located greenhouse che 1400, character duplex on the 2nd and last floor of a small residence at 100 meters from the lifts and kindergarten. duplex luxury in mind mountain, nicely designed. very sunny all day and panoramic view thanks to the three orientations is south west. pleasant in summer and in winter it has 2 balconies and a south terrace of 80m2, not overlooked which participates in the privacy and well-being of tenants. personal garage and a heated swimming pool in summer is available.

Ce logement a une âme, il est très agréable à vivre, idéalement placé et très chaleureux. Nous avons été accueillis de manière très sympathique et avons eu en amont plusieurs contacts avec les propriétaires, qui nous ont toujours fort bien renseigné. L'appartement est très bien équipé, d'une propreté et d'un confort remarquables. C'est un bel endroit pour se ressourcer.

Magnifique appartement dans une petite residence de montagne idealement situe au pied du depart du telecabine du frejus et du rendez vous de l'ecole de ski. unique en son genre puisque dote de trois terrasses dont une d'environ 80 metres carre qui laisse place a une vue imprenable . l'interieur de style montagnard et chaleureux etait impeccable dans les moindres details avec une architecture peu commune puisque amenage en duplex avec de tres grandes chambres et un superbe coin montagne en mezzanine. un acces direct au garage sans sortir . bref un appartement a la location comme on en voit tres peu et en plus idealement situe dans une station formidable . je le recommande a tous ceux qui veulent passer des vacances inoubliables . a oui j'allais oublie, des proprietaires tres gentils et tres serviables .

Idéal en famille

Ce grand appartement à Serre Chevalier présente tous les avantages pour passer des vacances en famille. Les deux grandes chambres sont très agréables et joliment décorés. La petite chambre aux lits superposés bénéficient d'une fenêtre. La mezzanine est grande et confortable. Impeccablement entretenu, tout est agréable, chaleureux et de bon goût. Côté cuisine, on déborde de matériel, vaisselles, ustensiles, c'est rare et très appréciable. Et puis, il y a la double vue, magnifique sur la montagne et la vallée et cerise sur la gâteau, cette immense terrasse sans vis à vis, où il fait bon bronzer. De vraies belles vacances.

Serre-Chevalier l'été!

Si vous aimez la montagne (VTT, rando), la piscine ou encore lézarder sur la terrasse ensoleillée toute la journée cette location est pour vous. Magnifique duplex (très propre et très bien décoré) où on peut séjourner à deux familles sans se gêner avec une immense terrasse panoramique, la piscine est chauffée et l'appartement est au pied de différents départs de randonnée. Nous avons été enchanté par cette semaine fin Juillet 2010 et nous recommandons cet appartement à tous les amoureux de la montagne l'été.
