Recently renovated, bright, quiet, clean and functional.
Perfect for families or groups of friends. Near the Trastevere station, it is well connected to the historic center and to the most important points of Rome

THE HOUSE
It is a bright apartment equipped with all comforts, designed in detail to offer guests maximum comfort and services.
Located on the first floor, it is equipped with air conditioning, heating, washing machine; 2 bathrooms with large shower; two bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom); living room with a sofa bed and an extra single bed in the corner; fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, smart TV, wi-fi internet.
There is central heating, which is switched on in the winter months (November/April).

POSITION
It can be easily reached from FIUMICINO airport by train from Trastevere station which is just a few minutes' walk away (it is also a considerable saving to use the train to reach the airport instead of a taxi).
It is located between the two historic districts of Trastevere and Testaccio.
It is not located in the most "monumental" center of the city, but it is very well connected by public transport:
- buses and trams take you to the most touristic places in the historic center with just a few stops, for example tram n.8 reaches Largo Argentina (Piazza Navona and Pantheon) and Piazza Venezia (Via del Corso, Fori and Colosseum),
- with just one train stop from Trastevere station it is possible to get to San Pietro.

The two districts of Trastevere and Testaccio are full of clubs, cultural events and restaurants and places where you can taste authentic Roman cuisine.

In the neighborhood, every Sunday there is the ancient market of Porta Portese.

Nearby it is possible to find PARKING for the car: there are free parking areas and paid garages that have affordable prices.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
Please behave responsibly by avoiding loud noises and shouts, especially at night, in respect of the other people who live in the building.
On the day of departure, the kitchen must be delivered in order; therefore, please DO NOT leave pans and dishes to be washed, empty the refrigerator and washing machine and throw the rubbish in the appropriate containers that are located outside the building, on the street.

Une situation idéale pour rayonner dans tout Rome

Dès le début, excellent contact par mail avec Domenico, extrêmement réactif. Entrés dans Rome en voiture, de nuit, et sans moyens de géolocalisation. Riccardo, fils de Domenico, nous a immédiatement pris en charge et guidés par téléphone. Nous lui devons de ne pas avoir fini la soirée au fin fond du Latium (ou du Tibre) ! Accueil chaleureux de Riccardo (la patience incarnée) à l'appartement, qui est bien plus spacieux que sur les photos. La déco est raffinée et discrète. Les équipements sont absolument neufs et fonctionnent très bien. Après des journées de marche ou de voiture dans Rome (où, soit dit en passant, on circule de façon très fluide), c'est un bonheur de retrouver le confort de l'appartement pour se délasser et cuisiner. Domenico et son fils sont désireux de faire partager leur passion pour Rome aux visiteurs, je conseille de suivre leurs conseils. J'ajoute que nous avons toujours trouvé très facilement à nous garer à proximité de la résidence, située dans une zone du Trastevere encore épargnée par le surtourisme qui sévit plus au nord du quartier. Bref, nous ne saurions conseiller lieu de séjour plus approprié pour profiter des beautés de Rome.

Stay was good - we thought it was closer to Trastevere, but there was good public transportation to the center of the city.

Cute apartment

Laura, who helped us get check in was amazing! She was very patient as we got lost and was late getting in. The overall appearance is that is was a nice place. The few things that were lacking. Air-Con, it was on the listing but the owner took the remotes away. There were no hand towels to dry your hands in the unit. The shower floors were slick as they were not cleaned properly. Toilets tend to run for a very long time after flashes, they need attention. The bed in the primary room was super uncomfortable, very hard. The location is very difficult to get a taxi.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Trastevere. Domenico, our host, was very responsive and Laura, the property manager, was extremely helpful in getting us situated. She was waiting for us after a very long day of travel and also personally booked our dinner reservations at a local restaurant. The apartment was clean, modern and very comfortable for the 5 of us (all adults). It was close enough to the train and bus station which we walked to daily. It was an easy commute to the center of Rome. It is slightly on the outskirts of the town but perfect for us. Thank you Domenico and Laura for a very happy and pleasant stay at your apartment.

Just as the pictures show! Very spacious. Ac worked amazingly! Quiet neighborhood.Just a short walk to the train station. Short walk to a running path. Host was amazing. Overall an amazing stay!

Bright and modern apartment in a good location

Well-stocked bright and modern apartment, in a good location. Very close to the train station and tram and bus stops. Good restaurants closeby. Good check-in process. The host was always very helpful and responsive. The washing machine was also a bonus.

A great property to stay when in Rome!

This is a new fully renovated spacious apartment in a quiet residential area in Rome. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. The property manager is very helpful too. It may seem far from the tourist attractions but the taxi rides via ItTaxi and FreeNow are easy and convenient. Public transportation nearby too. I would highly recommend it and stay again next time.

the property was clean, comfortable, and convenient. the owner/point of contact was extremely kind and helpful which made our stay in rome very nice. michelle gave us excellent dining and shopping recommendations and was always available and happy to help with all of our travel questions.

Das Apartment liegt in Fußnähe des Bahnhofs Trastevere, von dort sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen. Ausstattung und Größe sind gut und wie erwartet. Zwei kleine Makel: die Dusche ist bezüglich Wassertemperatur schwer zu justieren, die Matratzen sind etwasdurchgelegen.

Wir (5 Personen) haben den Aufenthalt in Rom sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist großzügig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Zum Supermarkt sind es wirklich nur ein paar Schritte und zur Bushaltestelle, zum Bahnhof (für einen Euro fährt man in 5 Minuten zum Vatikan) oder zur Straßenbahn (mit der Linie 8 ist man in 15 Minuten am Campo dei Fiori oder an der Piazza Venezia) ist es auch nicht weit. Restaurants sind auch in den umliegenden Straßen zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir hatten wunderschöne sonnige Tage in Rom.

Cheerful, immaculate and well appointed.

We had a lovely time at this apartment close to the Trastevere Train Station. It was well situated for us as my husband was attending a conference not too far away. It was also, however, easy for my friends and I to travel, via the #8 Tram, into Rome center. The building was quiet, the grocery store a few steps away was delightful and we relished the air-conditioning during a very hot spell in Rome. We appreciated the gift of a bottle of red wine and the well-stocked kitchen where we cooked dinner once or twice and breakfasted each morning. The beds were comfortable, the living room sofa bed was, too. Four of us shared the apartment, though it would have also worked for 5-6 guests. We were welcomed warmly even though we were delayed getting in from Fumicino airport. I would definitely recommend the apartment to those who wanted to stay outside the bustling areas of central Rome. I would also recommend dining at La Tavernacia restaurant nearby. The food was delicious and the service was very gracious.

Appartamento come in foto, ben ristrutturato, fresco colorato e spazioso. Due belle camere matrimoniali con armadi capienti, due bagni con doccia grande, cucina ben attrezzata e tutto pulito. Ci anche sono libretti e giochi per bimbi. Noi siamo in 5, due ragazzi di 12 e 14 anni e un bimbo di 5 e c siamo trovati proprio bene. L'appartamento è in una zona tranquilla a 2 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Trastevere da cui partono anche gli autobus per il centro. Con la linea 8 si arriva in pochi minuti in Piazza Venezia da dove si possono raggiungere a piedi i maggiori punti di interesse della città. Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e simpatia e disponibilità. Ci sono state fornite preziose indicazioni su mezzi di trasporto e posti dove mangiare. Sempre con la linea 8 si raggiunge la zona di Trastevere famosa per le trattorie tipiche e la vita notturna. Sotto casa c'è un supermarket comodissimo, ci sono diversi bar e un paio di trattorie. Consiglio certamente questo appartamento e alla prossima visita a Roma ci torneremo sicuramente

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Vermieter kümmern sich sehr gut und haben uns z.B. einen Shuttle-Service zum Flughafen organisiert. Die Lage ist gut und der Preis fair. Man ist mit der Bahn in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum oder im Restaurant- und Kneipenviertel in Trastevere. Für Partypeople sind die Kneipen und Discos in Testaccio in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Vacaciones en Roma

Nuestra estancia en el apartamento del señor Aversa, ha sido estupenda... El apartamento está en perfecto estado, muy cercano a la estación de Tren y Tram del trastévere.... Con todas las comodidades. Ideal para 2 parejas. Si tuviéramos que volver a Roma, no dudaríamos en repetir!
