Zweckmäßig ausgestattetes Haus mit großem Garten zentral in Lesparre

Wir verbrachten 14 schöne Tage im Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig. Es wird sehr auf Hygiene und Sauberkeit geachtet. Aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen konnten wir auf das Öffnen der Fenster nicht verzichten und nahmen den Straßenverkehr als störend wahr. Die Zentrale ermöglicht Ausflüge in Richtung Meer und Binnenseite. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Bon gîte

Gîte adapté à une famille. Bien équipé. Seul bémol machine à laver trop petite (3kg5) pour une famille de 5. De superbes balades à faire aux alentours.

Une maison très agréable, extrêmement bien placée pour rayonner dans le Médoc

Une cuisine très bien équipée, maison très agréable avec une grande terrasse et un grand jardin adapté pour des parties de foot, connexion internet de bonne qualité. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par une personne dynamique et très agréable qui nous a donné toutes les explications utiles pour notre séjour. Nous avons profité de notre séjour pour profiter de Pauillac, Montalivet, Soulac et Le Verdon : de belles vacances !

C'est une belle maison avec un grand jardin très appréciable. L'environnement est un peu moins calme, mais ça ne gâche pas le site

Wohnen in Lesparre wie ein Medocaner.

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich von Madame Marie Pierre begrüßt und empfangen. Allen Sprachbarrieren zum trotz, wurden wir durch das sehr saubere Ferienhaus geführt und in allem Wichtigen unterwiesen. Im Kühlschrank wartete schon gekühltes Wasser mit und ohne Kohlensäure auf uns. In der Objektbeschreibung bei FeWo-direkt stand das Bettwäsche vorhanden wäre, im Mietvertrag wurde darauf hingewiesen das die Bettwäsche mitgebracht werden müsste. Leider übersahen wir es im Mietvertrag, wir hatten keine dabei. Auch das war für die Vermieterin (Madame Mauriac) und Madame Marie Pierre kein Problem. Uns wurde Bettwäsche kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Ferienhaus weist alles auf was man benötigt. Beginnend beim Austernöffner, Backutensilien,Pfannen und Töpfe. Es ist alles zum selbst versorgen da. Außerdem ist auch eine kleine Grundausstattung an Verbrauchsmaterialien (Taschentücher, Seife, Waschpulver, Toilettenpapier etc.etc.) vorhanden. Bäckereien, Restaurants, der Markt und weitere Geschäfte sind im Umkreis von einem Kilometer. Das erleichtert das selbstversorgen sehr. Wir hatten 2 1/2 sehr schöne Wochen in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Besonders vermissen werden wir den schönen Garten, Terrasse und die tolle Pinie. Am Tag der Abreise, kam Madame Marie Pierre pünktlich wie abgesprochen. Nach einer kurzen professionellen Abnahme wurden wir fast schon Familiär verabschiedet. So stellen wir uns Urlaub vor, so sollte es immer sein. Vielen Dank.

Excellent séjour

Accueil chaleureux, maison conforme aux attentes. Bien équipée, même si on peut regretter l'absence de tapis dans la salle de bain et les brochures sur la région qui datent d'une dizaine d'années... Emplacement qui permet de rayonner dans le Médoc.

Location dans le Médoc

Location bien équipée et très bien située permettant de rayonner dans tout le Médoc, de plus les bacs permettant d'aller à Royan ou à la citadelle sont à une vingtaine de kilomètres en voiture, c'est très pratique. Le seul petit point négatif est le lit dans la chambre sous la mezzanine dont un des côtés est accolé au mur et n'est donc pas pratique pour dormir, autrement très bien et la terrasse extérieure est plus qu'agréable.

Agréable et en très bon état

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. La maison est agréable, très propre et bien entretenue avec de bonnes prestations à part la télévision qui ne fonctionnait pas toujours bien mais qui doit être changée avant la prochaine location.

Maison agréable

Maison agréable et fonctionnelle. Grand jardin ombragé, avec une terrasse couverte très agréable l'été. Calme. Par contre inventaire trop exhaustif à l'arrivée et au départ, que nous n'avions jamais vu dans une autre location saisonnière (et une assiette cassée facturée 5€...) Accueil très agréable de la personne qui s'occupe de la maison.

Vacances a Lesparre-medoc

Nous sommes Hollandais et avons passe 2 semaines dans la maison a Lesparre Medoc. La maison est tres bien renovee et bien equipee. Elle est claire a l interieur. Son jardin est tres grand avec suffisament d'ombre. Les magasins sont tout pres. Nous avons eu un bon temps ici. Dominique van Rossum.

MAGNIFIQUE

Le gite est tout à fait conforme a sa description. Calme, bien situé ( gare pour Bordeaux, commerces a 5min, plage a 20 min...) L'equipement est conforme, et la proprietaire aux petits soins pour ses hotes. Bon plan resto et bar : -La mare aux grenouilles ( creperie) à Lesparre, -bar restaurant l'Eclectik à la plage du Pin sec ( superbe ambiance musicale, prix corrects, accueil sympa ), allez y pour le coucher de soleil, ambiance magique ... En arrivant , evitez la traversée a ROYAN le samedi apres midi, 3 heures d'attente ...Preferez une arrivée par le Pont d'Aquitaine, malgré les embouteillages , le trajet sera plus rapide. A voir : Le phare de Cordouan, Bordeaux, Pyla ... La plage : Le pin sec : grand parking, enorme plage surveilée de 11:00 à 18:00.
