Lovely clean villa, large pool was cleaned regularly. Four bedrooms , 2 with double beds, one with 2 single beds and one small box room with a single futon.3 bathrooms, although one toilet was out of use.Air conditioning in 3 bedrooms although one was out of service and was fixed the day before we went home, one with a fan.The housekeeper is easily contacted if needed. Great location and very secure.

We had the most amazing holiday! The villa is in a great location, close to everything you need. The garden/ pool was beautiful and the villa itself was authentic, had everything you need and stayed lovely and cool. We would love to stay again! Thank you for the great communication throughout. This was our first family holiday, booking through vrbo and the process was very smooth and easy.

Beautiful villa in a great location

We loved staying at this villa & 100% book again! Bedrooms are a great size, bed were comfy, pool was great! The location is perfect 10-15 mins walk down to the beach, 30 minutes walk to the old town and 5 mins from the strip if you want to party. Really loved it and will be back!

The host Maria was lovely, very responsive and helpful The villa itself was wonderful Positives: The location was great, close to the strip and the beach Easy to get around - we used the restaurant next door as a pick up point for Ubers The pool is lovely We had a group of 8 women’s on a girls trip and the property was perfect for it Things to note: We didn’t find being close to the road too loud, but there were a couple of nights it got a bit loud so if you’re light sleepers - this is something to consider The water pressure meant that we had cold showers most of the week - the host very kindly sent someone out but we still had to shower one at a time even if there was three showers at the house One of the bedrooms says ‘double bed and two single trundle beds’ but this is either a double bed OR two single trundle beds - wasn’t an issue - but just something to note Overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend for large groups

Enjoyed our stay

The property had everything that we needed for our stay, its just five minutes away from the strip where there is buzzing night life and also a beach close by. The weather was not that great so we did not use the swimming pool. Great place

We loved our stay. Communicating with the owner was quick and easy. The villa was clean and spacious, with a large pool set within a beautiful garden. The villa even stayed cool enough for us not to need the air conditioning. It is ideally located - very close to lots of restaurants and bars but far enough away that you don’t hear the noise from the strip at all. The Old Town is also walkable and worth a visit. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay. The garden and pool were kept nicely - even during off-season. There was some minor damage to some of the AC due to a recent storm, which was immediately fixed. Communication during our stay was excellent.

Perfect Return!

This was our second visit to this property, and once again it ticked all the boxes for us. Lovely and clean, fantastic pool, great location and just what we needed for a relaxing break in the sun. Both the owner and the housekeeper couldn't have been more helpful. The pool and gardens are also regularly cleaned and maintained to a high standard. We all had a fantastic holiday, and hope to return again in the future to our favourite property in Portugal! Thanks to you all for making our holiday so special.

We are very sorry that you were disturbed by customers from another house. We will contact those responsible and tell them to warn their customers not to make disturbing noises. What they did is illegal in Portugal. Whenever you hear excessive noise, you can call the police to order them. Thank you for your information. Kind regards, Gargaté Afonso
