Florida Vacation 2025

This place is beyond amazing! Peaceful, clean, beautiful, and we felt very secure there. They gave us beach parking, which is directly across the street from the beach! They even had some things we were able to use daily going to the beach. We will definitely be staying again on our next vacation! They helped makeour Vacation pleasant We sure appreciate them!!!

Great place!

Stayed over spring break, family of 7, oldest child is 11, plenty of room for all of us. Great location from the beach! Would definitely recommend staying here! Will use Forever Vacation Rentals for our next stay in Florida!

This is our 2nd stay in this command our 5th stay in the golf villas this is a nice condo with everything you need. The dining chairs are not very comfy but is good for short sitting times.

Dirty

First glance everything appears in order, put together and clean. It’s until we started making use of the condo that we saw how filthy it was. Dirty dishes stored in the cabinets, toothpicks on the couch side tables, my 1 year old found a button battery and grapes on the floor. You could feel the dirt and grime cling to your feet walking barefoot. Dryer did not work. There was a giant roach on the bathroom. Reading through old reviews another renter found a roach so this is obviously and issue. AC filter hadn’t been changed in forever, dust bunnies all on the wall above the sliding door. High contact surfaces such as cabinet doors you could see black from dirt. Property manager was quick to get a hold of and responsive and said they would report all issues and do a follow up. I haven’t heard anything since. Condo was spacious I’ll give them that, and my family of 4 fit comfortably .

Quiet, comfortable, relaxation

We've stayed in a couple other golf villas and love Seascape and this condo is our favorite so far. It's located in a great place and my husband enjoyed sitting ion patio and watching the golfers. Thebes was so comfortable and the master bath with a nice washer and dryer is such a bonus. We got such a good deal and hope to return in the Fall. Hopefully they will choose to add a little more seating to the living room. Overall, we loved our stay!

Snowbird stay

We came for a couple weeks to escape snow and ice in Ohio. The temps could have been a little warmer so will probably go in March next time. The place was totally redone inside so everything was like brand new. It was interesting watching the golfers on fairway but be advised some Of them do hit balls right up to the porch area. It’s a great location to get out and see other parts of Destin too. Would def stay again.

Cute apartment but not very clean and not kid friendly

The apartment was nice but the bedsheets of the master bedroom and of the trundle bed were dirty, so we had to wash them. We found a big cockroach in one of the cabinets of the kitchen and one in the restroom. There was dust on the door slates of the air conditioning closet. The apartment is too small for a family of 8. The barn door in the master bedroom disengaged from the rail when my 3-year-old pushed on it. My son could have died if the door didn't land on the bedpost. It was a big scare!!!!

We had a wonderful time. The staff was very pleasant and professional. Everything was really nice except that all the nearby restaurants stopped accepting take out orders after ~6pm. Everything closes early, giving minimal options for things to do. But it’s to be expected due to Covid-19

Excellent beaches

The beaches and area are great. Love having a condo with room for everyone and enough seating for all to be at the table. Directions to help: Google Maps kept trying to take us in the private owners entrance, the main entrance is a bit further down on Scenic Gulf Dr. Once there we found it best to leave out the back on Seascape Dr, turn right onto Hwy 98/30, there is a bunch of stuff on the right sides of the highway and then the Winn-Dixie is right on Poinciana Blvd, afterwards continue south down Poinciana and turn Right onto Scenic Gulf Dr and then right back into the resort. Saved a lot of traffic/headaches.

Beautifully remodeled unit. Great value.

I stayed in this unit during Spring Break with my family of 7. The photos are a great representation- the villa is beautifully remodeled and decorated. It is about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach which seems forever if you are lugging beach stuff, but we enjoyed the less busy area of the golf course rather than the high rise. My husband would park near the beach or drop us off for a day at the beach. A definite plus is this is located on the ground floor with a back porch with a picnic table and swing. I would recommend renting a golf cart or bikes for sure. My teen boys enjoyed the basketball court (very nice, but it was being worked on during our stay) and the pickleball courts. A pool is located right next to the pickleball courts which was nice. I did plan to grill for our large family, but there were no grills in close proximity. You have to walk a few buildings down. The description said it could fit 8 adults comfortably, but I would say 6 adults comfortably. The pull out couch mattress is comfortable, but it is a little too small for the couch and was a stretch to fit my 11 and 13 year old. They wouldn’t have fit on the bottom double bunk either. All of the other beds were very comfortable- probably better than my own! One more thing, which is of no fault of the owners, but just so others are aware: you can hear the unit above pretty well. I would definitely come back to this villa, especially if they put a King pullout couch in the living room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Great Week

We enjoyed our stay so much. I’m pretty picky and this place had no “ick” factor. Everything was clean, updated, and nice. I don’t have a single negative thing to say. The parking up near the beach was very convenient. We enjoyed the swing on the back porch. We also enjoyed riding our bikes each morning. The washing machine and dryer were great. I would recommend 100%.

Too little time!

We brought tennis racquets, a basketball, and more yet we were too busy to use them. We drove to Destin for boat rides, played golf, swam in the neighborhood pool, and shopped, but our favorite thing was the beach. It was fantastic!
