Condo avec vue sur le lac et la montagne - 5 min. conduire au lac, ski et golf

Ce condo est d'environ 1300 pieds carrés et il offre une vue imprenable sur le lac Tahoe et la montagne de chaque piÚce. La propriété est située à North Lake Tahoe dans le magnifique village Incline sur les collines du complexe Bitterbrush II, à 5 minutes en voiture du lac, des marchés et de la station Hyatt et à 3 minutes en voiture de la station de ski Diamond Peak. La station de ski NorthStar est à 15-20 minutes, le mont Rose est à 15 minutes et les stations de ski et les casinos de South Tahoe sont à 20-30 minutes.

L'unité de deux étages a un garage attenant pour une voiture ainsi qu'un abri d'auto. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes (2 lits Queen dans les 2 chambres principales identiques et un canapé-lit Queen convertible dans le salon). Le canapé-lit est bon pour les enfants.

Le condo a une cheminée et est équipé d'une télévision à écran plat de 46 'avec service à vaisselle, WiFi, lecteur DVD, chaßne stéréo + lecteur CD, console de jeu Wii et écran de télévision dans la chambre, appareils de cuisine, vaisselle, ustensiles, casseroles, pots, jeux de société, baignoire bébé gonflable, etc. Les salles de bains sont dotées d'équipements haut de gamme qui couvrent tous vos besoins de base. L'unité a également une laveuse et une sécheuse avec détergent et assouplissant situé dans le garage.

Notez que les chambres et salles de bains sont situées au 2Úme étage et l'espace de vie et la cuisine au 3Úme étage. Il y a environ 14 étapes pour atteindre chaque niveau.

Il y a un méga supermarché Raley et des quincailleries ACE à moins de 5 minutes. conduire.

Perfect Stay!!

The location was fabulous!! We slept like babies each night
 the beds were so comfortable
 coffee each morning with the lake on one side and mountain slopes on the other

Very nice location in a quiet neighborhood. It’s sits on the hill and has a nice view of Lake Tahoe. We were able to see fireworks from the location.

Great place to stay!

Girlfriend and I extended a Reno business trip and visited Lake Tahoe for the first time. The condo was clean, well-equipped, convenient, and comfortable. I will definitely consider staying here again on any future return trips to this area.

Short visit

Needs a little updating, but clean, very functional with beautiful views. We had lots of snow yet the driveway and carport were clear and easily accessible. Host communication was excellent. Would stay again.

Beautiful townhouse, nice stay

The space is perfect for two adult couples or couples with (adult) children. We enjoyed the sunset views, quick access to amenities (Kings Beach) and Sand Harbor which is my favourite beach. Although it’s 3 storey (stairs), so not wheelchair accessible? But otherwise, Would recommend if budget allows.

Great little townhouse with incredible view

The house in comfortable and cozy. The beds are good and there’re two master bedrooms. Three floors have each garage, bedrooms, and kitchen/family room. The view from top floor has lake Tahoe and the best one I had in years of renting in Incline Village. There’s a garage and a carport.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay over the Holidays. Perfect for families or two couples. We loved the proximity to Diamond Peak for skiing. Easy drive to the shops & restaurants within Incline Village. The condo was well supplied and very clean. Plenty of linens and towels. The open concept living area was very enjoyable for dinners and relaxing by the fireplace. Nice view of Diamond Peak and Lake Tahoe from the deck. Owner Elie is very responsive and pleasant to work with. Everyone is our group felt the condo is very good value for the money.

Amazing views and no concerns

The rental process was super easy, fast communication from the owner and the location was superb. The ammentitietes was highly appreciated, made it so much easier on or long trip. Only one issue, and that was the mobile data connection when we arrived - had to connect to vrbo to get the pin code, since we didn't think about writting it down - the celluar had issues getting data connection - but walking a bit around made it happend :)

Great Condo with an Awesome View of Lake Tahoe

My family of four visited Lake Tahoe and we decided to stay at this condo. I love this condo. The condo was spotless when we arrived. It had all the amenities that we needed (internet, satellite tv, supplies, etc). It was a great size Condo for us. The view was awesome (both of the lake and the mountain). It is located in a very quiet area so it was relaxing and close to everything (restaurant, beaches, supermarket, church, etc.). The owner was very friendly and responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely stay again the next time we visit Lake Tahoe.

Clean, but needs a few updates.

The property is clean, but the first thing you notice is a stained rug as you walk in. There are a lot of stairs, and many scuffs on the walls. We liked the location and there is a view of the lake from the deck, but the deck needs repaired as some boards were loose and there were nails sticking up. There is an area to park, but it is very tight. We own a Subaru Outback and could not open the doors on both sides of the car. I had to let the passengers out before I parked, so I could park and get out of the drivers side. The beds and furniture were comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property if a few things were updated.

Beautiful stay!

We had a lovely stay, during one of Tahoe’s biggest storms. Our host was incredibly accommodating and communicative with storm updates, and how that may affect power, etc. The host was incredibly kind to make an exception for us to bring our dog. The house was very clean and beautiful! It was way more spacious than we expected. It’s in a prime location, and the neighbors were all very friendly and our dogs enjoyed meeting their dogs when we took them for walks. The beds were very comfortable, and the heat worked great! We loved the fire place and enjoying tea on the cozy couch. We couldn’t recommended this place more! The hosts clearly care about their space. We had everything we needed to make meals and feel very safe and comfortable. Thank you!
