Just renewed, the apartment is made up of living room/kitchen, a bed room with qeen-size bed and a spacious bathroom with shower. Air conditioning. The davenport in the living room can host two extra people.

PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION THAT THE CITY TAX OF € 5,50 PER DAY PER PERSON IS NOT INCLUDED AND IT IS PAYABLE CASH ON ARRIVAL (up to 7 nights)

The apartment is at a walkable distance (few minutes) from all the main attraction of the city, such as Duomo square, Palazzo Vecchio, Ponte Vecchio and Via de' Tornabuoni, a street that has become famous for its fashion and clothing shops.

The apartment is really quiet, perfect place for whom loves silence and doesn't like the city noise.

The apartment is at the fourth floor (about 80 steps) and there is not the elevator, for this reason i suggest you to bring with you light luggage or leave the big bag by a deposit and take with you just a little one with all necessary for your stay. The closest deposit is: Leftluggage Firenze (via de’Boni 5r).

It is very convenient for those who are travelling to Florence by train, Santa Maria Novella train station is 2 minutes walking away. For those who are flying into Florence airport there is a shuttle that will take you to the train station and then you will be able to walk to the apartment.

Great location

The property mamagers were very kind. The suite was quite spacious with large windows and 2 air conditioners and laundry. Full kitchen with all the supplies. There is limited electricity that you can run at the same time. No harm done, just interesting, had both air conditioners on but i turned on coffee pot and i blew the circuit. but easy switch fix. I did find dirty tissues and a dirty wipe towel... they said it was the cleaners who left it behind. Great location. No lift ( which is very common) 6 stories up. Great workout lol with the luggage. Would i stay here again... yes... i would just request a through tidy through

Great Location

Our reason for choosing this pad was it’s location - close to the Market Central and Duomo, the train station (walking distance) and to as many bistros and restaurants as you could want. Isabella was very prompt in her communication and friendly. Cons - it will take you 78 steps to reach the pad without an elevator - we knew this going in so I can’t say it was unexpected - and the height only gives you a view of the other roof tops. The other Con is that it’s just old and needs a make over. But if all you need are the basics, it has it.

Location location location.

Location location location. That’s how I summarize this vacation rental. It’s in a perfect place. Not far from the train station not far from the Florence Duomo. It seem like everything was within walking distance. For that reason alone I give it five stars and would be happy to come back. But there was more, the bed was comfortable the house was bright and cheery, well-maintained and a quiet location. There were some quirks, 90 steps, four flights of stairs and very low wattage to run the electricity. But these are normal for Europe just be aware. Overall I would definitely stay again. The restaurants in the area were outstanding. The wine bar around the corner served the best wine we had so far.

Great little place.

Close to train station, shopping, and sights of city. Isa was very helpful. Apartment was clean and had all we needed. It was on the 4th floor and no elevator! But still a good place.

Florence !!

My first visit to Florence Italy was amazing because of the location of this apartment. It was in the center of everything to do as a first time visitor to Florence. Everything was in walking distance as far as the museums and restaurants. My host Isabella so amazing and accommodating as she went out of her way to make me feel at home and to guide me to all the sites and restaurants so that I could experience Florence at it's best. I highly recommend staying at this apartment !!!

Einfach wunderbar

Die Wohnung liegt 10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof. Sie ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Obwohl inmitten der Altstadt ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Die Ferienwohnung ist ideal um zu Fuss die Schätze dieser Stadt zu entdecken.

Agréable séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé dans le centre historique. Bon confort et calme assuré car les fenêtres donnent sur les toits de Florence. A déconseiller à ceux qui auraient du mal à grimper les 4 étages pour y accéder.

très bien situé a quelques minutes à pied de la gare SMN et au coeur de tout .Isabella était la pour nous acceuillir à notre arrivé et à préparé un petit guide pour nous situé dans la ville avec restaurant musé marché etc... tout était comme sur les photos très propre et fonctionnel. Pefect Lage, super sauber, nette Vermieterin

Die Wohnung liegt im 4 Stock (ohne Aufzug). Hat einen super Ausblick über die Dächer von Florenz. Direkt in der Innenstadt, keine Parkmöglichkeit. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und sehr sauber ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist bei allen Fragen behilflich und sehr sympatisch. Würde es jederzeit wieder buchen. Nur zu empfehlen. Weiter so!!!
