Sandprints Unit C-4 is a second floor, two story condo, two bedrooms, two and a half bath in the heart of cozy Miramar Beach Florida. Our unit has two upstairs bedrooms each with full attached private bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own TV and individual balcony access. Top floor laundry room has full size washer and dryer. The spacious living arrangements downstairs is great for the whole family to gather in a large main living room with 2 big couches. Take advantage of the just like home kitchen, dining room, and breakfast nook. The half bath is downstairs with the main area.

Fantastic location

Could not ask for a better spot, right next to a fabulous beach and some fantastic restaurants. The house was perfect, 3 bathrooms was a treat and the place was perfect for us. Beds were extremely comfortable. Thanks so much!

The property was beautiful and very accommodating. The host was readily available to help with any issues or concerns we had! The access to the beach was less than 5 minutes walking distance. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Perfect Getaway

This Home Away From Home was perfect for me, my husband and our two friends! It was clean, looked exactly as pictured, great distance from the beach and everything to do in the area! Pool was clean and excellent! The owner was very kind and quick to reply and easy to work with. Check in and out was a breeze. We would definitely recommend this place and stay here again!

Great place to stay short walk to the beach!

This place was perfect! Very short walk to the beach and a pool with lounge chairs and a bathroom that was very clean! Place has everything you need and then some! Also very clean and plenty of room! Will definitely be booking again!

So comfortable and close to the beach!

We had such a great stay at this condo. The adults and preteen enjoyed the well outfitted kitchen and home. The location is a quick block to the beach and parking is great! We will definitely stay in this area again.

Spacious two story close to the beach

We had a wonderful family trip to Miramar. There was plenty of room in this condo for my family of five to spread out. The beds were very comfortable , we enjoyed using the kitchen area and family dining room table. We spent time in the pool which was oversized and within minutes you can walk to the beach. This area is lovely with little shops and amazing restaurants. Glad we found this little gem, we will definitely be back.

First Visit to Miramar Beach

We have made several trips to the Emerald Coast, but this was our first visit to Miramar Beach and we enjoyed it very much. The unit is walking distance to the beach, but there is also a parking area if you choose to drive. We used the camp chairs and umbrella in the closet at the beach Shopping and restaurants are close by. The unit has lots of room and it was quiet at night. We would stay with Lacey again.

Good location to the beach

My family of 4 decided we would take a beach vacation this year—first time with just the 4 of us. We were excited to make our home for the week at the condo and be near the beach (first time at Miramar.) *When we arrived, it was discovered that the refrigerator had stopped working, and unfortunately a new one could not be delivered until after our stay. We lived out of coolers for the week and were compensated for the inconvenience. The hosts were very communicative. Condo conveniences: plenty of plates, serving dishes, pots/pans, cups, utensils; TVs in every room; WiFi, coffee pot, Keurig, toaster; 2.5 bathrooms; short walk to the beach; the mattresses were AMAZING—slept so good! Items of inconvenience: no containers to store leftovers; no kitchen staples—spices, cooking spray, soap (only a few drops left in the bottle); no additional toilet paper/paper towels (only what was left on the current rolls); no broom/vacuum to sweep up sand that was tracked in. I feel that a home away from home should provide certain items, especially when staying for an entire week. *There was no mention of the foldout bed in the upstairs closet, we didn’t find it until the last night (we had been using the couch). Also, there were only 4 bath towels provided—it would’ve been nice to have an extra set for everyone for the week. Overall, the weather was perfect and we were close to the beach. Our kids (20yo and 10yo) had a good time which is always the goal.

Places was close to everything easy walk to the beach only about a block! The place itself was great a lot of things are provided that other places don’t provide and will stay again

Wonderful in every way!

This by far surpassed my expectations. It was clean and a lot more modern than other locations I've stayed previously. It was very spacious and we loved having 3 balconies. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking. There were plenty of beach chairs and toys to use, we used our own but it was nice that they were provided. It's only like a 3 minute walk to the beach. The ONLY negative I can think of is, the master bedroom needs a curtain on the small window. The sun was shining in at 5:45 am, way too early for me. I'll definitely keep this place in mind for my trip next year! Highly recommend it.

Our stay in this property was perfect. It is located 3 minutes walking from Miramar Beach. There are all you need to stay, utensils of kitchen, bathroom, sheets, towels in perfect condition, confortable beds.
