiday extra special. Many thanks William, hopefully we will see you again next year.

Top huis op top locatie!

We hebben een geweldige week gehad. De eigenaar is heel hartelijk en behulpzaam. Ondanks het nog frisse water (1e week mei) hebben de klein- kinderen veel plezier beleefd aan het zwembad en heerlijk gespeeld in de tuin en met het speelgoed. Malaga vonden we een hele leuke stad en het Alhambra was onvergetelijk. Al met al een fantastische familie-vakantie!

A great place for a holiday

We spent a week at William's villa at the start of November and had a wonderful time. There were 8 of us and we fitted easily into the house. It is a great place to use as a base to explore the province of Malaga and well worth booking to do the Kings walk (Camino del Rey) which we loved. The house was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. William was very helpful in recommending places to visit. We would love to come back again and would highly recommend the villa.

The most perfect, most beautiful stay!

This beautiful home is set right up on the hill, giving lovely views to look at while you're relaxing. There are plenty of different places to sit in the sun or in the shade, or even lay down on the outdoor bed! During our stay the weather was rather hot (about 38*C), so we were pleased that the pool was big enough to hold all of our group to cool down in. William was very helpful and friendly on arrival and offered us towels to rent and gave us information on what where was best to visit. The nearest town and supermarkets were a very short distance away (5mins) and the nearest beach (which is very tourist friendly) was only 20minutes away. There were a lot of rooms at the house that were all nice and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and we were thankful for the air conditioning. There are plenty of eating areas and a barbecue which we used a lot. To pass the time we played darts, ping pong, croquet, basketball, swam or sunbathed. All available here. The garden apartment was very private and quiet and seemed to be the coolest of all the rooms. There was also an path with orange and lemon trees that were lovely and a cat that would occasionally sit under the trees. Overall our whole group really enjoyed ourselves and didn't want to leave. It was so quiet and relaxing. It's so perfect that the pictures don't do it justice. I highly recommend this home for a week (or two) in Spain.

Fabulous Stay

We stayed in this wonderful property for a week and despite some unusually wet weather had a fabulous stay. The owners were very welcoming and very prompt at attending villa if we had a problem. We stayed as a party of six adults, the villa is surprisingly spacious with every facility you could need. The villa is right on the edge of town in an elevated position with the most amazing views. The gardens and pool/barbecue/outside bar/patio area were well maintained and the garden gets the sun all day. We had a wonderful time exploring the local towns and enjoying the local tapas bars. We would definitely recommend this villa, ideal for family's or larger group of friends.

Urlaub so wie man ihn sich vorstellt....

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war wirklich gut, obwohl nur in englisch konnten wir uns gut miteinander verständigen. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und das Haus entsprach unseren Erwartungen und stimmte auch mit den Fotos überein... Sehr netter Vermieter , der sich um alles kümmert und wir fühlen uns gut aufgehoben. Besonders möchten wir erwähnen, das das Haus wirklich sehr persönlich eingerichtet ist und man sich wie zu Hause fühlt.

Excellent holiday

Great place to spend a holiday with the family. House clean and well equipped, beds comfortable. Garden, pool and outdoor bar best part of house. Owners easy to deal with, friendly and helpful. Can't think of any bad point worth mentioning. Would recommend house to anyone.

Just superb

Stayed here for 2 weeks at the start of June 2015. House was well furnished, beds very comfortable, kitchen well equipped and all very clean. Chill out area with hammock was best feature for us. You will need to rent a car, but not far to go to local beach (20 minutes) and beach has plenty of parking at just 1 euro a day. Local village just 5 minutes away and has some nice tapas bares and restaurants. Owners very friendly and helpful, would happily recommend property.

Very comfortable

We stayed for 10 days with William at the beginning of October. The house is very big, plenty of room to fit us all in. The garden apartment was an added bonus as it meant my parents could get some rest from the children. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We were lucky with the weather and it was still hot enough to swim in the pool. Views are incredible and we found some very nice tapas bars in the local village. Would love to come back again next year and many thank to William for everything. Would recommend this house to anyone.

Wonderful place to spend a week or more.....

The villa was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed and was really quite luxurious as I think this is the owners actual house for part of the year. Part of the basement area was made into a playroom for children and was full of a variety of different toys. The kids loved it... The owners were very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for them. What I will always remember is sitting in the garden first thing in the morning with my coffee looking out over the valley, the views were stunning, you feel on top of the world. A great place to base yourself to explore Andalucia. You will need a car if you stay here.
