Vacation home the Rosemary. Only 800 mt from the sea

An apartment dedicated to holiday and leisure, simple to manage, totally independent on all four sides with a large garden. And 'situated in a quiet environment away from traffic and yet close to the sea that you can easily reach on foot, by bike or car. Another feature important for us is the respect of the environment as much as possible and the absence of sources of electromagnetic waves. So we decided to treat the wooden surfaces with water-based paints and not to install modem WIFI, TV etc.
The entrance of the house is on the right of the gate and is reached by a short driveway leading to the veranda. This room leads through a sliding door to the living room with kitchenette. There is a 'large cupboard on the right where there are plates, cutlery glasses, tablecloths. On the opposite side there is a kitchenette and refrigerator. On the work surface there is a convenient mini-oven and complete the facilities there are an electric grglia, toaster and blender.
The bedrooms are cool and simply furnished. The style is typical Sardinian with applique on the walls of Cerasarda and bathroom with green tiles always Cerasarda. The floor is tiled in Spanish.
