Perfect accommodation and location

Lovely house, in a quiet cul-de-sac but in a central location, close to restaurants, shops and the beach. The Villa is modern, very clean and well maintained and is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return. Recommend you rent bikes to take advantage of the fantastic bike routes around Capbreton

Pool was great! Walk to town about 15 minutes, but it's a nice town. House was perfect for us. We wanted to be more in a residential area. Super clean, and the hosts really wanted to help us out. We aren't very good at French, so I had to translate all our messages back and forth, but anything we needed, they were right there to help out. It sort of felt like they didn't trust us when they met us, we are 32 years old and only here to surf... but maybe surfers have a stigma around here? Anyway, it ended up being great and they were very kind.

Really lovely 2 weeks and would definitely recommend this villa, easy walk to town, a bit further to beach but only 20mins walk. Lots of places to eat nearby, fab location. The villa was great and the pool perfect in a heatwave! Along with the air conditioning. 10/10
