La Villa ofrece aire acondicionado (frío y calor), Internet WiFi, varios canales de televisión, cocina moderna y totalmente equipada, cómodas camas en todas las habitaciones para 12 personas y se proporciona toda la ropa de cama y toallas de baño. Se pueden añadir camas supletorias para 2 niños menores de 8 años bajo petición y por un coste adicional.

Benalmádena es un municipio de la provincia de Málaga que consta de tres zonas principales: Benalmádena Pueblo, Benalmádena Costa y Arroyo de la Miel. La ciudad de Málaga (y el aeropuerto más cercano) está a unos 12 km al oeste y Marbella a 42 km al este. La zona ha crecido rápidamente en las últimas décadas debido al turismo y se ha convertido en uno de los principales lugares de vacaciones de la Costa del Sol.

Clima

Benalmádena disfruta de un clima mediterráneo subtropical, con veranos calurosos e inviernos cálidos. La refrescante brisa del mar hace que el calor del verano sea manejable, las temperaturas promedian 30 ºC en verano y 17 ºC en invierno.

Playas

Las playas de Benalmádena se concentran principalmente alrededor de Puerto Marina. Varían desde amplias playas de arena, perfectas para familias, hasta playas más rocosas que son más adecuadas para nadadores experimentados. Si no te importa salir de Puerto Marina y Benalmádena Costa, dirígete hacia Torremuelle, donde encontrarás playas más tranquilas y desiertas. Amazing villa with brilliant facilities. The pool was huge and bedrooms very spacious. Location was a little on its own up the hill so a car/ubers are required but we knew of this in advance. There is a bit of an ant problem (lots in kitchen cupboards etc) and a bad drain smell in the entrance hall.

Benalmádena 2024

Lovely villa. Pool was great. But a long walk to any amenities, Benalmádena 10 mins in a taxi. Some bathroom doors wouldn’t close also front door also needs attention. The bottom floor is a little musty smelling and we had a couple of cockroaches in the bathroom plus a flying insect problem. But we still had a great time.

Holiday in th hills

Ample space in villa however, more umbrellas would be beneficial. Currently there is only one large one. The outside of villa would benefit from a coat of paint.The ensuite toilet doors need replacing as they did not fully close. Despite the above, it was a great venue for a family holiday. we thoroughly enjoyed our week in the villa.

Spectacular

The villa is absolutely outstanding. We were a party of 12 but there were extra beds if needed. Every room is beautifully decorated to a high standard. There was ample room for everybody both inside and outside the villa. The pool was very well maintained and the social area was perfect for all of us. There was absolutely everything that you required in the villa which meant that we did not have to leave. Torremulle station is a 10 minute walk away and trains to Fuengerola or Malaga airport. The beach is a 15 minute walk away. We managed without a car but it would be much easier for getting groceries etc if you have a car as there is not a supermarket very close by. The surrounding area is very nice and there are views of the sea. It’s very quiet and relaxing. All English channels are available so you don’t have to miss any programmes. I cannot find any fault whatsoever with the villa and had the most amazing time with family and friends.

Nice location - Property Needs improving - Check in and check out a Disgrace

Firstly - the good bits, location is great - quiet neighbourhood and you can walk to Benalmadena. The communication from when I booked it was also good, and we checked in early which was appreciated. However - from then on - it has not been so good. Firstly - the check in - I was given a set of keys, a tour of the villa by someone who could not speak English and basically by my pigeon Spanish and hand gestures I kind of worked out what was what. No checks of anything of any kind - a whistle stop tour and off he went. There was also an awful drain smell coming from the small toilet near the front door. As we had other bathrooms in bedrooms we just left the door shut - but it wasn't pleasant. There are lots of electrical sockets hanging off walls. Again - as 50 year old men not a major problem as we just didn't use them - but very dangerous for children. The pool hadn't been cleaned and wasn't until day 3 - again not the end of the world - but would expect better. Then the final straw - we checked out - the process being handing the keys to 2 cleaners. No check of the property with me present - just collection of the keys and no word of English so could not ask them to confirm everything was OK. Then I received a note to say there was a broken fridge shelf and it was 58 Euros to replace. This could have been the cleaners who broke it, anyone! With no proper check in or check out, no way they could say it was us. Be warned - nice place - but not a great experience!

First of all, thank you Michael for your reservation and for taking the time to write a review. You are right, the villa is impressive and you can walk anywhere. Communication with you was fantastic and you got all the information you needed in a timely manner. You also requested an early check-in and after changing our cleaning schedule, we were able to offer it to you for free. Our partner was there in time to give you the keys and show you the property: bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, pool, etc. We are very sorry for the smell that you mention now because we did not have any news during your stay because in that case we could have gone there to solve it. As for the electrical sockets hanging on the walls, we take a note to check this issue, but as for the smell, we could have fixed it during your stay if you had told us. We are sorry but we do not have the pool maintenance of this property so we will inform the owner and we apologize for the inconvenience. To finish, you wrote to us asking where you could leave the keys when you left. We offered to leave them in the key box but when our cleaning staff got there and you were still in the villa, you asked them where to leave the keys and they told you to leave them with them or in the key box and you gave them to the cleaning ladies. We don't understand the problem because they are the most trusting staff and they reminded you of the forgotten trash inside the villa. You didn't ask them anything other than thank you. When our staff have an incident and break something, they immediately communicate the incident to be solved, we don't charge anyone what we can break. Anyway, we are very sorry for the inconveniences, but we must say that we are very proud of our staff and the work they do every day for the satisfaction of our guests. Auf dem Foto sieht das Objekt viel besser aus als in der Wirklichkeit..

Hier muss der Anstreicher bald mal ran, da die Außenwände nicht mehr den Fotos entsprechen. Die Schlafzimmer im Souterrain sind feucht, da durch die Klimaanlage das Wasser runter läuft und in die Wände eindringt.Nach 2 Tagen lüften war das Problem behoben. Wenn man sich die anderen Häuser rundum anschaut so ist der Garten eher Bescheiden. Die Wiese ist durch die Trockenheit verbrannt und Pflanzen sind leider nicht da, obwohl genug Platz vorhanden ist. Darüber hinaus müsste mehr Schatten angeboten werden. Der Sonnenschirm ist für so viele Personen nicht ausreichend. Ein Sonnensegel wäre besser. Alles Andere war ok. Für 14 Personen ist genügend Platz, so dass man sich auch mal zurückziehen kann. Das Internet könnte besser sein und ohne Auto geht dort nichts. Gut war auch das ein Bahnhof in 500 m in der Nähe war, so dass man problemlos nach Malaga Stadt kommt. Alles in allem passt das Haus für 14 Personen. Für eine Woche würden wir wieder kommen.

Perfect autumn sun!

This property was perfect for us, with 10 adults, 2 children and a newborn we couldn’t of picked a better place. The property was super clean, loads of room so we could still have a our own space, fully equipped with everything you need to make your meals. The views from the balcony were gorgeous & we were lucky enough to have the sun set at this time of year. The kids spent the whole week in the pool as we were really lucky with the sun. I don’t think you particularly need a car as the local taxi service is easy to book and arrive in under 5 minutes! The town itself is so lovely with some nice tourists parts and some lovely traditional Spanish places too. The pizzeria and the Spanish restaurant down the bottom of the hill were a 20 minute walk & were our favourites. Highly recommend!!

What a fantastic villa to stay in !

5 star property with a horrible booking experience

I stayed in this property in the first week of September. We were three families with young children. This property is great for group of friends and families. It has everything u will need during your stay. The property in new and very clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Rooms are spacious. Bedding was clean. Pillows are mattresses were very comfortable. Pool is quite big almost on the full width of the property. You will definitely need to rent a car here as it’s not close to any super markets. Plenty of off the street parking available for cars.Benalmádena is very clean n beautiful part of Malaga. Property is managed by a company. The management company did resolve property related issues in no time. However I had worst booking experience with this company. I was booking this property from uk. At the time of booking I requested to book this property with 20 % initial deposit (as it said on their property advert) but instead I was charged full amount including security deposit, almost 8 months before our holiday. When I questioned it they cancelled my booking altogether without informing me of any consequences and refunded me the money. When I got money back in my account I realised that I was refunded 280 pounds less. On enquiring I was informed that these were bank transfer fees as I was paying from abroad. So as a result of mis management of this company I was in loss of £280. When I queried it they told me that as per their terms n conditions any bank transfer fees is payable by the customer. I did request to compensate but got nothing back other than an apology. So anyone who wishes to book make sure that u communicate well with them. I also spoke to HomeAway regarding this case and they told me that your host sets payable amounts. They didn’t have to refund the whole amount. They could have made partial refund so you would not have to pay transfer fees on the full amount. In the end again we absolutely loved the villa but the booking process was an absolute nightmare for me. Mariam

Perfect house

Wonderful vila in well kept and quiet area. Beautiful surroundings. Well equipped kitchen with all necessities as well as unexpected extras. Large bedrooms and social areas. High standards and ample space. Attentive and professional contact people. We had a lovely multi generation holiday with a party of 10. If pressed for negatives i would say the door locking mechanism can be a bit tricky. We had rented 2 cars, I would say a car is a must due to the location. Would return!
