'Green Villa' is a charming villa ideal for those who wish a peaceful and relaxing holiday without sacrificing the comforts of their own home in a country setting. A “modern cube” house with a large garden, located just a few miles from Mondello, (Palermo). Stylish and minimal furnishings, large common spaces, also ideal for families with children and pets. The villa has a beautifully well-kept lawn with playground for children. The whole property, on two levels, is at exclusive use of guests. On the ground floor we'll have a beautiful and modern kitchen, a living room furnished in contemporary style, with a beautiful white sofa, “Calligaris” dining table and “kartell” chairs, 50-inch TV and open-fireplace, bathroom. The house is equipped with mosquito nets in each room, internet WI-FI and air conditioning. On the first floor, a double bedroom beautifully furnished, bathroom, a lovely room with queen-size bed, furnished with care and love. There is also a child bed and a camp bed for children.
The outdoor area is very large and tastefully decorated, equipped with comfortable lounge and armchairs, table and chairs for alfresco dining, barbecue, bicycles and washing machine.
The most important shopping mall in Sicily, the Conca d'Oro, is at 2min drive. The villa is strategically located near the entrance to the motorway, ideal for touring the island.
Location:Mondello is a charming fishing village which has become a fashionable seaside resort for wealthy Palermitans who have constructed their summer residences there since the 1930s due to its proximity to Palermo (7 kilometres), wonderful beach and lively village full of bars and restaurants which become very popular in summer. Mondello maintains its fascination throughout the year but particularly in Spring or late Summer when its true essence can be experienced. Palermo, San Vito Lo Capo, the Zingaro nature reserve, Erice, Selinunte, Segesta and many other places of interest are all within easy reach.Guests have access to the garden
and all the utilities of the house. Car is necessary to move around.
