Lage top, Zustand des Hauses schlecht

Das Haus liegt ca. 100 m vom Strand entfernt, womit das Gebäude sehr gut an einen schönen Strandabschnitt angebunden ist. Leider ist das Haus und die Einrichtung in einem äußerst schlechten Zustand: Vollständig durchgelegene Matzratzen, gebrochener Wäscheständer, abgebrochene Henkel an Töpfen, kaputter Liegestuhl, kaputte Jalousien, ... die Liste könnte noch weiter geführt werden. Das größte Problem an der Wohnung war unserer Meinung nach, dass sich das Terrassenfenster gar nicht verriegeln ließ. Im Allgemeinen scheint dem Besitzer des Hauses nur die Mieteinnahme am Herzen zu liegen, das Objekt wirkt vernachlässigt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat für uns schlichtweg nicht gestimmt.
