Hermoso, brillante y con playas, este condominio lo tiene todo! Este condominio de planta baja cuenta con dos amplios dormitorios y 2 baños renovados. Hay una lavadora y secadora en la unidad, así como una cocina totalmente equipada con comedor interior y exterior. La gran sala de estar cuenta con una decoración tropical y una puerta corredera que conduce a un porche tranquilo con zona de comedor al aire libre. Otras comodidades incluyen una piscina climatizada, hermosos jardines y un corto paseo de 2 cuadras hasta la playa. El acceso a la playa es un parque de la ciudad que cuenta con un amplio estacionamiento, baños / duchas, salvavidas y rampa para discapacitados. Softball, fun in the sun!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Plenty of room for all seven of us. Courtney got back to us in a timely manner with questions we had and the place was clean, and ready to enjoy! The only downfall is that you can’t have golf carts and this complex. The walk to the beach isn’t terrible, but if someone has any issues a golf cart would be nice to carry all the beach gear.

All access!

Great clean pool. Just a quick walk to the beach, we seen police patrolling everyday that made us feel safe. A 10 minute drive to the harbor. Tons of things to do. The condo had all the needed items if you wanted to stay inside! Recommend to anyone that wants to have a good time!

Everything was great! This condo had everything we needed and much much more!

The condo had everything we needed and even much more! She was very helpful and text back right away. The condo is very beachy feel to it and is decorated with the full beach theme! It was very close to the ocean, walking distance and to Pompanos Joes! The kids liked their virgin Pina colada’s! Close to pretty much everything! We definitely made a lot of memories and being on the ground floor was convenient as well -hauling in and out luggage and groceries! We loved this condo and hope to book again!!

Peaceful stay

It was super comfy & everything we needed was there. I mean everything… we loved the blankets. Condo was very clean and communication with owner was quick and professional. Only negative thing we had issues with was the internet. Didn’t stay connected much. I did make owner aware and she is in process of getting it fixed. Condo is located about two blocks from the beach. Very short drive. I would definitely stay here again.

Very close to the beach!

This condo was very quiet, clean and close to the beach. It was perfect for our family of 6. We had everything we needed provided in the condo. The beach theme and details made it even better. The only thing we could say was a negative was the master bed was very uncomfortable and firm for us. That may just be for us but everything else was prefect! We would stay here again for sure!

Great overall experience.

Had a great stay in Destin at this condo. ALL the amenities that one would need for an extended stay were already available. The condo and surrounding property were both clean and neat in appearance. Other family members rented from the same condos, but weren't as impressed with their accommodations as they were with ours. Nice upbeat beachy theme. I would definitely consider renting from Courtney and this condo again. Thanks for an enjoyable stay !

Well equipped condo

Nice, clean condo a few blocks from the beach. A little far to walk if you have kids so you still have to drive and find parking. The decor is super cute and we had everything we needed. The main TV's were not working during our stay however the owner did respond and try to trouble shoot with me but nothing worked. Luckily the small TV in the kids room still worked and there were some games and pixels

Friends Beach Getaway

We had a really great experience staying here! We had a small issue with the sliding glass door, and it was fixed in no time! I was able to easily communicate with the owner via message! I recommend this place!!

Great Vacation Spot

The property is well kept and the accommodations are very comfortable. The location is great. An easy walk to the beach that is life guarded. In addition there are a number of restaurants that are close enough to walk to or take a short drive.

Perfect fit for our family of 6

This condo was perfect for our family (2 adults and four kids - ages 9, 7, 5, and 1). The "kids" bedroom had bunk beds and a day bed (with trundle underneath), and it was more than enough room for the three older kids. The master bed was comfortable and the room spacious enough to comfortably use a pack and play for our 1 year-old. The heated pool was steps away and a great alternative when we took breaks from the beach. On that note, the walk to beach was easy and there was more than enough parking nearby if we decided to drive. The condo came stocked with a beach tent, multiple beach chairs, and a good sampling of beach toys. The tent was perfect for our 1 year-old taking shaded naps on the beach. We had one very minor issue with the sliding patio door getting stuck, but Courtney responded quickly and a maintenance worker arrived shortly thereafter to resolve the problem. All communication before and during our stay was prompt and courteous. I hope we get a chance to stay in this unit again in the future as it was outstanding value for the quality, amenities, and location.

I live in Seattle but have been visiting Destin since I was a baby. My family vacationed here at least twice every year. We always stayed in this area and loved this stretch of beach on old hwy 98. This beach holds so many wonderful memories for me, I was married on this beach and now I bring my own kids here to make even more memories. My mom purchased our condo pre construction in 1998. It was a dream of hers to own property in her favorite vacation spot and when this opportunity came available on "our" beach she knew this was the right decision. We loved decorating our new beach retreat and looked forward to getting down there every chance we could get. This was our happy place! I lost my mom in 2014 and it was the worst thing I have ever experienced in my life. I kept my promise to her to keep the condo and continue to make memories there with my family. With the help of my Cousin Jenne I have been able to manage the condo from Seattle where I live. My condo is different from most rentals because it has a sense of home with personal touches. It is a very special place to me and I feel like my renters see and appreciate that. I want people to come and stay hear year after year and make amazing memories just as I have with my family.
