Villa unifamiliar tranquila con piscina infinita privada y cerca del centro de ubud (1,5 km).
Esta moderna villa cuenta con todo el lujo y muy cómodo con impresionantes vistas sobre los campos de arroz, el volcán y la puesta de sol. Fibra óptica Wifi disponible.
Los 3 dormitorios tienen baño en suite con una cama doble (160 cm) y colchones de látex. El salón cuenta con un televisor inteligente Android de 4K con su cine en casa, canales vía satélite y reproductor de DVD. También hay un adaptador estéreo y el iPad con el teléfono i en la sala de estar. La villa puede ser totalmente asegurada desde el interior mediante el cierre de todas las ventanas. También la presencia de un guardia de noche.
El alquiler incluye el personal, ropa de cama, agua potable fuente ... y 100% auténtico balinés diversión !!!!

Very Nice Stay

We enjoyed our stay despite the rain. Komang, the house staff was more than helpful and enjoyed having Dollar, the driver, bring us around Ubud. We had a very nice stay.

Amazing villa in a quiet yet walkable location to cafes, restaurants and shopping.

Easy to access, extremely warm, friendly and accommodating staff and a very clean property. If Bali were closer to the US I would rent this place annually for a month. It had everything we wanted and is located in the most beautiful relaxing setting.

Love the house ,well equipped , had everything you could need, Komang is a great host , she is friendly, speaks English , helps get you anything you need, we find the house to be in a great location, we like that it’s not amongst the hustle and bustle, 15 min drive to Ubud , great local restaurants, we enjoy watching the locals in the rice fields going about their daily lives, we have stayed twice now and look forward to staying again

Great stay

The house was just perfect. Komang was very helpful and friendly. She was a perfect host and we enjoyed every minute there and we felt very at home. Everything was like in the pictures or even better. A car would be helpful to get around. We can only recommend this villa.

Modern and Lovely

Beautiful villa- very nicely decorated with everything you could need. Beds and pillows very comfy. Very well kept and clean… Komang did a great job each day cleaning and making sure everything was ok. Dollar the driver was great too. Pool lovely and views of rice paddy great. Very tranquil and relaxing. Easy to get around by taxi or scooter.. can walk to ubud but is about 40 minutes… some local restaurants near and bakery at end of road. Lots to do in the vicinity. Thankyou.

Nice house and pool

The house and the pool are great, but if you don’t have your own car, this is not the best place for you. Taxi service is sketchy and a walk to central Ubud is long and not pleasant. There are a couple of nice restaurants in walking distance, but the immediate neighborhood is a little unsavory for such a nice house. Staff charges extra for meals but were very helpful.

Beautiful location and house

We loved this house in Lotundah. Very well equipped and modern house , great pool with a view of the fields and the locals working. Watching the kids flying their kites was a joy . Our host was amazing, nothing was a problem. House was immaculate, we also had her cook us some meals which was yum ! Local transport was good . We loved being away from the busy towns , so being in this rural area of Lotundah suited us perfectly. Loved having our own pool. Lots of great restaurants nearby, easy to ride the scooter to or some in walking distance. Highly recommend

Planning a trip with friends or family to Bali? We really loved our villa, but we also truly loved the property manager. She was wonderful! She arranged to have a driver pick us up at the airport and bring us to the villa late at night, she brought some food to us when we didn’t feel like going out, she made excellent recommendations, arranged for a massage therapist to come to the Villa (best $17 ever spent!), and brought us extra coffee when we went through it all! She was friendly and sweet. The villa was safe, lots of extra security, even though you don’t even need it, the crime rate is so low. I added pictures to my Instagram account, @go.trippin

Wonderful house!

Wonderful house, well located in UBUD. Excellent hostess and attention during the whole stay. Perfect cleaning. The three spacious bedrooms with their bathrooms are very convenient. The entire house is nicely decorated and fully equipped with all the necessary. The pool space, with its tremendous view of the rice fields was a real pleasure for our grand daughter, but also for the adults.

Bali Baby…simply lovely

Perched on the edge of a rice field this lovely villa is the perfect place to relax. The home is lovely, clean and well maintained. The pool is divine and the staff are very helpful. A short scooter ride in to the heart of Ubud. It’s nice to be away from the touristy areas and among locals. To sit and watch the the men working in the fields at day break and dusk, to hear the roosters crow in the morning and see the ducks in the fields was lovely.

La maison était superbe. Toutefois mitoyen à celle-ci un fermier loge, et des odeurs de bouses de vache arrivent sur la terrasse et suivant le sens du vent dans toute la maison. L'état de la ruelle menant à la maison est déplorable, des déchets de toutes sortes jonchent les coté de celle-ci. Ces nuisances sont en rien directement liées au propriétaire, certes, mais polluent gravement le plaisir de cette location.

Very Peaceful

The property is very peaceful and a delight to stay at. Kamong and the team were very attentive and flexible for any of our needs. I would definitely recommend this place as it is not far from Ubud city center (10 minute drive); and charming village surroundings. So, if you want the best of both worlds (restaurants/bars), but the peacefulness of gazing at the rice fields, then this is the place for you!

WOW...this is a very beautiful Villa, you can’t go wrong choosing to stay here.

Ibu Komang and Pak Wayan are very attentive and helpful. From keeping the Villa spotless to organizing transportation with Pak Dewa and general information they are a perfect complement to the Beauty of the Villa. The view out the front of the Villa looks over rice fields, palm trees and Pandan plants. You are witness to the daily life of the locals. The Villa as I mentioned is spotless and everything works, rooms each have an A/C and keeps it very cool for sleeping. The location or the Villa design with its openness never felt hot or muggy even out in the open parts of the Villa. My family and I (6 total) really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again when we come to Ubud. Again I can’t say enough how much we liked it and wish we could have stayed there longer, but all vacations must come to an end.

Loved it and hope to be back!

The property is amazing and instantly relaxing, it was better than the photos. Kommang is a wonderful lady who was always so helpful and such a delight to have daily interaction with and her cooking is awesome. I highly recommend this property however it does come with a cat- we are not cat people and the cat was at times a little annoying. Its very easy to get around with a driver always available that is safe and reliable. Airport pickup and drop off was a breeze and communication with the owners easy and very quick to reply to any questions. Just go and enjoy!

Sehr schöne Villa mit Blick auf die Reisfelder

Wir haben mit 6 Erwachsenen und 1 Baby vier Nächte in der Villa verbracht. Die Villa ist sehr schön ausgestattet. Sie liegt etwas abgelegen, aber mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 10 min im Zentrum von Ubud. Der Transfer vom Flughafen zur Villa mit zwei Autos und Kindersitz war perfekt von der Villa organisiert. In der Villa angekommen wurden wir von Komang und Wayan in Empfang genommen. Wie gewünscht wurde das Babybett bereitgestellt. Mit der Villa waren wir sehr zufrieden, aber der Service sowie das Essen ist verbesserungswürdig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, sollte aber aufmerksamer sein.

Great stay in amazing place

What a amazing place and super villa. We really enjoyed our holiday in Ubud. The staff in the villa is amazing. They are really helpfull and did everything to make it as pleacant as possible. Komang here coocking was delicious. Clean, luxury, beautifull view, modern design interior and quiet. Thanks for everything, and we are looking forward on coming back some time.

Een geweldige luxe villa

Wat een mooie villa! De foto's geven een realistisch beeld. Alles was perfect geregeld. We werden opgehaald van het vliegtuig en hadden voor ons vervoer een vaste chauffeur. Er werd voor ons boodschappen gehaald, gekookt en tripjes geregeld, wat wens je nog meer........ Onze kinderen hebben ervan genoten. Een aanrader als je een bezoek wil brengen aan Ubud en omgeving.

Formidable villa dans les rizières d'Ubud

Cette villa très récente est vraiment très belle et bien pensée, très belle déco contemporaine, beaucoup d'espace et surtout une très belle piscine avec vue panoramique sur les rizières, couchés de soleil fantastiques. Un staff très agréable et discret (Komang), tout le confort et le calme pour passer un excellent moment sur Ubud qui est à deux pas. Nous y reviendrons certainement avec grand plaisir.

Séjour mémorable pour toute la famille

Nous avons séjourné 8 nuits dans cette superbe villa, et nous la quittons à regret. Les photos sont bien représentatives des lieux mais la réalité est encore plus plaisante. On sent toute de suite que cette maison a été conçue avec passion et que chaque détail a été étudié et choisi avec soin. La literie est excellente. Les chambres sont toutes climatisées. Les pièces de vie sont ventilées. Profiter de la piscine au soleil couchant sur les rizières après une journée de balade fut un vrai régal. Le personnel est aux petits soins, tout en restant discret. Merci pour tous les conseils prodigués dans le "blue book", toutes les adresses conseillées (massage, resto) sont hautement recommandables. Seuls petits points négatifs : * la maison est située dans la campagne balinaise, il nous a fallu 2/3 nuits pour nous habituer aux bruits nocturnes (grenouilles, insectes, coqs, chiens...) mais cela fait également partie du charme de l'expérience de Bali ; * la maison est située à quelques km du centre d'Ubud. Le trajet peut être fait à pied en 30min environ mais les bords de route ne sont pas aménagés (pas très rassurant !). Ne pas hésiter à louer des scooters, la circulation à Ubud et dans les environs est assez "cool", c'est vraiment pratique et amusant pour toute la famille. Au final nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans un cadre vraiment privilégié. Et merci encore à l'équipe, très professionnelle et sympathique. A recommander !

Parenthèse enchanteresse

Cette ravissante villa de rêve, de conception moderne dans un style épuré, a été un lieu de villégiature extraordinaire et reposant pour visiter Bali et les environs d'Ubud. Nous nous sommes sentis immédiatement comme chez nous et nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable. Le personnel est tout particulièrement attachant et dévoué. Notre seul regret a été de ne pas rester plus longtemps. Un grand merci aux propriétaires qui ont su créer un environnement merveilleux et exceptionnel dans lequel l'apaisement et le bien être vous envahissent immédiatement.
