We loved this apartment. It felt very homey and spacious for downtown Nice. The location was great, easy walk to everything, including playgrounds. Check in was seamless, you can tell they care about their unit and want to ensure you have a great stay.

You could not ask for a better host. When we arrived, Mustafa was waiting to help us with our luggage. He provided instructions about everything in the apartment. And he even arranged our transportation back to the airport for us. The apartment was very nice! Clean and comfortable and easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. I would recommend their place to anyone coming to Nice!!

From first contact by email to the final farewell, our stay here was superb! Mustafa met us at the tram station when we became confused and introduced us to their amazing apartment. It is extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly want and so typically French- looking with its high windows and little balcony. The neighbourhood feels very local, yet it is only a short walk to the historic centre and the Mediterranean. We loved the five nights we stayed here!

Great stay in Nice

My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights. The apartment was a perfect location for walking around the city and felt very safe. The host was fantastic checking us in and providing recommendations for our short stay.

What a great place to stay in Nice. The owner, Virginie, is an amazing hostess and fully accessible. The place was immaculate, fully stocked, and within walking distance to everything. If we are ever in Nice again, Virginie, we will book this again!

Great rental

Fantastic rental in a great neighborhood. Lots of good restaurants and bakeries close by. All the amenities you need in the unit and quiet location. The owner is very helpful with suggestions on what to explore in Nice. I would highly recommend.

Ideal location to see Nice

Property ideal for 2 couples. Host is excellent in providing advice on the city and local facilities. small lift was fast and quiet. Very near Old Town and very walkable to shops at Jean Medicin. Trams only 5 minutes away. Bus to Cap Ferrat 5 mins also.

Beautiful apartment, great location

My 16 year old daughter and I had a fabulous stay at this beautiful apartment. Our hosts Mustafa and Virginie were so helpful and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is extremely comfortable and a perfect location for exploring the old town, the market and the beach. It was extremely easy to access, only 30 mins on the tram from the airport and a 5 min walk from the tram station. The apartment has everything that you need for your stay - even beach towels and beach mats were available for us to use. Lovely little balcony to sit out on at the beginning or end of the day. I would definitely recommend and revisit. Thank you Mustafa and Virginie

Delightful apartment in Nice

The apartment is lovely, immaculate, well- equipped, and nicely located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. There are cafes and shops nearby and the old city is in walking distance. Our hosts communicated very well and were very helpful in holding our bags when we arrived early in the day

Adorable apartment

We were so happy with this apartment! It is clean and stocked. Beds were comfortable and it was quite lovely. The owner’s daughter met us and gave us a tour of the building. She was so kind and friendly. We don’t speak any French but we had no problem communicating with anyone during our stay. The location was perfect, easy walk to food, shops, cafes, and the beach. We really enjoyed our visit and we hope to return soon!

This unit was in a good location, close to everything (10 minute walk to old town). Mustafa and Virginie were great hosts and communication was good. We tried their restaurant recommendations. This unit has 1.5 bathrooms, and 2 full bedrooms as well as a Murphy bed in the living room. It’s very spacious and clean. I found the mattress and pillows a bit hard for my taste, but I guess that’s just preference. I would recommend this unit to a family or friends who want some privacy. It would be most helpful to have a binder in the unit with different sections: restaurants/bakery recommendations, things to do in Nice (attractions), location of walk in medical clinic, etc. Definitely don’t hesitate to book Mustafa and Virginie’s unit!

This property was great! Very easy to get to and from, even with suitcases (just a 5 min walk from bus/train) Loved having a kitchen, proper bedrooms and living room to hang out in. Did not notice the construction outside. Rooms were quiet with the windows closed. The property is even better than the pictures :) Would definitely stay here again

Great stay, great location, great host!

We stayed in Nice for 2 nights after our Mediterranean cruise ended there. Our host was wonderful, providing great communication throughout the process, and was very accommodating to our needs. She and her husband provided great service. The unit was perfect, with a convenient location, and very clean and well equipped. Four peoples stayed with no problem. Thanks for the advice to visit Monaco.....we loved it.

Lovely apt, great location.

Virginie made everything easy and her home is absolutely lovely. It’s in a great location too - very close walk to busier old town area and great services block away: market, boulangerie, restaurants, post office. Apt felt quintessential French - high ceilings, big windows. It was great and we enjoyed spending time there when not exploring the fab cote d’azur. Beds were comfortable. When we booked there was a pic of a room with two twin beds and a pic with one twin bed (and it was clearly the same room) but it was actually only one. I should have asked for clarification. It worked fine. Two kids shared the full Murphy bed in the living room. And one happily had twin and room to himself.

Wonderful Place

The delightful charms of this beautifully located residence are many and impressive, but none is more impressive than the generosity and kindness of its gracious owners, Virginie and Mustafa, who are truly extraordinary hosts. Instantly responsive to all inquiries, and elaborately accommodating without being the least bit intrusive, these two wonderful persons made our stay a thorough joy, from start to finish. The residence itself is extremely comfortable and well-appointed, and its kitchen convenient and easy to use (although perhaps just a little dimly lit.) Its bathroom, too, is beautifully designed, and equipped with a washing machine (on which we repeatedly relied, by the way, achieving very satisfactory results -- and although there is no dryer, the residence is equipped with a very large and useful drying rack, as well as a trio of clotheslines just outside its kitchen window, which met our needs admirably.) A point that deserves particular emphasis is the remarkable convenience of this residence to a large parking garage, where we were able to keep our rental car throughout our stay. (We will be eternally grateful to Mustafa for his generous kindness in helping us to pay the required 100 Euros for a six-day parking pass there.) An arrangement as convenient as this is hard to find in Nice, where cars are usually an awkward problem to accommodate. Overall, I cannot recommend this residence highly enough. It's an absolute gem, and its hosts are heroes.

For your safety, I live 30 meters away (next block) from the apartment. If you travel with young children, my daughters will be happy to share DVD, games or books. Welcome in Nice!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Why this rental? We have lived in this apartment during ten years, but the family having expanded, we had to look for a larger house. However, the place being perfect for its location, the possibility to access all sites and services by walk, our search perimeter was limited! We finally moved 30m aways to keep some of its advantages. Except from the overview which absence is quite extraordinary in the center town! We are happy to have had the opportunity to keep this appartment which allows us to welcome visitors from all over the world.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This apartment really radiates something positive. The light, the comfort of its equipments (reinforced door, double glazed windows, screens, air conditioning, etc.) together with its perfect location to access Place Garibaldi, close museums, Nice main street, the new garden alongway the Old Town, the beach makes it a small jewel in a preserved area of the center town. The building is well looked after, the tennants are kindly welcomed, the bars and restaurants are only a few meters aways but cause no discomfort, the mini market is 20m away. In front or behind the building stop many buses. The one for Monte-Carlo leaves 100 m away. The underground car parking located under the gardens in front of the building offers decreasing tariffs depending on the duration.
