La villa está adaptada para personas mayores y personas con discapacidad / movilidad. La villa es perfecta para todas las edades! La zona de la piscina está vallada y se puede cerrar desde el área del jardín. El jardín está completamente cerrado y muy seguro.

Esta es una villa fabulosa! Totalmente reformado, ahora es una villa de lujo, en una ubicación ideal, a solo 2 minutos a pie de la playa de arena y de Puerto Marina en Benalmadena Costa.

5 dormitorios, 5 baños, jacuzzi y una gran sala de juegos con billar / mesa de billar.

Hay una piscina privada que se puede calentar. La piscina cuenta con barandas de seguridad separan de una zona de césped para los niños. Hay una buena zona de barbacoa, con tenis de mesa fuera pero bajo sombra.

La villa dispone de una sala de estar y juegos separados. La suite principal tiene su propio salón adicional, baño con ducha, w / c separado y dos terrazas con vistas al mar. También hay un dormitorio principal en el nivel de la planta baja, con baño privado y puertas de patio a la zona de la piscina. Las otras habitaciones son gemelas.

Hay aire acondicionado y wifi. Hay televisión por satélite que tiene una excelente selección de canales de idioma británico y europeo. También tenemos una selección de DVD, libros, juegos.

Estará a 2 minutos a pie de la playa de arena y de Puerto Marina. También puede caminar hasta Sea Life Centre, Tivoli World, teleférico, Selwo Marine Center, tiendas y una gran selección de restaurantes. Desde Puerto Marina puedes hacer excursiones en barco por la costa o observar delfines, ¡o simplemente pasear y disfrutar del maravilloso ambiente! El paseo marítimo conecta el Castillo de Bil Bil derecha a lo largo de Torremolinos, pasando por Puerto Marina y La Carihuela. Hay algunos excelentes bares locales y chiringuitos para parar mientras pasea disfrutando del sol y las maravillosas vistas al mar.

Una caminata fácil desde la villa es a Parque Paloma. Un gran día libre para toda la familia: muchas áreas de juegos para niños y un mini zoológico. Puedes caminar por el paseo si lo deseas y disfrutar de excelentes tapas en cualquiera de los restaurantes de playa.

Puede tomar un taxi o un autobús al parque acuático local y al parque Crocodile Park. O una excursión a Mijas, Ronda, Granada, Córdoba, Gibraltar ... Estos se pueden reservar localmente y hay un archivo de información en la villa para ayudarlo.

Great villa in fantastic location

We had a amazing time, mixed ages from 9 months to 75 year old, everything you need is here, did have a issue with one air on unit but was sorted asap. Definitely will be going back

Fabulous villa

Wonderful villa, great location. Got back yesterday, 9 adults aged 50s and 60s. Absolutely loved this villa, quiet are but near enough to the beach, bars and restaurants. Very clean and fully equipped, hopefully return at some time. Would definitely recommend

A beautiful villa in a lovely location

We stopped at the villa over the Easter period. It is a very spacious villa, very clean and lots of room for a family. The heated pool was wonderful and a stroll down to the Maria was great. We all wish to return next year. A holiday to remember.

Great location and neighborhood with everything close at hand. Easy parking. Accommodated 9 of us with no problems. Appliances could use some updating to make easier to us. Loved the terraces and warm pool. Recommended!

Thank you! I’m so glad you loved Casa de Los Limones! Yes, the pool heating really does make a difference and is great in the winter for enjoying the pool. We do replace appliances very regularly…. They never seem to last! We provide two fridge freezers - one in the kitchen and one on the BBQ terrace and I do know the one in the kitchen needs replacing - the people before you had an accident with the fittings in the door…. Unfortunately this happened whilst I’m on holiday - my team would normally have replaced it straight away but as the fridge is still working (although not as pretty as it could be) I wanted to wait until I am back to choose a larger one and make a few small changes to the kitchen units to accommodate it. It will be the first thing I attend to when I’m back! 😎 Please do come again and we will have a new fridge 👍. I’m sorry it wasn’t in place for your visit.

Amazing Villa in a great location. Fully equipped, loads of room.

The El Descano Villa is in a superb location, minutes from the Beach and Marina. The Villa is fully equipped down to a small first aid kit and a sewing kit. There is a BBQ in the Pool area, internal and external Dining Tables. The are numerous board games, DVDs, a Pool Table and Dart Board. Anyone renting this villa will not be disappointed. I would recommend it highly.

Beautiful villa and gardens

We stayed here for a week with our extended family and the villa, pool and gardens were beautiful. It was easy to book and the owner did provide good service, with lots of information about the local area and transport to and from the airport. The villa is as described in the listing and the location is perfect - a short journey from Malaga airport and all amenities within walking distance. Everything is clean, beautifully decorated and well maintained with everything you need for a great holiday. The bedrooms are lovely, with air conditioning and the bathrooms are clean and modern, with fresh white towels. The kitchen is modern and well equipped - even washing machine and dishwasher, there is also a BBQ on the patio. The pool is lovely and can be gated for safety, with plenty of sunbeds and chairs to relax on the patio area. Our family spent a lot of time here because it was so nice. The town and beautiful marina are minutes walk away, here there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. The town was lovely to walk around and had a great holiday feel. Buses are close by to visit attractions - Aqualand is a great day out. There's also a beach, but we preferred to stay by the pool at the villa. I would highly recommend this villa.

Una gran casa con muchas facilidades de muy buena calidad. Si tuviera que resaltar algo sería la amabilidad de Lorraine y Miguel, dispuestos en todo momento a resolver nuestras dudas y han presentado todo muy limpio y ordenado. La piscina tenia una temperatura fantastica y estaba super limpia. En definitiva nos sentimos como en nuestra propia casa. Lo pasamos muy bien!! Totalmente recomendable!

My son and I have just returned from a week away is your amazing villa.

Wow wow wow is what we can say. Totally relaxed now, having your own pool is fantastic, the villa is so clean and home from home. We never cooked but everything is there if you wanted to. It’s literally 2 mins from the beach, promenade and marina, you really will not be disappointed. Thank you again to all the team and Jennifer with all the great info and emails

A lovely family holiday

6 adults and 1 baby, what a wonderful place this was to stay. The facilities were brilliant, everything you could possibly need was nearby. We all really loved this villa. We got this last minute and wasn’t disappointed either. Our only criticism, the mattresses on a couple of the beds weren’t the comfiest, and could do with updating. The pool table kept everyone entertained, the ping pong table was another great daytime activity whilst our little one slept. The bbq was used everyday which was a great asset to having this villa! All of the local shops and the main strip leading into Torremolinos were lovely to browse in the evenings and there was a lovely restaurant ‘mirella’ which we visited twice for dinner, definitely recommend this one! The booking through this website was quick and easy, the communication with the owner was great as Jennifer was very quick to reply to any question we had before our stay. Everything once we arrived was as described and was so easy to access, we’ve always been a package holiday group before this but would absolutely do it this was again. We have even considered staying here again for next year! Thankyou to HomeAway and to Jennifer and co, for our lovely holiday!

Brilliantly located villa, convenient for restaurants, beach and shops

A spacious, well equipped villa with ample room for our 8 adults and 3 children. The pool was beautifully warm and much used during our stay. As the weather was much warmer than forecast, we made use of the barbecue and outdoor eating area every day for breakfast and some suppers. Our party made easy day trips to Malaga, Gibraltar and to Cordoba. Parking near the house was sometimes a bit limited. All in all a very pleasant stay in a lovely villa, convenient for all the things we like to do on our annual family get-together. Thank you very much to Jennifer and Miguel.

Lovely villa, perfect location and very reasonably priced.

I couldn’t recommend this properly highly enough. We wanted somewhere that was close to the marina, as we enjoy going out for dinner and going for walks to break up the day. The villa was a 2-3 minute walk from the beach and from the very impressive marina. Also about a 5 minute walk away was a Lidl which was ideal for getting the essentials in for the villa. The villa was bigger than I imagined from the pictures and has everything you could ask for. We were really impressed with the range of English TV channels (more than Sky in UK) and the pool table was a nice way to have a bit of fun in the evenings. Again, the pool was bigger than I thought it would be, and at an additional cost, we had it heated for our stay. The heating was very good and was essential really for the time of year we went. Plenty of sun loungers around the pool, comfortable cushions were provided and also beach towels were provided. Lastly, the communication and instructions provided by Jennifer were clear and very helpful with regards to settling in quickly and being able to make the most of our time there. Will definitely be returning to El Descanso soon and would urge anybody considering staying in Benalmedena to book this villa.

Location Location Location!

What a fabulous few days myself & my girlfriends had last week. The villa is beautiful & everything Jennifer said it was, copious amounts of space inside & out, well equipped throughout the villa As for the location well, at the bottom of the road is the marina, and at the top of the road are the supermarkets. Perfect! I intend to be back next year with my family Thank you Jennifer & Miguel xxx

Fantastic stay

Excellent in every way!

We travelled with our extended family, 4 countries, all meeting up at El Descanso. This was our third visit to one of Jennifers vilas. Jennifer made it all very easy for us, always quick replies to emails and everything was just great. The villa was super clean and had everything we wanted. Lots of space and having the pool heated was great for the little kids. Little things made the difference - comfy beds, cot and high chair for our babies at no charge - even toys and books. Snooker table was a hit with us adults. Beautiful villa and will definitely return! We also took a few nights at El Atico, just 4 of us, to visit Malaga.

Beautiful villa, well equipped, brilliant location

Spent an amazing week with family and friends at this villa. It ticked all the boxes. Our group consisted of a mixture of ages ranging from 23 - 77., the villa and location accommodated everybody's wants and needs. One of the group had limited mobility and the bedroom with level access shower was a perfect. The heated pool was fabulous too x The aminities within the villa, more than catered for our needs. We ate in a few times and made use of the BBQ. we are currently planning a return trip. Would like to Jennifer and her team for making the booking experience and check in straight forward and hassle free.

Gorgeous Villa near beach and shops!

El Descanso is an absolutely gorgeous villa, very spacious with plenty of room for 3 generations of our family and everything you could need for travelling with an infant and a toddler including a box of toys! The pool was lovely and the bbq and outdoor eating area perfect. There were three balconies to catch every single ray of sun! Location was a couple of minutes from beach and supermarkets incl Lidl which is great for bbqing for a large crowd

Group of ten adults at El Descanso

This large villa is clean and well maintained. Very close to the marina and loads of bars and restaurants. Ten of us were accommodated comfortably, but bear in mind that four of the bedrooms are on the lower floor with only one upstairs. This means that you will need to share bathrooms - not a problem for friends. Large outside area with heated pool, very clean. Wifi was seemingly free for our stay, although the blurb says otherwise. Jennifer at costadelsolholiday.com was very helpful, clear communication and no problems whatsoever. Thanks very much for a great stay at El Descanso!

Why did I buy this property? I'd been looking for a place suitable for mobility needs for some time. This is perfect. Great location - so easy to get about. It is great for families, in fact - great for anyone!
